We stopped in urgently due to immediate low tire pressure heading to a wedding. They were able to locate the nail quickly and worked hard to provide all possible options. The best option was to go to another location 25 minutes away that had the tire available. They called the new location for us, put enough air in the tire for us to safely get to the destination and provided the most professional service. All employees at this location were AMAZING. Lifesaver!We were in Charleston, SC planning to drive back home to Charlotte, NC and realized we had a flat tire. My husband had an important job interview and every NTB we called was fully booked...until we called the Columbia Garners Ferry store. The awesome guy who answered the phone said to just come on in. Luckily, hubby had an air pump in the car and the tire made it from Chas to Columbia. Everyone in the NTB was super helpful, they fit us in and took care of us so well. Great NTB location...thank you so much to everyone there, to our guy who got us in to service, and to the manager for such a wonderfully supportive group of people.
I had a tire with a slow leak, and I had insurance. They said they couldn’t find anything. There wasent anything they cold do. I drove to the driving range on garners ferry to the independent little tire shop. I had a big nail in it, they fixed it been holding ever sense

Getting the runaround by another NTB location, I was able to come here and get my new tires within an hour on a Saturday without an appointment. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and so sweet. Very appreciative of their help and fast service!
Horribly experience a week ago Thursday and still waiting on an apology from the person working the counter. I spoke to the manager the day after and the comment, “I need to talk to my guys,” was the response I got. Although he apologized, that carries little weight b/c he has no other recourse as the manager. The service was so bad that I had to go to another NTB store and have them balance the 4 tires I purchased the day before. I started my interaction with the staff with the comment after stating that I had an appt, “I think you’re lying to me.” I would’ve walked out right then had it not been 5:00 and me needing to leave town the next morning. The price I got over the phone was different than the quote when I arrived at the store, nor did they know about the rebate I observed on the website. Several staff members told me the rebate was included in the price, but when the website says, “mail in rebate,” it was obvious I had done more research than they had. Customer service was of little help, they sent me $100 loyalty check to be used at an NTB store. Although the new store’s service was exemplary, I’ll never set foot at another NTB store again. That $100 check will be used to fire up my grill this weekend.

Made an appointment for 5PM but when we arrived the doors were closed on us and we were told they were closed.
Unable to schedule a single appointment to get tires at one store because the employee didn’t know who would be working or what kind of customer traffic might be, no one answered the phone at a second store, third store answered but said they would call me back, then never did. Fourth store scheduled my tires. I drove 27 miles to the store, only to have them tell me wait 45 minutes for a manager to come back because he was on lunch break. Rude employees, clueless on how to serve a customer. That’s 4 stores in the Columbia, SC area that I tried to use. Good luck.

They were very rude after not fixing my car correctly twice and then they stand outside and smoke marijuana and marijuana is not even legal in South Carolina

Goodyear and Firestone were useless. I almost forgot there was a ntb in my neighborhood. They took me in less than an hour. The others could have seen me next week. When you need a car that starts next week isnt good enough. Kudos to this team. I will be coming back often for auto needs.

Dont walk but RUN to Pep Boys.....it may cost more but at least you will have the security of knowing that ONLY professional team workers have touched your car....at least you wont have to wait for two days for two tires that were already there....at least you wont pay get in your car and the dash lights are on,ask for attention and get told I didnt do it...at least you can get a paper towel or tissue for the restroom.....at least you wont be afraid to touch anything in the dingy ass lobby.....at least you wont be standing out in the rain after a multiple hour wait and they drive past and park your car and you have to go in and get keys.....just dont go
Have been here a few times now and have always received reasonable service within a timely manner.The man at the front desk, I believe the manager, was very friendly and personable and took time to speak to my seven-year-old while managing to find the best deal possible for me.I have to assume they love what they do and always strive to give their best to the customers.While I was waiting in line a man came in to bring one of the lunch and thanks for working on his car and getting the work done so quickly.Was a dream to work with I will definitely be back.

The gentleman that assisted was very very very professional. He laid everything out for me, price wise, what coverage came with each plan. He is very knowledgeable on what he is talking about, he stated should take about 1.5 hours and they did even better. I was done and finished with in an hour! The best part is he never even once tried to up sell me anything at all, unlike some other mechanical shops due. Definitely got a customer as long as that store is open.
At 4:30 this afternoon I visited this location NTB without an appointment and the manager, Steve Dooley, answered all of my questions and gave me excellent suggestions for work that needs to be done.His crew balanced both my front tires, aligned the front end, change the oil and filter and balanced 2 tires in about 1 hour. Steve was very sensitive to my budget and did exactly what needed to be done for my vehicle to ride smoothly.theres no doubt that I will return if I need service in the future. Then I followed him down the road to their location where him and a coworker were able to put on a new tire, all within their closing hour. At 6:53, two more customers came in MINUTES til close. Excellent service from beginning to the end. It stared with Phillip giving me an excellent quote; awesome Sales Associate. From there, Michael continued with the excellent customer service. He showed me what I needed to have done on my car. He said he could not perform a specific job until I got some other things fixed first; it just would not be right...So I commend those two gentlemen specifically. Great attitudes; Great job guys!
I had a nail and leak which I asked them to check. Waited in parking lot for 45 minutes! No one came out to check tire while other people were getting service after I initiated my request. Felt truly disappointed and discrimination!!! Would not recommend them...anyone!!!
This place has always treated me right. Last year 2019 I had a blown tire on New Years and even though they were closed a manager was there and still helped me out. Prices match the work!

These guys were incredible. Came in no call no apt with a flat tire and was in and out within an hour. Customer service is 2nd to none. I have been to NTB around the country and am usually disappointed. If all of them were ran as well as this one it would be a no brainer where to spend my money! If you are close to them then this should be your mechanic for sure. These guys are honest, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything you need in a mechanic!

Great customer service! If you need your car worked on or just regular maintenance, this is the place to go! I have been using this shop for some time now and ever since management changed recently it has improved drastically! Mike is very friendly and professional. He will go above and beyond to help you in any way possible. The mechanics are honest about what is wrong with your car and will never try to sell you something you dont need. My most recent visit i had a nail in my tire that was not patchable because the nail was in the sidewall and I didnt have the money to purchase a new tire right away. After explaining this to Mike he went out of his way to do a kind gesture. Knowing I couldnt purchase a tire until a few days later, he was nice enough to put my spare tire on for me so there wouldnt be a chance of getting stuck with a flat! No other shop I have dealt with wouldve done the same. Needless to say, I returned to Mike to get my new tire a few days later. I will never take any of my vehicles to anybody else. Its people like Mike that remind us there are still good people in this world who do kind things for others!

Brought my car in for an oil change on Monday January 6th. They said they would call when it was ready and I called them 3 hours after it was dropped off for them to say yeah it’s done. I left for a long road trip on Wednesday and about 400 miles into my trip and not having used any washer fluid my car said it was low. Stopped and found my washer fluid cap open and it empty. Also my tire pressures were all messed up. These things are listed as things they check with an oil change. Haven’t had any issues before but feel this time they were sloppy. When I pay $125 for an oil change I expect it not to be sloppy.
The price was right and they got me in and out fast. Also made a new friend.
Worst experience. All i wanted was my tires put on and the tire pressure sensor system set up. They changed the right side tires. Then tell us we just have to drive it around, so we did, come right back not fixed. They cant figure out how to use the equipment/tool to reset the system. Come back today for KEN to tell me i have to wait 2 hrs. and THEN he can tell me how long before it can be fixed and that they DO know how to use the tool. So i call corp. office and they got me in touch with the store on st. andrews...my truck was in the back 5 minutes...its all reset and good to go. I will NEVER recommend or return to this store.
We came here because our tire had a piece of metal stuck in it, and it was going flat. Steve, Daphne and the rest of the awesome team helped us out quickly and ensured we werent stranded 500 miles away from home! Outstanding service!
I live in greenwood, sc and had been visiting my daughter who lives in Columbia. I needed tires but hoping Id make it back to Greenwood before Id get four tires. I called them and they put four tires and a front end alignment and now my car drives like a new one. I appreciate their service, and I think anyone who needs tires or any other services they perform will be pleased.
Frank is really nice!!!! I truly enjoy speaking with him. His knowledge and willingness to help is outstanding!!! HOWEVER, Whomever the female is (receptionist)that answers the phone is nasty and not very customer service oriented. I usually have a great experience at this location, as we market to them for my job as well as send them business, but she just was not willing to help answer my questions or to get someone to help me... she was very short and curt and I truly did not appreciate her demeanor and her tone. I recommend when you visit this office avoid her all together and deal with Frank or someone else bc she isnt going to be much help at all.
My husband and I went up to NTB at 9:15am today to get 4 new tires (2 for his and 2 for mine). 1st thing they took off the good tires and replaced them with the new ones. My husband seen and told them they took off the wrong tires. 2nd thing they were going to put the new tires on the front of the car. Once again my husband stopped them and told them they are suppose to put new tires on the back. 3rd thing, once my car was done about 11 am, they told my and husband and I that his SUV was stuck on the lift. I said stuck on the lift????? They said yes, they would have to call a technician to come to fix the lift. I left and took my kids home. After 2 hours of waiting my husband talk to the manager about the lift being stuck, the manager had no clue what my husband was talking about. Not one of the NTB employees told the manager that the lift was stuck. So here it is 3pm and the tech finally showed up. After my husband asked numerous times where the tech was and all they would tell them was they didnt know. I have called the corporate office and still waiting on a call back. We will definitely take our business somewhere where the employees are more educated. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else. So you wont be spending 5 1/2 hours on a Saturday at this place.

I recently had come to this store having experienced a flat tire on a trailer. I am a stump grinder by trade and having my trailer disabled was crippling to say the least. I stopped in to see if the tire could be saved and within moments an associate was helping me. Unfortunately the tire was damaged irreparably. The manager Michael Driggers promptly looked to see if they had one in stock and expedited getting it mounted quickly and also gave me a great deal on it. I was very pleased and extremely thankful for their service. I would highly recommend friends and family to shop here. Thanks again! -Anthony
Easily the slowest car service in the entire city. Made an appointment ahead of time and was assured I’d be finished in time to go to work, then they started late and made me late to work anyway. After trying to sell me 500$ worth of extra services. To top it off I checked when I got to work and they didn’t even rotate my tires which I specifically asked for and was a part of the service I paid for.
There is always room for improvement.

Friendly service, long waits: this is not a 10-minute lube place. Even with an appointment, expect a simple oil change and tire check to take almost two hours. On the plus side, theyve never tried to upsell the service. In fact, the service guys always make sure to tell me about coupons and specials to save me $$$

I never leave reviews but after my last visit to this place I feel like I need to. Went in for an oil change, Ive been there for the same reason a couple of times. It always takes entirely too long even if they are slow and have an appointment. Their customer service is mediocre. But the reason I will NEVER go back to this place is because they gave me false information about the work that I need done on my car. Work worth over 1000 dollars. When all I needed was new drums and shoes for my rear brakes. Yet they told me I needed brake pads and rotors and quoted me over 400 just for that. I took my business to Franks discount tire and only paid 280 for the work that I actually needed done. DONT LET NTB OVERCHARGE YOU FOR WORK THAT YOU DONT NEED DONE.
Got in and out fast they handled my tire without trying to offer my anything still busy even on a Sunday I dont recommend just showing up with the level of customer service they provide. I also need fog light bulbs and instead of telling me to go there Phillip got them to bring it to the location instead. Still great customer service!

VERY DISAPPOINTED They charged us 488.00 dollars on 7/13/2019 and the car is still not fixed. I took it back on 7/20/2019 and they had it ALL day only to call me and say WE CANT FIX IT YOU NEED TO HAVE THE DODGE auto repair to fix your car...we cant 🙄🤔 I will not be taking my vehicles there again. If I find out they didnt repair what they charged me for 🙄I will be back for my money.

I would rate my experience today at a mere 2.5 stars. I only received half the work that I paid for because I was told that the mechanic didnt want to hurt his back because I had big tires. I specifically chose NTB because of the $19.99 promo that included an oil change and tire rotation. I was told that, the guys sometimes dont want to do the large tires. I asked why he worked there instead of someplace else.
If you are in need of tire care DO NOT CHOOSE THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I was traveling alone and discovered a nail in my tire that was causeing air to leak rapidly. After being referred to this place for help, I was stopped before I was even allowed to enter the office at 4:30 PM and told that they were closed. Aside from the fact that every bay door in this place was open and empty service areas, the hours on the door clearly read a closing time of 5pm. I, along with another gentleman that arrived at the same time as myself, were refused service. I explained that I was 3 hours away from home and that I had no other means of service with it being a Sunday afternoon. All local places closed at 5. NTBs employee continued to lower each bay door as I questioned the hours of service and he stated that they close at 4:30 and I was too late. I am beyond disappointed in the customer service and misrepresentation of this establishment. Further contact will be made to the BBB as they had not one but 3 separate signs on display representing outstanding service through BBB. This place was a waste of time and are not reputable.

Mark, the store manager, is the man. This guy knows his stuff and is very professional. He will work with you to make sure that you are taken care of long term. Ive been to other tire kingdoms in town, and this one on garners ferry just kept me as a customer. I highly recommend them.

I needed my brakes checked. There was no attempt to upsell. Advised still had significant life even at 106000 miles. Showed me some wear on tires and asked if I wanted the struts and shocks replaced. Nice folks.
The guy that used to manage this place, a bigger fella was really nice really helpful and really intelligent. The new guy, is the complete opposite. No customer service skills, low energy attitude and just all around dull. he was extremely rude to the customer in front of me and to me, just acted like he wanted me gone. I believe Michael was his name.P.S. He looks like hes still getting bowl cuts from his mommy.

Unfortunately they don’t have any concept of the value of my time, which is for me unacceptable. The patch job, while cheap, had to be redone. I waited 1 1/2 hours for the fix on their 1st patch. Probably won’t use again.
Great experience. Called the day before for an appointment, got in first thing the next morning on time. No hassle, polite staff, services completed as expected. The best part is that I wasnt told there were a thousand things wrong with my truck (when I know there is nothing wrong). I have been nickle and dime-ed to death at similar stores... I will come here again. I drove past two or three other Tire Kingdom stores to come here, and Im glad I did.
The guy working on Sunday mornings has the worse possible customer service. His attitude shows he does not want to be there or work there. He asks for info real quick and I could barely understand what he asked for. When I ask him to repeat himself please, he gives me a look and repeats himself as though he is annoyed. Unbelievable that this place is still in business with customer service like that.

My husband and I had appointments and we were waited on promptly as soon as we walked in the door.
Ntb personnel negligent in securing car so cash and other items were stolen. All of my car locks and windows are intact/not broken. I wanted an oil change but didnt have an appointment. I was called to offer an alignment. Turned down the alignment twice, was offered $20 off. I accepted the alignment. No one called to state car was ready. I picked the car up the next day. NTB wouldnt honor the full discount extended to me. The person that opened my ticket and offered me the discount was not in or available. 4.8 dual cell car charger missing, about $30 cash and an 8 pack of canned soup.
Any time we make an appointment for them they always keeping us 3 and 4 hours . Appointments are made so you wouldn’t have to wait so long. So when you can in you could be seen . Then they say they have 20 minutes left and it’ll be 2 hours . The worst experience ever and I’ve been 3 times same thing every time .
Very unhappy, they did not have our filter so they ordered one to be delivered but didnt tell me. I noticed a note before signing an asked. I was told no eta, all this after sitting in the lobby being ignored for 10 min until I said something! We left and now we will try Wal-Mart.
Very bad customer service. Technicians were unable to find our booked appointment. All bays were empty and none of the technicians seem motivated. One technician seemed as if he didnt even want to attempt to do any work after checking our tire size and seeing that they were big tires. And we also noticed that they seemed to be selling more pricey items and lower item priced cost. And all the technicians went as a group to on customer sitting in front of the store. Would not recomend this location to anyone.

When I arrived with tires I had purchased from tirerack dot com to be mounted and balanced I was told that it would take no longer than an hour. After waiting an hour and a half, I went to check on the progress, and found that work had not even begun on my vehicle. By that time I had lost my confidence that they could do a proper job, so I decided to take my car elsewhere after wasting my afternoon.
Set an appointment for 12pm Saturday. I clearly stated I wanted to fix whatever is causing noise from the driver side. Frank calls and doing his jobs tells me all his suggestions for misc repairs. He tell me shocks and struts on the front will fix the issue. 2hrs later someone else left a message saying they ran into a problem. The problem was Frank did not tell me I needed a lower control arm. The person who called said yea thats Frank he did that earlier to someone else. Like is not only normal but excepted. It is 2:53pm Monday and my car is still not fixed. I called today (Monday) and was told at 9am the part was in. I just left the store after asking the manager why is the car sitting? His response: We need an open bay. Well when he says this its two open bays. After I asked him to show urgency he immediately gets it pulled in. Poor customer service and uninformed workers have cost me a day of work and I still dont have my car. If you are reading this...disregard the automated response they want to help. Just go somewhere else that actually works to fix your car problems the first time and with some type of people skills. STAY AWAY!!!!

Terrible place always busy, tech didnt know what she was doing. Over priced. 35 to plug a tire, when discount tire will do it for free. 450 to replace slightly worn rear rotors, 160 right next door. Do not reccomend.

I had a screw in my tire. I Removed it and put in fix-a-flat so i could get to this business just a few miles away to have it repaired. The gentleman told me they were not able to repair the tire because i used fix-a-flat and had to buy a new tire for $289, and the tire was located at their Lexington location. I was on the way to the Lexington NTB location when i decided to get a second opinion at Franks discount tire on Sunset Blvd. not only was the same tire (BFG TA KO2) nearly $50 dollars cheaper, but they were able to repair the tire and save me money. Do not waste your time at NTB, since they are obviously not honest with their customers and just want your money. I will not be returning.
My husband walked in to this store to ask for some help and not one person even acknowledged that he was there. They need better customer service.
