The best nail salon I’ve been to in Columbia! Everyone was polite/friendly clean and professional and not to mention my mom and I nails are perfect!!!

The previous owners were amazing, I really hated that they sold but thank God they sold to more amazing people!! Their work is by far the best Ive seen in a long time in Columbia, SC.

I visited this spa/nail salon twice. The first time was with Kim who did a pretty good job. The set was very pretty and the shape of nails all mostly matched each other. The only complaint was feeling that my appointment was a bit rushed (I got a manicure and a pedicure). Since the first experience was decent I went in a few weeks later to get a new set. This time Kim wasn’t available.From the beginning it had started going downhill and was a lot different than the first time I’d went. I made an appointment both times as the website requested, yet as multiple people walked in they were accepted with no appointment made. I think this is the reason that I had to wait twenty minutes or so after my scheduled appointment time to have someone start on my nails. While getting my nails done there were more and more walking in with no appointment, and it seemed like each time the work on my nails was getting more and more rushed.After she’d been shaping my nails for about ten minutes I mentioned that they weren’t the shape that I wanted. She told me to trust her and that she wasn’t done yet. After a few more minutes of them looking the same I mentioned it again, and she said “you have to trust me and let me finish, I promise.” I honestly gave up at that point. after a bit my nails were finished and I truly regretted not going somewhere else. They didn’t look at all like the shape I had shown her, but I had already mentioned it twice before they had even been painted. There was plenty of time to fix them before completing them but I just wanted to get out of there and find somewhere new.

Very quick and professional. Best design work Ive ever had and the rhinestones stay put every time. Nails dont pop off, polish doesnt chip and I get compliments on my nails everytime.

I love this place, ask for Ms. Kim she is everything and more

The shop is not esthetically appealing at all. It is just nail tables and pedi chairs no art or anything on the walls. The staff seemed as though they were new to nails. The technician doing my nails was very clumsy and sloppy. She kept spilling things. I paid for a manicure but only received a dip overlay ($55), no cut down or cuticles. During the pedi she used the sea salt scrub but instead of using on my feet it was used up my leg which was very abrasive and as rough as it was being rubbed in($45), I am sure I will have some scratches in the morning. I was offered something to drink approximately 10mins before my services was complete and the wine was warm. My nail tech though she didnt do a great job was a nice lady. I hate to say but I will not be returning to this spa

I’ve gone to this salon twice now.. Kim does good work but just like other comments have said, she has became incredibly rude. You can tell that everything is about the price you’re spending and not the quality of the work you’re getting. My nails weren’t prepped at all, they weren’t buffed or cut down until I requested it. My cuticles weren’t cleaned. And although my mom & I had an appointment, it was still rushed & we were passed around from Kim to another nail tech. THIS time we spent $90- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, the time before, $120+ & we were treated with decency... if that doesn’t speak volumes, what does? Take these reviews you’re seeing seriously.. everyone doesn’t have the same complaint. And I just want to note to the staff, please save the copy & paste response. I’m good, just wanted to warn others. Find a salon where you will be treated with respect & get the full service you pay for regardless the amount you spend.. whether it’s gel polish or a regular polish, whether it’s a manicure or a full set… Go somewhere they’re going to prep your nails/ cuticles, SO YOUR FULL SET WILL LAST & actually look good, care for you & treat you kindly... this salon isn’t it.*UPDATE*Kim wrote me on instagram, invalidating everything I said in this review. Told me that she wasn’t rude. That she asked if I liked my nails (she didn’t, not once) That she spoke on our way out (she didn’t, we said thank you & she didn’t even respond) & she can’t understand why I’d write things that “aren’t real”.. as if being rude & rushing through my appointment wasn’t enough, she found me on social media to call me a liar. I have no reason to lie, hands down, the worst experience at a salon & with a nail tech. The unprofessionalism is undeniable.

This is my second time coming to the shop to get pampered but for some reason Kim rudeness has gotten out of control.I told her my nails were messy and she got upset an told me I should’ve use gel, gel is better for the nail and she started rushing when two other ladies walked in not to mention my shapes on my nails were different I hate my nails . They want that money but want give you the proper service I will not be returning you don’t tell people how to spend there money an your rude an the work was just terrible.

First time with the wife and we will be back! They got us in chairs upon walking in. Only 3 techs and they were working! She really got my toes feeling better and I will be back to her! Thank you 😉

The people here are so sweet. It was a wonderful experience. My daddy just died and they were so kind to me. I would definitely come back again if Im in the area.

I have gotten my nails done by Kim for about 2 years. I absolutely love her and how she does my nails. I get compliments everywhere I go on my nails. Such professionalism and dedication to ensuring my nails are perfect. I love to brag that “my nail tech is better than yours.” 🥰

Oh My Nails is not just another nail shop they make everyone feel like family. I love Kim she is amazing with nail art and anything else you need! My sister followed Kim from Charlotte NC and now she is in Columbia. Customer service is better than Chick-fil-A (i am not exaggerating) come try out and become a part of the Oh My Nails Family!!!!Both pictures are my nails. Affordable and great service can’t beat that!!

I have been going to Kim since March of 2020 FAITHFULLY ! For some reason she has become very rude towards her customers myself included . Yes she do great work but her attitude is very ugly and has changed since the salon has open! Her attitude is the reason her nails techs are in and out every few weeks. How you treat your paying customers is very important!!! I would not recommend this place to ANYBODY❗️❗️❗️❗️

My nails started lifting up on day 3 after i got a fill in Ann did them they looked real nice but they started lifting up on day 3 Very disappointed

I had an appointment for 6:30... i proceeded to wait 2 & a half hours and didn’t even get my nails done, i had to walk out. and it wasn’t even going to be another 30 minutes to an hour before they got to me. they obviously didn’t have time for me, they could’ve just told me that 🤷🏻‍♀️ i asked the man i talked to several times if it was okay to come in over the phone and he fell over himself to tell me it was okay and said “please please come”. i waited for 2 & a half hours and didn’t even get my nails filled. i will never go back.

I spent 105$ and honestly it felt like I been in there for forever it was only three people that was working today so it went by pretty slow they do a great job just to expensive for such slow service .
