BEWARE - using this company to manage your property and dont let you nor your tenant try to address an issue you may be having with them. If you bring up an issue with communication, you may just end up with Jesse Scott telling his other manager Michelle to close out your account. This just happened to me yesterday! This team has been managing our property for 7 months - our tenant was having issues with communication and found us on social media and reached out. I made the property management team aware of this and Jesse said, If you are going to be in contact with the tenant, that is fine we will just step back. Michelle, please close out this account. No attempt to resolve or clarify any of the issues myself nor the tenant had. Just a quick, screw you pretty much! We are military and have PCSd out of Colorado otherwise, I would have gone up to speak with someone in person. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! BEWARE! NOT MILITARY FRIENDLY! NOT PROFESSIONAL! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! They are offering 9% monthly fees to manage versus most of the Springs 10% but you definitely get what you pay for! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!

This company is very unprofessional and lacks great customer service skills. They do not respond back to their tenants, do not maintain properties in between tenants, and their professionalism is nonexistent. If you are a young Black couple looking to sell your home, this company is not for you. Your home that you fixed up will look like it is from the slums and has never been tended to.
