The gym has everything you need for a great workout. Clean and very well kept facility. The staff are amazing, and we had a blast working with the best! Thank you.

This place is awesome!! The type of gym from before everyone decided that weights needed to be made easier; proper equipment, tons of if, lots of space, well thought out.

If you’re looking for a safer place to working out during a global pandemic - I would recommend checking out this place. I’ve never done CrossFit before, had no idea what a ‘kipping’ pull up was, and am generally a pretty shy person. So trying this gym was a bit out of my comfort zone from going to Lifetime in my Target sweatpants. After a free tryout week, and joining, I can’t say I regret the decision. The more you go, the more you feel comfortable and get to know members of the gym. I too have appreciated the coaches checking in with me on form and movements as most things are really new. Overall, if you’re new to CrossFit or want to work up a sweat I’d check this out.

Great gym, highly recommend!Its easy to get to, plenty of parking space, the owners are friendly and the coaches are amazing! Every time you walk in, you feel welcomed. If you want to work out with fellow members that know your name, support you and actually care - its the place to be. Not every gym can offer a great community as a bonus, but this one does. They offer many special events throughout the year as well to motivate you even more in your fitness journey.In short - its a great place to be, no matter whether you are a seasoned athlete or just starting. Give it a try, youll be glad you did!

This CrossFit gym feels like a home away from home. I get my butt kicked every single day and I do it with some incredible people. I feel like I have made some lifelong friends here and I look forward to staying around for a long time.

Such an amazing place! The instructors are very knowledgeable and patient, and every class you learn something new. This place doesnt feel like just any other workout studio, its truly a community! I would honestly recommend them.

I dropped in while in town for a hearing conference. I used their website to register and pay (very easy and convenient.) Everyone was very welcoming and great to work with. Very much recommended for locals and travelers alike.

I love working out here. Ive stuck with this gym longer than any other and have no plans to leave. The community is so welcoming and kind, while pushing you to be the best you can be. Curt and Anna (the owners) have created a great gym environment. All the coaches are so informative and helpful. The gym motto is Work Hard. Be Nice and it could not be more accurate. I would highly recommend joining this gym if you are new to CrossFit or if youve been doing it for years.

This gym is the cream of the crop for group workouts. The workouts are effective and accessible for all fitness levels. The coaches are vigilant about safety. The culture is unrivaled for being encouraging of one another.Opportunities to participate in competitions and events are always in the calendar. There are also opportunities to work on nutrition and other aspects of ones health.I cant recommend CrossFit Eden Prairie and its sister gym, CrossFit Prior Lake enough.

CrossFit Eden Prairie has always treated me Fare and Well. Always able to work with me for any changes that come up with schedules, and trainers! I am a long standing client, and as a aging client, I have had to change my goals as the years have gone by, they understand!

Anna and Curt are two people that work so hard in and outside of the gym to make sure that their members are getting the best experience. From the well thought out WODs, and the great community that they have at their gym, it is a fun and challenging place to get your sweat on. When I drop into the classes, the coaches are always willing to help me modify workouts if need be.

I love the team atmosphere at CrossFit Eden Prairie. I know for me, Ill always work harder in a group than I will on my own, but if the culture isnt supportive, then Ill just skip the workout altogether. At CrossFit EP, I look forward to workouts because I know my coaches and fellow classmates will build me up. I love that feeling I get when Ive pushed myself, and thats always how I leave from classes here. I highly recommend this gym.

Absolutely love this place. Great community, excellent work outs, and excellent coaches. The owners are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and have a passion for Crossfit. If you are new to it they coach you up the entire way and help you do everything at levels you physically can. If you are an elite athlete, the programmed workouts are a challenge to all. Crossfit Eden Prairie is an incredibly warm and inviting community and the coaching is excellent, they meet you where you are in your life and help you improve with patience and enthusiasm.

Did a drop in class here and was welcomed right in. Coach let me pick the music. Very large box, tons of space and plenty of equipment. Fun to see all the t-shirt of boxes they have visited!
