Great gym. A lil packed at times but is well maintained and always clean. I prefer this gym over the one in shafter. Friendly staff make it easy to sign up👍

Ive been to over 50 Anytime Fitness locations and Ive never seen one with members as bad as this location. Weights left everywhere, staff never walks the floor to check on anything. Nice gym but terrible member etiquette and no rule enforcement from staff.

Currently under renovation (4/5), but sufficiently equipped, clean (even with the construction), and with member towels, a nice amenity.Also, many Anytime Fitness have rather cold shower rooms, and kinda hot showers, but here the showers have really hot water! Thanks!

Just checking it out nothing serious nice place

I had a very terrible experience this morning. I was verbally attacked by an employee this morning. Walke up to me in a very rude tone throwing his eyebrow to the top of his forehead raising his voice to a pitch like im a child and told me i quote this is not a meathead gym you meed to tone it down? I feel like i was attacked and discriminated against i am very offended and will not be going back to this gym. I pay 35 dollars a month for a sports gym so that i cam train hard with high intensity. I dont pay 35 dollars a month for some employee to be rude and tell me how to train. If i knew anytime fitness in Wasco wasnt a sports gym or a meat head gym i wpuld not have gotten a membership. From what i understood in the paper work its a sports gym where people come to train sweat and sometimea groan and make noise when they are lifting. If you have ever gotten serious about lifting you would know in order to make changes to your body you have to be intense and on the laat rep sometimes it hurts your going to make noise thats all part of the process of training. If you dont want to see people training hard dont go to a sports gym if your going to be offended by someone training hard and making noise take your headphones mond your own business. Im not bothering you dont bother me. I will be writing a comment on yelp as well. Sad thing about it was the employee tried to push it off on the other people in the gym. I know everyone of the people that were in the gym i grew up in Wasco i was not bothering any of the other people there. They were actually motivating me to go harder. To the employee that costed the business 2 yearly memberships learn how to keep your personal opinions to yourself. My dad and i have been training since january and have not had a problem until an employee decided to come in an hour and a half early and throw us out. We will be going back to the shafter gym because there everyone understanda that they are in a sports gym and ao do the employees. Its really inconvenient for me to have to drive all the way to shafter because an employee had a bad morning at home. My name is Michael Nickols just in case the owner reads this id be more than willing to come to the office and file a complaint as well. Another sad thing i mow the owner of the buildings yard and got treated this way. I may look into a lawsuit honestly im very offended and i feel like i was attacked and discriminated against because im young and in good shape.if your a serious athlete and serious about training i would not recommend this gym. The anytime fitness in shafter has way better employees and the people that are there are there to workout not conplain. Their page says whether your a workout finatic or a beginner your welcome i consider myself a workout finatic and i did not feel very welcome at all actually felt the complete opposite

The place is always neat and sanitised, only reason its a four star . The price is a bit to much, and they are starting to charge a fee
