Very grateful for this company! My husband and I got to rent a townhouse from Premier.. it was our first real home. We grew attached really fast. Any issues we had were taken care of in a decent amount of time. Any inquiries we had were handled in a professional manner, and they were very fast at responding. Unfortunately, we had to leave Colorado due to my husbands orders but if we have the opportunity to come back, Premier is the company we will always go with to find a decent living space. Thank you all so much!
Brindy was absolutely amazing. Everything I had an issue with she was right there to help me. She never seemed bothered by my 100 calls. She made the whole process stress free. Brindy is the true Gem of Premier! Our house is wonderful Thanks Premier and thank you Brindy for all you did for us
Premier Real Estate Group did an awesome job in the Managing and then listing and the selling of my home. I started out with their property management company back in 2010 due to me being Military and having to leave for my next tour of duty elsewhere and they over time did an excellent job. It started out with Lance Gordy always keeping me informed on the affairs and issues that would arise with my house to include repairs needed, the many hailstorms over time, and tenants. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. I then decided to put my house on the market and the service was PERFECT. Aaron Blazis kept me informed by contacting me daily on the entire process. He called me whenever there was a action that needed a response, a change in the paperwork, or to basically keep me up to date with where the process was on the sale of my home with the many aspects that it takes to do so. NOT ONE TIME did I have have to call him for anything he called me even on Saturdays and Sundays (which he didnt have to do) to make sure everything was signed, thoroughly explaining every document I signed, and provided the buffer between myself, the title company, and the buyer for an extremely smooth selling of my house quickly and in an very orderly fashion. The shows dedication and I Highly Recommend the Premier Real Estate Group to anyone who wants top of the line service.
Be aware especially if you are disabled, on ssdi or ssi, and on section 8. They will discriminate against you. They dont care if you have the income with ssdi and section 8. A friend of mine met all the requirements including income, had great rental history, and great 700 plus credit score. My friend also made 6 times the amount of rent my friend did. My friend put in an application a few months ago and someone else was choosen over them because they where rich with the highest income and was told after the fact oh because they had more income than you. They where rude about it over the phone choosing someone else over them when my friend qualified and met the requirements. They will lie to you about everything. When the truth is all they want is someone who has the highest income. They treat you unfairly and they will discriminate against you if you are disabled which is illegal. They are rude customer service too.Application are not first come first serve. They dont refund you back your $50 application fee if someone is chosen over you who has more income and your application only lasts for 60 days. Other companies treat you way better than this company. With other companies they refund you back the application fee or keep your approved application fee on for life. My friend has caught this company in all their lies once she payed an application fee. They need to change their ways by not being rude to people, not discriminate against the disabled people, and be more fair in order to get more stars.EditedAPPLICATIONI would give them more stars if they would just change their ways by1. only taking application first come first serve, or2. just keep their qualifying applications on file for LIFE instead of just 60 days or,3. give the applicants an offer on second or 3rd property as an option to rent.DISCRIMINATIONThe highest income person always gets chosen over you like for example if someone makes only 3 to 6 times the amount of rent and then someone applies as well making 10 to 20 times the amount of rent. Then that person who makes 10 to 20 times the amount will be chosen over you. Thats discrimination against the lower class people and rich people which is unfair too.
The team at Premier Real Estate Group managed my property for 10 years including supporting major repairs over the years. When I made the decision to sell my property, they laid out my options and provided support to me in a responsive and expert manner. The sale of my home went smoothly and I was given status updates throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend to manage properties and support homeowners when you make the decision to sell your home.
I saw a Premier property in Pleasant Valley with a For Rent sign posted on a Sunday (May 30th) and immediately tried to leave a message to see about submitting an application, but the voice box was full. When I did talk to the office the following business day (Tuesday the 1st, in this case), I was told I couldnt submit an application until the property was listed on their website. However, I was assured they would text me when it was listed and I provided my info. After hearing nothing for a few days, I called back and was told the property still wasnt listed yet but was re-assured they had my info and would let me know. During this time, I had driven by the property a few times and the sign was displayed. Perhaps my fault, but I was busy enough at work and home over the next couple of days that I didnt get a chance to look at the property again until the following Tuesday (the 8th) and saw the sign was now down, however the site was listed on their website. I then tried to send an email about applying (again) but received an auto-response the property was no longer available. To this point, I had never received a text informing me the site was listed, apparently it was my bad for not checking the site daily until it was. When I called on Wednesday AM I was informed matter-of-factly that the property was now rented and had received numerous inquiries/applications. Couldnt help but feel like my trying to apply almost two weeks earlier was completely disregarded since apparently the only way to do so is to wait by the computer until a listing appears. I also sent an email to the company explaining my frustration with the process but never received a response, so after mulling it over for a few days felt it was important to pass this along via these reviews. Good luck, the market as it is right now seems to definitely be affecting customer service!Addendum (post-feedback): As noted above, I DID provide my contact info, even verified a couple of days later, NEVER received a text back with a link or opportunity for a viewing/application.Appreciate your response, regardless.
We have had experience with Premier Real Estate Group as tenants, landlords, and finally as our realtors. They were incredibly professional in all cases. When we rented a property from them every concern was dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. We later hired them to manage our own property when we had to move out of state. It gave us great peace of mind to know that our property, our investment, was being looked after. It was well worth the price we paid in management fees which we consider to be extremely reasonable. Finally when we decided to sell our home Aaron and his team took care of everything. They were extremely accommodating and we appreciated their professionalism and vast knowledge of the entire process. We could not have asked for a better experience through every aspect of their business.
Called and asked me to be in my unit from 8 to 12 so they can do electrical work. I took the time off to be there and they didnt show up until after I was already back at work and entered my unit WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. And according to my ADT logs, they left the front door wide open for 33 minutes. well be I will never rent from their properties ever again after our lease ends.
We have rented property through Premier Real Estate Group for 7 years. They were always professional, friendly and very courteous. They fixed every issue in a timely manner. lance and Aaron were wonderful people to work with. We had a wonderful experience with them and would highly recommend Premier as a property management company.
Premier Real Estate has been an excellent property management company for me as a remote property owner. I was with for 6 years. Aaron Blazis is fantastic. He is responsive and conscientious. For those times when my property was vacant, he checked in on it and ensured that all was well. After hail storms and other destructive events, he ensured that the property was in good shape. He was diligent in working with me to get repairs and maintenance done. I could always count on good value from the contractors that he hired. I would recommend Aaron and his team to manage your property. Lastly, they sold my home when it came time to sell. All excellent.
We rented a townhouse from them for a few years when we first moved to Colorado. They were always on top of any issues we had.
Helpful & friendly. They communicate well with their renters.
Best real estate company we ever had
I was with Premier for 10 years and through my travels you hear the horror stories of home management companies, I can tell you this was not one of them. They were always prompt and professional. I refer them to anyone needing management in the CO area. Wish they can branch out to other areas so I can continue to do business with them.
I can not believe this company is still in business. They treat applicants horribly. I had been trying to contact them to see a property for several days, no one wants to talk to you personally. I understand Covid has everyone nervous, but a phone call won’t hurt you. When I finally get to see the property, I immediately let them know I was interested. I was not told that there were other applicants, so I applied and paid a $50 fee. I waited nearly a week, until finally I was sent an email telling me that the property was off the market. They also made sure to tell me about other properties that were much higher in rent, if I was interested, which I’m sure I would have to apply to and pay another $50. No phone call, no human interaction. I emailed them to ask why I was turned down only to get a reply saying, we went with a better applicant not to mention they called me Nichelle when my name is Nicholle. They obviously make a point to get as many applicants as possible, and take $50 each time, then deny them and keep the $50.Trying to find a place to rent, and move to is stressful enough without added rudeness. My mother was a realtor for over 40 years and she never treated anyone with the rudeness I received this past week.Avoid this company like the plague.
I rented from primer real estate for ten years and I was very happy living in one of there properties they where always very helpful and kind took care of all maintenance issues and with anything I needed any question I had I would highly recommend renting from them
If I could give them 10 stars I would! This company has been AMAZING since day one, especially Dave and Lance. It has been 9 years of pleasure with them. Only reason we left is we bought a new home. They make sure to take care of the tenant as well as the owner. They are very prompt and responsive to all and any issues. This is a family oriented company and they truly care about their clients. It was bittersweet leaving them, but we had to move on. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any of your needs, whether renting or property management. It has been a pleasure! Thanks for the wonderful experience and trust!...Lorie and family
Im Active Duty moving out of state and I am a first time homeowner renting out my house. Everything Premier has done to ensure my house is ready for the tenant has put me at ease. They are so knowledgeable on the whole process. Premier takes care of the owner by ensuring they use the best contractors to complete work on my house at the best rate. I couldnt be more happy with the level of professionalism and commitment they have shown me already. I know my tenants will be taken care of with Premier as well. If youre looking for someone to manage your property I highly recommend Premier Real Estate Group for military and civilians alike.
Premier has been an incredible property manager for the last several years, Aaron and Jared specifically. They were able to reduce vacant months and find quality tenants quickly. They took really good care of the property and tenants, which included all the annual inspections and everything. Their network of contractors for any repairs was always quick and at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for any owner or tenant as my experience was phenomenal!
We rented a home managed by Premier Property Management for 4 years. We had a wonderful experience working with Aaron!! If we ever had an issue, it was addressed promptly and resolved to our satisfaction. We have since relocated and I can say they were the best and most efficient company we have worked with. Upon signing the lease, you are given a detailed move-out checklist. We followed it and received our whole deposit back. I highly recommend them!
I had the pleasure of renting with this team, and they were amazing. The home was impeccable when I moved in. If I had any questions, the team got back to me immediately. They were always courteous and professional. I highly recommend renting with Premier Real Estate Group. They treat you like a respected family member.
Most trashiest apartments in the springs there’s no ac located in the most ghetto area this company just wants your money doesn’t care about there customers
So I’ve been with this property group for 2 1/2 years! I’m currently active duty military, and deploy Monday and wouldn’t feel safer leaving my wife in their hands with any issues that may occur with the property while I’m gone! My current lease is up on Oct 01, and am just going to lateral into another property in their management to better suit my wife and her new dog! I strongly recommend them to both renters, as well as owners looking for management. Their very detailed about the Cleanliness and functionality of each home and continue to ensure a comfortable living environment! I’ve worked with Aaron throughout my time here, and he’s all you could ask for. I’ve recently met the owner Dave and found out he also personally ensures work orders are sent up and fulfilled. 5 stars, and would give more if I could! Thanks for everything you do Premier Real Estate Group, ill see you in 9 months when I return.- Ryan and Gabby
Premier Real Estate Group has been our property management company for a little over 2 years now and we are beyond pleased with them. They are always very helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. The staff always is kind and very responsive. Anytime there is something that gets broken in the unit, they will have a work order in within 24 hours or less. Very happy to have Premier as our management company and we plan to keep it that way for awhile. :)
The staff is pleasant enough but what an inconvenience to do everything online background check, application, and follow up contact via email instead of picking up the phone for a quick resolution. My application was denied primarily due to lack of income for a monthly rental $ of 1500 per Jared Klopfenstein. The logical resolution would be well we can qualify for $1200 monthly etc for another property. I feel if your in business its because you can solve problems and a good property manager provides properties. Overall its a poor customer service incident. If they bothered to research they would realize that Ive rented from them in the past and finding a customer with perfect rent history and mortgage history is I would imagine hard to come by. I havent decided yet if I will take them to small claims court for $100 application fee that they essentially pocketed not to mention complete waste of both our time. Anyway its likely the next applicant may have a good experience but just be aware if you opt to do business with premier.
Just want to say that PRG is awesome !! I Lived at one of their properties for 3 years. Their financial section (Lauren Walker in particular) was super understanding and helped me out every step of the way !! I would definitely recommend working with them !!
I have been with Premier for years now and love every aspect of what they have to offer! Everyone on the staff is very professional and personable. They go the extra mile to find the perfect fit for you and your situation. That goes from a wide range of rentals ranging from apartments to homes and everything in between to buying and selling your home. I have had the privilege of them helping me with both. My parents passed in 2013 which was a difficult time for me. Aaron helped me get their house on the market and shortly after it sold. He respected and understood my situation. Allowed me time to grieve in the way I needed to and when I was ready he walked me through the process of selling the house during an otherwise difficult time. Once it was put on the market it sold in just weeks, for above asking price! I sold my house years before with a different realtor before I knew Aaron and Premier and it was nowhere near as easy as Aaron made it for me. As far as renting goes, they are quick to respond to any maintenance issues that come up. The work is efficient and they are respectful of you and your home. I have rented through other agencies in the past and they pale in comparison to the overall package that Premier offers. Walking into the office you feel like youre home and it doesnt just stop when you sign on the dotted line, they are there After the paperwork is done to ensure that your time with them is the best it can possibly be! I have recommended them in the past to others for their services and will do it again. If you are looking for a new home or wanting to sell your old home, Premier is the place!
Thank you Premier for the past 9 years! We only moved because we decided to purchase a home. Having Lance as a property manager was a great experience for us. When something went wrong with the property, he was quick to respond. Everyone working in the office was always friendly and helpful. Thanks again!
I gave them 2 stars because for the most part they are very nice. However, their policies are more important than the actual people they are working with. I asked them to refund my brother-in-laws application fee as there was a miscommunication between us and him and we were no longer applying as we did not meet some obvious qualifications. Also, fun fact, they ask that each adult/couple make at least 3 times the rent. Not collectively, but individual. Why would you be living with someone if they made that much? 🤔
Great staff to work with, always polite and willing to help. Rented from them and never had any issues. They are very reasonable and understanding. I would highly recommend them. Seriously one of the best management companies I have rented from. It was a sad day when I had to move out.Ill post an update on how the inspection and security deposit process goes. Although I expect no issues at all, they are stellar!
Premier real estate group has been wonderful. The process of viewing and signing for the home we wanted was easy. Any issue that arose inside the property was fixed in a timely maner with no issues all of the companies they contract through to do maintenance were all great. Mid lease inspections were a breeze and had no problem rescheduling to fit it into our schedule. The whole staff is great and willing to help with any issues or to get any questions answered.
We have been renting from Premier for a year now. Just re-signed our lease. We have had no problems with the company at all. If there were any repairs needed, they were taken care of quickly. We pay our rent on time, keep the property clean and well cared for. They treat us, like we treat them. Weve worked with Lance and Aaron both, and didnt have any problems. Bottom line, as with anything, take care of your responsibilities, and you will be taken care of as well.
Aaron was upfront about how things work and how they treat move out. I was upfront with him about everything and was completely ok with everything. Move in and move out was fast and simple. Aaron was great to work with would recommend this place if your military. No bullshit added. Greatest business Ive used for housing while in the military
So far so good. I have just recently moved into one of their properties a few months back and a couple of issues came up regarding the fridge and the deck after being there for only a while. I contacted them and got help very promptly. They are very courteous and helpful. Actually every single person I had contact with was wonderful to work with.
I initially worked with Tom when I purchased my home and everything went smoothly. He was honest with me and I felt at ease. When it was time to go, I went to Premier to manage my property and they have done so very well. I have been using Premier since 2012 and have not had any problems whatsoever. Whenever something in the home needs attention, I am notified right away and given a course of action, pending my approval. When the tenant had questions, I was notified right away. When I had questions, Aaron was quick to respond. A friend of mine was shopping around for a property management company and found several he didnt like. I mentioned Premier and he was impressed and told me that Premier was far better than the property managers in the area. They have made being a homeowner, living in a different state, an easy job and I greatly appreciate what they do.
We rented with them for a year and had a very positive experience. They were timely with maintenance issues and questions and fair with security deposit returns based on normal wear and tear. Would rent from them again.
This building’s interior is very warm and homey, I was really impressed by the atmosphere. The front desk lady was very helpful and everyone smiled when they saw me. Very nice place
Great property management company from a renters perspective. Maintenance and annual service was always completed in a timely manner. I honestly have no complaints.
They are very polite and helpful. I did not have a property manager staring me down as I went to look at the apartment. The rent is reasonable and the staff is always there if you have questions.
Horrible company Ill never recommend to anyone. Ive called to report issues on my house and they take notes of it and nothing happens. I paid my rent once about 7 months ago and they lost my money order, leading to me almost getting evicted. Aaron informed me I was a liar and never dropped off my money order. Now, Im going through another issue. Got out the Army the 23, contacted them via email (so I had proof) and in person to let them know I had just medically retired and my payment will be 15-20 days late (my check for selling leave days was messed up). They simply said okay and that was it. Didnt inform me itd lead to another potential eviction. Paid the overdue rent on the 26th to avoid the eviction. Aaron then emails me today to let me know I paid the past due balance however they got the invoice today of the $250 attorney fees I now have to pay. Awesome buddy. Im certainly glad that my lease is up so I can relocate elsewhere, the company is a disgrace and Aaron should be fired.
We have used Premier Real Estate Group as our property managers for the past 3 years and could not be happier with them! Lauren has been our main contact, but others have immediately stepped in to assist if she was not available. Highly recommend this professional and capable group!
They have been great to me. I love my place. They have helped me fix my washer, sliding, door and sink. If a problem occurs at the place and they dont cover it, they give great advice for fixing it yourself or recommend you to helpful sources.
They lie to you. Steal your money and make fake promises. They tell you all the BS of taking care of you and how much experience they have. The only great person there is Terry S. Tried working with them. Their receptionist are clueless and you will get over and over is Im sorry. They make money off of having multiple applicants and declining all of them. Dont waste your money here all youre doing is paying for the people who work there.
Rented a home from them for 3 years, Nothing but pleasant experiences from this company.Update: 13 APR 2016I have to admit, when I read the reviews on these guys 3 years ago, I was a little hesitant, it seemed like they were the kind of company that was out to keep all of your security deposit no matter what.Nothing could be further from the truth, Aaron has been absolutely fantastic (I wouldnt put much stock in some of these reviews) throughout my entire experience here and even after 3 years with a newborn and 2 year old growing up into a 3 and 5 year old and all the chaos that comes with it, I still got nearly all of my security deposit back.including my $300 pet deposit, I paid $1450 for my security deposit, they charged me $175 for cleaning (which was only part of the cleaning charge, premier paid for $150 of the cleaning bill), and I opted to let them steam clean the carpets for $215. I ended up getting back $1060 of my original security deposit and I couldnt be more satisfied with the results.Original post: January 2016Worst thing to happen was the refrigerator died and it took 2 days to get a new one so $300 worth of food spoiled, but my renters insurance covered it without paying a deductible. To Premiers credit though, they replaced the refrigerator with a brand new 2015 model, which was a pleasant surprise.other than that they are always prompt with repairs or issues, and are timely with yearly furnace inspections and turning on and off irrigation systems.I am currently in the process of buying a house and will definitely consider them to manage my property if I leave the area.*** I will update this review after I move out to reflect how they treat me as I leave the property and what (if any) costs I incur after being a tenant for 3 years.
Wasnt a fan of the staff. I got the feeling they accept multiple apps on a property ($40 per application) and make quite a profit off of declining people they know they wont approve anyway.I decided not to apply for one of their properties because one of their probable qualifications was having a credit score below 600. When I asked what my likelihood of approval would be with a 588 score, they just said theyd have to see the report. I asked if I would be approved, if it would just be an additional deposit. Again, theyd have to see the report. When I asked how they determine who gets the property (whether it is first come, first serve or on a most qualified basis), they told me its a little of both.Their answers were honestly just really vague and gave me the impression that theyll take any app to collect the app fee, even if they know they wont approve you.1 day later, and Ive already found a property that is only $50 more, not in the ghetto, and has an honest, straightforward landlord.
I have personally worked with Tom Pederson and Tiffany when buying my home in Colorado. They both made me feel so important and made my home buying experience a great one. I have personally referred him over 5 of my family and friends due to my experience with them and they have all been treated the same way. I hope people reading this gives Tom and Tiffany a call.~Happy Customer
312 Everett DriveColorado Springs, CO 89011So I am a disabled veteran and Ive just had a bad overall experience. Rent and utilities were high for what you got. The house didnt have AC, and a lot of the old windows didnt open or didnt have screens. My house didnt come with a dishwasher, washer or dryer and everything to include the house was outdated.3 trees fell on my rental and the stumps were left in my back yard, holes were left in my roof for my duration of the lease. (At least 7 months I had to look at, and deal with until I moved out) I also had to fight tooth and nail to get less than half my security deposit back, it took two different times of me going in with my move in sheet to show them they were over charging me to get issues a refund.Do yourself a favor and stay away from Premier Real Estate.
Took half of our security deposit when moving out for no reason. Cited 5 hours of labor for painting over minor spackle marks which we did ourselves for nail holes because the paint they provided us was dried up. Steer clear!
We rented a property managed by Premier in Colorado Springs for 3 years. During that time they were always very responsive whenever a problem popped up with the house. Even more impressive, they were responsive and returned more of the deposit when I contested part of the security deposit accounting at the end of our stay in the house. Id give them 4.5 stars if I could. The only reason for the half-star reduction is that they didnt always communicate that they had received my message and were working on it (though it usually turned out that they were).
If you are using VA benefits, dont bother. Was told it would be fine and the my VA disability and benefits would be accepted. Was allowed to submit, and of course pay for, the application. Waited 3 days just to find out my VA benefits would not be accepted like I was told they would be. The property was not exactly upscale, impressive, or expensive either. Shady and just bad business.
Very unprofessional staff. I stopped into their office to view a house for a friend who is moving here from out of state. I was told i should call before going in because they would need to make the keys are in the office. I called twice and no one answered so I decided to just go in. When I get there they tell me the house cant be viewed because of repairs, which is a bummer but no big deal. What I DID have a problem with was how the receptionist treated me. She told me to make sure I call next time, I told her I did call but no answered and she didnt apologize instead only says yeah its crazy I the morning. And THEN I stood outside the door for a moment messaging my friend and I hear the receptionist and another woman bad-mouthing me and insulting that I just came in. Who does that. Irritatingly saying how I should have just waited 5 minutes and called again. VERY unprofessional and disrespectful! Im not really even sure how thats something to be upset over on their end. Makes you wonder how they treat their actual clients.
My fence need to be repaired a month ago. I called them, making them aware of the situation Feb. 1. Its now March 1st and my fence just keeps getting worse. When I called them today, Im pretty sure they hung up on me. I love my landlord but she may be loosing renters because of them.
Great group of people, very thankful they were here to help / solve a couple questions / issues I had with my house.
Aaron managed my rental property for about 9 years. He has kept it rented, did walk throughs on a regular basis (without an additional charge), hes handled any and all issues in a prompt manner. He shoots me an email with problem, recommended fix, and estimates as appropriate. I approve and its all done. I live out of state and the peace of mind that he affords me is priceless. He recently sold the same house for me. It wasnt without a few snags due to storm damage and a very picky home inspector, but he took steps to reassure the buyer and even have the roof re-inspected before closing after a hail storm. He took care of everything and kept me in the loop. Aaron, I cant thank you enough!
I literally just walked into this business and have never been treated so poorly. As soon as I walked in I said hello I am interested in a 4 bed home and not even a hello back this lady says YOU HAVE TO CALL in very rude tone I said I have call multiple times and you do t call back. She repeated herself and said you have to see the property before you get an application then she hands me a card rudely and say just call. Wow beyond wow I will never go through them and I am going to make it a very calid point any way I can to let anyone else know if they look for a house to under no circumstances go through them. Get new people to work there they are beyond rude people.
I have been trying to call for the past week to speak to someone about their rentals and they keep picking up the phone and hang up without saying anything. The employees just dont want to do their job, this makes their company look ghetto and seems like they would be slumlords.3 years later? Well at least someone finally responded.
One of the most professional, customer service oriented, organized, and friendly businesses/people I have ever come across. I appreciate excellence when I see it. Thank you.
Lance is by far one of the rudest and most arrogant people Ive ever met. The new owners seem decent, too bad their choice for property management assistance wasnt further researched. Lance posted an eviction notice on the door, while we were displaced from water damage. We were displaced for almost a month with NO assistance from this company. Left all the water damaged items in home when told from the beginning they would be removed. We had to fix the 2nd time as water damage reoccurred again within 2 months. WE ARE RENTERS! He then increased the rent by nearly $300 just after getting settled back in, even though I had a signed lease from the previous managers; good for another 5 months. Now I know and understand what a scumlord is.
Terrible experience with this unfair and inconstant company. I qualified for a property through them 2 years ago and had already rented a home. When my lease was up the SAME property was again available after paying their excessive application fee. I was denied because I am on disability in spite of the fact my co-applicant made 6 TIMES the expected rent. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY APPLYING AT THIS COMPANY! Their rental practices go directly against the fair housing act!
Thieves stole $120app money!!! Whatever helps you sleep at night!! Now you are basically telling me I cant read you are not in the business of placeing people in homes you r just stealing application fees shame on YOU!!!
Erin is possibly the worst human being known to mankind. If you military stay away. They should’ve been put on the ban list. If you have any other options I suggest not running from them.
I wouldnt even give them one star but I had to so of your reading this please do not use this company, ppl shouldnt have to go thru what my family has. Ever since we told them that we were going to buy our first home it has been hell, they are rude they dont want to help in any way, all of a sudden they want to come out and look at the house after 6 years of being here and they want to give this list of things that needs to be done or paid for but the washer a has been leaking for so long now they dont want to come out and help with that. They are unrealistic expectations for moving out live the grass needs to be green by July its crazy I had my car broken into and someone stole the mailbox key and they want 75 dollars for a key. If you dont want a headache in the long run dont trust them they will change paperwork to fit their needs and make your life as a renter hell
I would not even give this company one star. They are very misleading on scheduling showings, and will have people rent the property under the table before the first showing date is even set. I was interested in renting a property and called about it almost every day asking when the first showing would be, and was continually told that I was on the list to be contacted when the first showing date is set, come to find out a day later the place is rented before they even held a showing for any other interested individuals who have been calling every day. Complete discriminiation and unprofessionalism on the phone by the receptionist Karena.
I have rented from Premier for 6 years now and highly recommend them. They are professional, quick to respond and have taken care of our issues in a timely manner.
Quite difficult to work with. I called and called and called on a home since the very day it was listed, and they stated that they could not get ahold of the tenants yet to show it, I continually called everyday for almost a week to check. Then when I called the next Monday morning they stated that they had an application on it already, and had the showing on the Saturday before! How can that be? I was in contact and no one informed me of the open house, not even the day before! Wow, what a way to keep you hanging.
Ive contracted property management companies to manage my rental property while deployed in the past. I rented from Premier for one year, and highly recommended renting, or having Premmier managing your rental property.
Rented from premier for about 3 years and never had any issues. They were always very nice and we had no issues getting our deposit back.
Wonderful people to work with. Have been renting from them for years. Will buy from them when that time comes!!
Hands down the WORST property management company to ever deal with. Lacks professionalism and honesty.
Horrible company to rent from. Do not ever do business with this company. Will not fix things at all. Our apartment constantly had leaking water coming through the roof, smelled, had other tenants selling drugs openly,, and I drug users roaming the halls.
Terrible terrible!! Never fixed anything, drug users on the property, bums laying in the hallways, def not safe for a woman and children to be living there.
Very unprofessional! Worst people to deal with. The property manager is never there, never calls back. We asked for a few things to be fixed before moving and we were told if it cost $5,we should do it ourselves. They kept more than half of our deposit. $106 for bulbs and paint. We didnt live there more than 5months.Weve rented before and get the entire deposit back because we maintain the properties but these people will charge for breathing. If you break the lease they will charge you the rent and utilizes until a new tenant takes over. STAY AWAY!!!
Believe all bad reviews stay away do your self a favor.they are horrible and money hunger.beware.
