There is absolutely NOTHING “luxury” or luxurious about this nail salon.I came in from out of town to celebrate my cousin’s graduation. I treated her to a spa day and deeply regret going here.We paid their top prices expecting quality service. The staff weren’t friendly, no one talked. Our pedicures were rushed and they nearly forgot we booked the deluxe spa package.The gel manicure I received was horrible.In the end, they had BOGUS CHARGES added to our service.Would NOT recommend.

So as far as I can see I thought the service would be good because it’s in a public area (Columbiana Mall) THIS IS TRULY NOT THE CASE. Sherry or however you spell it, did the horrible job and Miss Couhaln co-signed for the BS. Horrible attitudes and horrible work. I have pictures of everything. She rushed through my nails... burned me during the process ... crooked nails, polish was coming off ... it looked as if I needed a fill in and I just got them. I called and asked for her to fix them but before I knew it they were hurting my fingers because she placed the false nails so close to the edge. Polish on my fingers and glue on my skin. So she told me to return around 12:00 pm the next morning and I was there at 11:30 am so I could be prompt. She didn’t show up until at least 12:20. At this point I just wanted a refund .. she refused because now all of a sudden they don’t give refunds. They wanted to give me a certificate to come back.. now why would I want to come back unprofessional and bad service. That’s a huge NO! So once she unprofessionally removed the polish off of my nails and not even fully off because I still have pieces connected she tells me to wash my hands and just walks away.. so I had to assume myself she was finished. Then I get up there and my refund was only $55 and I paid $65. So I asked her why wasn’t the full amount on here... she said because of the soak off. So I asked so I have to pay for the mistake you made. She replies this is a business ... I said I know what you call this but I’m not understanding why again I am paying for the mistake you made. She started repeating herself saying it was a business ... that place is horrible.... one person who does nails for the black folks while the rest treats and cater to the white customers. It was horrible.. I’m not sure who gave her her license but she needs a lot more work

Don’t go here. Every time I come have an awful experience. They are extremely overpriced and the customer service is the worst. I really paid $25 for a gel polish and it looks so tacky. I could have done them myself if that was the case. They aren’t friendly and barely acknowledge you. Once it is your turn for service they are rushing and don’t take their time. It’s ridiculous. Save your time and spend your money with a salon who is willing to take their time to satisfy you.

I arrived to this location at 6:35pm and asked for a full set. I was greeted, sat in a chair, and asked to wait for an available tech. At 7:24 I was told by the Manager that she will no longer service me because a full set would take to long and she was unwilling to stay any longer. While voicing how upset I was one of the nail tech became very unprofessional trying to place blame on me as a costumer saying I wasn’t being understanding and considerate for them having to go home to their children as if I wasn’t already accepted in as a customer and this wasn’t a place of business. The service was very unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and will not recommend this place to anyone.

I went here on the 2nd for my birthday and got acrylic nails put on. As soon as you walk in the door, someone acknowledges you and asks what you want done, and they let you know how long of a wait it will be if there is one. The place was very clean and didn’t smell super strongly of chemicals like some nail places do! Everyone was super nice and smiled at customers and the young man who did my nails did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job on them!! He was super nice and gentle and would stop when he could tell something didn’t feel good. I wish I would have gotten his name so I could give him a shoutout for this review! I have really short nails due to being a nail biter but I never felt judged or like it was too much of a hassle! My nails came out beautifully and I will 100% be coming back!! 💕💅🏼

Literally the worst service I have ever experienced. Ridiculous prices, horrible customer service, made up extra charges, and literally did not speak english. Came from out of town and wanted to enjoy a mani pedi and it was terrible. They were super aggressive and painful and literally did a terrible job at mani pedis and gel nails. Will never go again. Do not go here. Let me add, they have a sign on their front door that says no refunds because they had so many refunds for being so terrible at their job.

Their prices arent too too crazy these days...they moved fast and the quality is pretty good.

Sandy does a wonderful job on my nails every time!! As soon as I walk in they greet me and ask me what do I need done. The customer service is always great which is why I will never go elsewhere. Thank you again Sandy :)

I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Upon entering no one acknowledge that I was there. A guy sat in one of the pedicure chairs and watched his phone and then proceeded to water the plants. It was not busy at all. I only came here because it was Sunday and my nail tech wasnt open, I wont cheat on my nail tech again!! Lesson learned! My pedicure was ok I guess and the paint job is terrible! My nails are even worse!! I can see waves in them, they are of different shapes, and the paint.. Im embarrassed of them!!!! Not to mention I was charged $125.00 for a terrible pedi and mani!!!! I will never go back! If I could leave no stars I would!

Usually don’t leave reviews but for this salon I will. I came to this salon a few months ago for a fill in and repair. While getting my nails done I was cut with the drill and instead of stopping and allowing me to clean it up/ wash my hands or even apologizing to me she replies with “It’s only a small one” and proceeds to use that drill on my nails. While obviously it was still big enough to cause bleeding. The shapes were also very uneven. I only gave it two stars because a lady who I complaint to was very sweet and apologetic for the actions of the other tech. Who later apologized which didn’t make up for my bleeding finger.

Sandy did a beautiful job. Nice place and great customer service. Love it and highly recomended.

DO NOT go here!!!! I paid $50 for a mani pedi. He didn’t even do the whole pedicure (file them down, shave off dead skin). They were uneven and paint left all around my finger nails. I nicked a spot of my pointer finger nail and he said well you can’t see it this way....highly unsatisfied. Don’t go here

I came here today, 6/9/20, and got my toes and eyebrows done. The lady that did my toes, while she was sweet, she was clearly new and a novice at her job and had to receive constant instruction from her adjacent coworker and hit my toe putting my sandals on and I looked but couldn’t see until I was already gone that she actually did mess it up and the woman who did my eyebrows, the older lady that I think owns the place, took the end of my eyebrow off after I clearly stated to leave them thick as possible and then while I was sitting there letting my toes dry she came up and TURNED THE DRYER OFF and when asked why she did that her explanation was toes dry in 5 mins...I’m sorry but that was completely unacceptable and terrible customer service bc my nails in fact we’re not dry. So even though this is the closest nail salon to my house I probably will not be coming back here.

My nails came out horrible the lady that works there made it seem like she could do so much better. She did my pedicure and OMG. All I wanna know is who gave these people licenses to do nails?

I decided to shine my nails instead of nail color. This was the most basic manicure Ive ever gotten. Good, but nothing special. $25. She informed me that it was an additional $5 for shine after the charge was processed. When I asked her why, she said that is how much it is. I told her I am fine paying for it, but that they should inform customers about extra charges beforehand. The manager came and asked what was wrong, I said I did not know about the additional charge. She said Really? Thats how much it always is This was my first time. Come on.

New to SC and went here to get my nails done. The old lady did a HORRIBLE job! She kept hitting my fingers with the grinder, NONE of my nails are the same length, there’s waves all through them. I will NEVER go here again.Way to make a great first impression on someone who’s been in your state less than 24 hours!

I wouldnt recommend coming here. If I can give no stars I most definitely wouldnt. I feel like I wasted my money and time. I got my nails done here on Friday which was (12/27/19) one nail is already lifting up to come off. Ive been to this place twice. I shouldve knew not to come back from first time experience! Overall, I was given respect but my nails wasnt.

They did my nails perfectly two times in a row. I will be coming here from now on. I always get the white powder. It’s perfect and looks way better than white nail polish. If you come here you won’t be disappointed

Honestly they did a great job on my nails but at payment time I noticed he ran my card twice... so I checked my bank and noticed two charges. Called the bank and was told they needed to refund me. I asked for a refund but was met with an attitude and excuses on why they can’t. I waited for 30 mins for them to fix it and they ended up refusing. I had to dispute the charge with a bank. It was a $200 charge that was supposed to be $92.. just keep an eye at checkout.

My 17 year old daughter went and had her nails done here. They didnt do what she asked for and when she said something they did them again. Then they charged for both sets, $160. A rip off and dont send your teenagers alone there. Do not recommend to anyone!! Will report to the BBB!!!0 stars if i could do that.

Not a ethical place, they did a eyebrow to my daughter incorrectly my daughter pay then when get to her car notice that was not even. She ask for the money back and they said no. My daughter explain me that the employee was doing her eyebrows and at the same time on the phone 😡 Don’t GO THERE!

I went to get my nails done for the first time and the person that did my nails mess me up bad. I didn’t wanted no tips on my nails and he did it anyway and it was a rush job done on my nails. I had to go to another nail shop to get my nails done all over again. When they took the nails off he damage my nails so bad. I will never go back there again. The owner didn’t even care about my nails and she was letting a customer talk to us instead of her. They were very unprofessional at this nail spa. I really don’t want to give them a one star for the work they did on my nails. I’m so ashamed of my nails right now. Then my daughter wanted them to dip my nails and she said she couldn’t dip them the other nail spa did and they told me how bad they mess up my nails also.

By far the worse experience I’ve ever had customer service wise and all...I was there after I signed in for about a good 20 minutes no one ever acknowledged me it wasn’t too busy for that I’d be way more understanding. So I finally got up and asked if there was anyone available to do a full set mind you this place closes at 9 I was there at 7:30... The first person to start my fullset basically filed my skin which felt GREAT once the primer hit my skin...and I’m being very sarcastic...so finally the one who I guess does full sets may have been going on a break and he got really upset when he was asked to start on my request they yelled back and forth and made a scene and he walked out...once again I had to wait for him to finish his smoke break and come back it was all bad after that handling my hands roughly and drilling into my skin I did not allow this man to finish I stopped him and paid for what had been done already I will never come back here again all they did was hurt me and treat me poorly awful experience for me

Sandy is terrific! I have been going there for years and she has always done what I asked. She is friendly knowledgeable and talented! The shop is clean and inviting. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!!

I WAS NOT GREETED AS I ENTERED, instead of getting the services I asked for. I was told what I needed to get, down to the color of my nails. Everything I asked for I was given a reason why they couldn’t do it. I will never come back to this salon. I felt so out of place & wasted my money!

I went today to get my nails done and let me tell you. from the side view of my nails it is completely lumpy and you can tell where my fake nail was added on because my nail was not smooth. i asked for a basic white nail and yes the man who did was nail was extremely nice the nail ended up very bad they’re all crooked and different shapes. will not be going here again.

I went to get my nails done here a few days ago, and I dont really understand the bad reviews. I was treated very well. They had a cute little boy asking what the customers needed. My nails (ombrè) turned out FANTASTIC. The only reason Im leaving out one star is because the lady doing my nails filed my skin twice, so two of my fingers got cut, but I understand that mistakes happen, and in the end, she did a great job!

This was my first visit, cause I live in California and the facility was pleasant and clean. My mani/ pedi person was John that I ask for cause of his positive reviews. He was quick and knowledgeable in what he does but at the same time there was some discrepancies I had because of the dollar amount I paid. If I had to go there again, I would choose someone else

PLEASE, STEER FAR AWAY FROM LUXURY NAILS. Dont waste your time or money at this business. The middle aged lady that did my nails had an attitude and kept mentioning/complaining about how big my fingers were, while another customer was right beside me. I was so embarassed and she was completely oblivious to it all. Doesnt matter if a customer is plus-sized or not you dont treat people this way. I was very upset and angry after she said that, but I held myself together because I really needed my nails done. All around rude, disrespectful with no regards for customers feelings. Go to a nail shop that will appreciate your business and not put you down and embarrass you.

I went in for the dip polish and the guy pryed old polish off on 3 nails saying to soak took too long. This was all the while with me telling him it hurt finally stopped when I said I could feel it splitting nail. Needless to say he broke all 3 nails. Then instead of the dip he put acrylic on my nails which was NOT what I wanted. This is not a good place to have your nails done and needs to be shut down and the public should not have to endure what I experienced!!!!!!!!!Went in to speak with manager and was told next time she will take care of me. And that they all put dip polish on as acrylic, she doesn’t know why the guy doesn’t soak nails. She seemed to not care that he damaged my nails with the prying of polish off as long as they looked good. Save your time and money do Not go here!!

DO NOT GO! They did the worst nail service I have ever had and I have had many... My color is not smoothed out and on some of my nails they didn’t even apply color to the whole nail. A few are crooked and look terrible. They got polish all over my fingers and didn’t even have the nerve to clean that up like ewww get out, quit your job, I bet the person who did my nails doesn’t even have a degree in Cosmetology with the work they gave me I could do better. Also when they were using the Electric Drill the man kept getting on my finger and not even just the edge he obviously had no clue to what he was doing.

Love my nails! They always do a great job. I usually get a gel pedicure and a full set with gel polish. This time I got ombré with yellow and white gel powder. It was my nail techs idea they look like lemonade😍

The nails were pretty but they were too short & my fingers were actually hurting days after getting my nails done (my first manicure ever, btw) and theyre a little too pricey. I had an acrylic overlay & a nude coat of polish. That costed me $45.

Absolutely loved it here. Their ombre nails were exactly how I wanted them to turn out. Definitely recommend this place to anyone. You get what you pay for, music choice they play is a bit of everything and its not an intoxicating smell of acrylic for those of you who are a bit sensitive.

I went there and they soaked sns nails to remove them. While I was waiting he went and did someone pedicure 🙄. His wife tried to get him to come back after 30 min but he didnt so I left.

A little hesitant because of the few negative reviews but seriously a mistake because, I am so glad I picked this place. This was my first time getting an acrylic set, but was not painful at all and I am very pleased with the outcome, I love my nails. I received a warm welcome from the nice young man in the front and further enjoyed my experience with my nail tech.

They got 1 star just because I had to pick one so I can write a review..I have come a couple times and the service is getting worse each time I go.This last time i asked do a different color and was told i would have to get a whole new set when mine were fine. I said no just the fill so he had to do the same color.He didnt make them even, he never smoothed out my nails so there all bumpy. And to top it off I was told a fill was $20 and she charged me $38... I will never be back!!!!!!!!

I have been going to Sandy for my eyebrows for the last three years. No one else is allowed to touch my brows!!! Lawd, I dont know what I would do if Sandy ever left because I have tried so many other people but Sandy is the only one that I dont even need to see my brows after she finishes because I know they are perfect every time!!!!!

I usually don’t even write reviews, but I had to let others know about their work. I booked an appointment for a pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails. My pedicure was decent. Although the polish job was awful, he did clean/scrub my feet well. My nails were HORRIBLE. Upon coming home and washing my hands ONCE, the polish coat had already started to come off. I took my nails off myself because they were poorly glued and all started to come off anyways. I had my nails done for less than two weeks . 10 days to be exact. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY.

They tipped themselves on my daughters debit card and her friends debit card! $10 each. Then requested a no trespass notice like they didn’t steal from them!!!!!! I told my daughter not to go there to begin with because their work quality wasn’t good and they always get defensive when you complain!

If I could give zero stars I would’ve. I walked in and asked for a pedicure. They said to pick a color and sat me in the chair. First off the water was cold and when I asked the tech to please make it a little hotter I guess he got upset and put it on the hottest setting and didn’t ask if it was ok. I had to ask someone else to turn the water down some. Which was rude of me because he was working with someone else. Then the tech comes back over and proceeds to do my pedicure. He didn’t even ask if I wanted the basic or deluxe, just assumed I wanted the basic. He cut my cuticles too much and then he didn’t even scrub the dead skin off. His painting skills were awful! I have polish all over my toes!!!! This salon has some lazy and unprofessional people working here. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!!!

Had a falling out with my old nail salon, so a friend recommended luxury nails. My old nail salon reeked of acetone and rubbing alcohol. This nail salon smelt so much better! ;)

Way to expensive for what you get. I paid $20 just for them to take off my gel dip manicure. Not worth the money at all!

Terrible experience. They were way over priced and the guy who painted my nails didn’t seem to know what he was doing...I asked for him to go lighter on my nails but instead he did heavy coats. They were uneven and after hours still messed up. I ended up taking off all my nail polish. I can do it better myself. Btw I NEVER have given a bad review for a nail salon but this place was horrible!

I got sns powder with tips. they didnt trim down my nails before putting the tips on. the woman cut my finger from filing it, and noticed, but even though i told her she still stuck my finger with an open wound in dip powder, which means shes done this with other people, doesnt sound sanitary to me so i wont be going back. they look good though, im just praying i dont get an infection
