Ive been meaning to write this review ever since we moved ! We had a wonderful experience working with RTK rentals when we lived in Columbia MO. This great team took over for our landlord the last several months of our lease. They were professional and prompt with phone calls and emailing me back when I had questions for move out process.Angela was kind and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this business !

Quick to respond and affordable!

The best property management company Ive rented through. They got me into my apartment quickly and the place was clean and in great shape. They were quick to respond and very attentive to any of my needs and addressed any issues at the apartment complex with care and urgency. The folks at RTK are very easy to reach and the option to take care of documentation and payment online has been a major convenience. Im super grateful to have been able to work with them during stressful moves because they did a lot to make the situation easier.

When I looked at the house I was interested in and put in my (paid) application, everyone was really nice and answered all my questions. They approved my application, and told me I was a great candidate and they didnt want to rush my decision, and that Id essentially have first say if anyone else was seriously interested. Well, I tried to pay my deposit yesterday and they said that someone else did two days ago. They had led me to believe that they would call and give me a chance to put my deposit down if anyone else was seriously interested. And now I have nowhere to live when my current lease is up in June.

We didn’t end up renting from them but they were very clearly the most knowledgeable and put-together landlords you could have. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a stable place to live.
