Visited the Nail Barre for the first time. I had an eyebrow tint and a lash lift and tint done. My experience was excellent. Lois was my esthetician and she did an amazing job. She has over 20+ years of experience and used that to make recommendations and explain everything to me (as this was my first time having any of these services performed). Im glad I went with her recommendations as my eyes turned out wonderfully. She and the rest of the staff were extremely pleasant. I had a great time and will be back. Would recommend this place to others.

We just did group pedis and it was wonderful! There was a bit of a hiccup at checking in, but they worked to get us organized. Refreshed and ready to face the afternoon!

Taylor is awesome! This was my first time with a waxing appointment so I was nervous. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything as she was doing it. She was also extremely patient with me and very personable which made the experience so much better. She also did an amazing job. I highly recommend her (as well as this location, everyone I came in contact with was so nice!) and will be telling all of my friends to go!

Please never book here . They only want white clients . It’s been issue after issue with them. They make everything that went wrong with a service about you instead of trying to fix the problem. They have an excuse after excuse for everything. My mother received service at the Devine location 08/25/21 and I’m writing this review 08/26/21 I was called this morning saying I attack someone on the phone which isn’t true . I told them that it was unacceptable because their services are pricey than other salons and I don’t have a problem with paying for an upscale experience. They tried to say I wanted free services once we got to a little understanding and figured everything out I gave them another chance to redeem themselves . If your service time runs over just know you’re going to be rushed!!!!!! I would have gave no stars if I could . DO NOT BOOK HERE !!!!

Savannah of The Nail Barre was very clean and provided stellar service the polish is disinfected after each use. The Nail Barre exceeds expectations of a standard pedicure. A warm lavender towel was wrapped around my legs after a lavender gel scrub was applied to my feet and legs then my feet and legs were massaged. I found this quaint spa on Google in the absence of my regular nail technician. I will return for a manicure.

Taylor did a very good job waxing! She definitely knows how to make you comfortable and is very professional. I love her!

I had an appointment booked to get a manicure and pedicure the week before a work trip. On the morning of my appointment, I was called by the salon and told that my nail tech called in sick and they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my appointment. I understood and simply rebooked for the Monday before I was set to leave for my work trip as that was the only day off I would have. Monday comes and I realized that I simply didn’t have enough time to make it to the appointment and called the salon to notify them and cancel the appointment - they then charged me 50% for the services that they didn’t preform when THEY had cancelled on ME the day of my appointment only a week before. This was my first and last experience with this salon.

Lois did a great job on my eyebrow wax and tint. She was extremely welcoming and professional.

I had my eyebrows waxed for the first time ever and Lois did them for me. She was the sweetest and did an amazing job! I am planning on getting my eyebrows done regularly now with Lois!

I have got my eyebrows tinted and waxed twice here already and I love how they turn out. The staff is very friendly and they even offer a nice drink while youre being pampered! The studio is very clean and neat. The only bad part is that everyone else loves them too! Scheduling online is sometimes weeks out, understandably.

There was a mix up when I scheduled my daughters appointment and staff was super accommodating and even worked through lunch to get her nails done for her first day of school. When I went back to get my nails done the technician did an amazing job and was very friendly. I also have had my eyebrows waxed here and I love that in any area in which you book an appointment the meticulous work is at the highest level-and Im a picky customer!

I always come see Brandi when I need to get my nails done. It’s been the best experience I’ve had getting my nails done since I started coming here. My gel nails last up to three weeks without chipping or coming off! And it’s only three weeks cause that’s usually when I come in to change colors. (I always get the matte finish with my gel nails and I think that helps it last so long) I’ll always be coming back here.

I love The Nail Barre. The space is light, airy, and clean. I am able to relax while I receive a pedicure from a professional. Its a wonderful experience!

I am always pleased after my services with Lexi!! She takes her time and makes sure that everything looks great before finishing. I love that she takes that extra time because it makes a huge difference. When it’s my first time doing one of her services, she explains the process to me and answers any questions I have. I always feel relaxed when I’m with her because I know she’s going to take care of me.

Never have I ever used a business for these services and have not one complaint! Everything was perfect and Ill be signing up for a membership!

Love the atmosphere and kindness of staff. There was one patron speaking quite loudly/ it was hard to talk while she talked- during the beginning of the services/ that would be something to remind folks of please keep it chill. That is the only thing I’d think could be improved (encouraging patrons to respect others as lowering voices). Nail Barre brings it on so many levels, I must recommend!

Took OVER 3 HOURS for my student pedicure and dip manicure with design. The nail technician messed up twice on my manicure to which the polish had to be fully removed and was unable to provide the design I wanted (three lines). I was still asked to pay full price for this service.This was not the technicians fault as she had not been trained on how to provide this type of service. She had to ask fellow technicians during my appointment how to do the service I was asking for. Overall, I will not be returning to the nail barre and will not be recommending them to any of my friends.

I cannot say enough great things about this spot! I have only been in the area a week after a cross country move and decided to stop by after trying barre3. It is by far the most adorable, high quality, welcoming salon I’ve ever been to. Monique was able to squeeze me in for a man and was truly a delight. She knocked both out of the park. Madeson made me feel right and home! Grateful to have found my new nail home!

I am visiting the area and needed to get mani/pedi for a wedding a was going to attend. My appointment was delay 20 minutes but those are things that happens specially if you have a new person that wants to do things right and leave a good impression. Maya took good care of me and even though I was a little impatient because I was running late and could not do the manicure as I had to leave, she and the young lady at the reception were kind enough for me to give the place a good review. The place is very nice and neat. I fully recommended. 👌🏽

Salon is clean, and my nail tech was super nice and fun to talk to. However my gel manicure only lasted 4 days before it started to peel, chip, and lift!!! I got them done on a Tuesday at 5:30 PM and by mid day Saturday they were already chipped and lifting with some peeling off. I will not be returning because a gel manicure should AT LEAST last 2 weeks. (No I am not a dishwasher or anything like that I work at a desk). Not worth the money.

The Nail barre is a beautiful, boutique nail salon offering manicures, pedicures, waxing, and spray tan services, in an incredible environment! The staff are professional and friendly. The option to have a membership and to book appointments through the mindbody app make this place unique in Columbia.

Beautiful, clean salon. However, I paid for the restorative pedicure ($15 more than the basic pedicure) for an extended massage. I barely received any massage at all. My toes look great and the staff were so nice.. just not worth $60 to me for the service I received.

We went in for manicures for my daughter’s 8th birthday. Kamryn was wonderful! So patient and sweet. She took her time and made sure my daughter’s nails were exactly how she wanted them. We will be back to see Kamryn soon.

This place wants white only clientele. They tried to perform a service they could not and refused to redo the shorty work and did not refund my money or offer to make it right.

Just my kind of atmosphere! Stephanie the receptionist got me checked in and asked if I would like something to drink. I said yes that would be great. She came back with a nice glass of wine and told me Kathryn would be with me shortly.Kathryn walked over to me and introduced herself with a d bright and beautiful smile and told she was ready for me. She asked me what designs I had in mind. I showed her my Pinterest board and she said she could do that design. Next thing I know Kathryn went to pick out the colors and jumped straight into work!The energy in this salon is infectious! Everyone is so genuinely happy to be at work and everyone talks to you! My experience was warm, welcoming and beyond satisfied! They have a nice selection of colors which are neatly organized. The decor is refreshing and gorgeous! If you visit The Nail Barre you won’t be disappointed trust me!!

Friendly staff and a beautiful, clean space both Lake Murray and Downtown location. HOWEVER, this is the third time Ive had a bad experience! I didnt want to write a bad review. However, for the high price of the gel mani one would expect at least 2 weeks of nice looking nails. I had a gel mani Friday afternoon. By Saturday 1 of the little accents fell off. Sunday nail chipped. By Monday 3 nails are chipped, my thumb is peeling off and 4 accents have fallen off!!! Its only been 3 days!!!! I called and asked about what kind of guarantee policy they have for gel manis. Only 48 hrs!! So if your nails start chipping and peeling in only 3 days- soo sorry!!! I was offered to come in and PAY 35$ to repaint my nails!! When they first opened they had wonderful techs and nails lasted at least 2 weeks even 3!! But now with these last 3 times Ive been, it only lasts days. I hate to say it but the new girls just do not know what they are doing and they definitely should not be used so quickly on clients paying full price. They need alot more practice and training!! Its too bad the Nail Barre doesnt stand behind their work.

From the glass of Prosecco when you arrive to the moment you leave you feel pampered.Also- I’ve gotten spray tans at many different places over the years and the spray tan I got from Bianca here was the BEST by far. NO streaking or funky spots (and I had come to accept those as just a necessary side effect) and it looked natural and amazing.These women really know what they’re doing. Do yourself a favor and get your next service at the Nail Barre. ✨
