Tracy was professional, thorough, and very detailed. She did a great job keeping everyone on track and focused on the issue at hand. She also brought up things I never even thought of that was very helpful in getting us a fair settlement.

Tracey was absolutely awesome. She was able to explain things and keep things rolling even though a 2 hour mediation turned into a 4 hour mediation. These are never good situations, but Tracy was able to bring everyone together and come to a resolution. Tracy Arthur is a value to me on numerous levels. Her professionalism is surpassed by none as she ranks up there with the best, but beyond that she has been a resource for me. I believe she also has other services that are offered and I would highly recommend Arthur Mediation Services.

Bad experience. Three hours before mediation she cancelled it because all 14 people had not signed an agreement that she had sent the day before via DOC Hub. The facts are: the attorney never received it, 2 people had issues with signing and emailed her the day she sent it several times and she did not respond, two people had it go to spam, two people never got it. We could have signed it at the mediation. She said she would not reschedule and she refused to answer her phone or respond to emails. We had already paid her $160 and went through 1 hour of mediation over zoom.

Hated that I had to go to mediation, but tracey mad it a breeze. very easy to work with and helpful for a first timer.
