I dropped my car off at 7:45 am before service department opened. The key was placed in a envelope with all of the needed information and appointment time. I dropped key in key box and left. I called a little after lunch to see if car was ready. I was told my service agent would call me back. I waited two hours and no call back. My husband called service department and was told they didn’t have our car. I went back to dealership and my car was parked where I left it that morning. I go inside and asked if my car was ready?? I was told oh we were wondering why that car was sitting there. I asked if they checked the key box when they came in and was told yes. I asked for my keys back since alignment wasn’t done and no keys. I told him they were in the key box could they get them out for me. We go outside and my keys were still in the box inside envelope with information written on front ( Name, phone, appointment, type service and where car was parked) but the box is checked every morning! Why’s just moved to Columbia and this was our first and last time using this dealership. We will just have to take the drive back to Charleston to service our cars . I would have given this business no stars but you have to put at least one to write a review.

Although it is peoples choice not to wear mask but in tour establishment it should required.

Great service advisors and technicians. Audi encourages a relationship between advisors and customers by keeping you with the same advisor regardless of the service needed. I expect quality service done on my vehicle and that is what I get.
