Good dude! Was able to pull my rental out of a DITCH. Showed up 20 minutes after calling and got me out in less than an hour without further damaging the car.

After my first call, he was hooking my car up within 10 minutes. I had a lot of questions and he answered them without any hesitation. We called Daniels Towing and Daniel was professional and legitimate, he arrived within 30 minutes even though it was snowing and cold. He charged us a very reasonable rate. He had to pull the car up onto his vehicle platform (usually costs more) because our car wouldnt go into neutral to roll, he didnt charge us for it. He was quick and efficient even though our vehicle was making it difficult. He was friendly to us and we will definitely call him again when we need another tow.

When I called I was told if I paid cash he would give me a deal, instead of $85 it was going to be $60 or $65, I can’t remember. Sounds legit huh. Anyways I said I didn’t have cash but could go into the gas station & see about getting cash back from my debit card. Who knew that was so hard to understand? The person taking my call clearly didn’t. I kept trying to explain what I meant & he got an attitude & said something about if I didn’t have cash on me then do I have it on my card? Something ignorant, I could hardly understand him. I ended up just telling them I’d find someone else & hung up. Not sure if that was the owner or what but wow, you sure didn’t want my business. Thankfully found someone that did!

Well, my boyfriend and I have used Daniels Towing twice, and have had nothing but professional service. Even at odd times, they are happy to help. We had a long way to go from where Daniel picked us up, and he still charged us the flat rate even though it was out of his way. Super friendly and professional on the phone, and WAY faster to get to where we had our car than other tow truck services. Very timely and fast, efficient service. Ever since my daughter got a flat on the highway and called when I was out of town crying because she found out the car we had just bought her didnt have a spare tire. Ive used Daniel twice now, once when my Trooper ran over a mattress that flew out of some truck on I-25 and he towed it back to my house with the mattress still wrapped around my rear axle without a complaint, and tonight. I was on my way home on February 1, 2014 from the Walmart on Woodmen and unfortunately hit an ice slick getting onto Powers and slid down a 100 foot embankment. I was recently stranded about 40 miles away from Colorado Springs in the middle of a snow storm on a Saturday morning. Most towing companies were closed for the weekend, or the ones who remained open were charging ridiculously high prices. I found Daniel on google and called him.Daniel traveled the 40 miles through the snow in under an hour and gave me an extremely reasonable price for the tow. I told Daniel we were on a road trip and didnt have a place to stay and he offered to give us a ride to a nearby hotel after the tow, and even got us $15 off the listed price for the hotel because he knew the owner. The hotel was very nice in the Manitou Springs region. We had a good time exploring the Garden of the Gods, and Pikes Peak once we got a rental car.All in all our trip went from being completely ruined to being a nice, enjoyable, extended stay. If you are in trouble near Colorado Springs calling Daniels Towing is probably the best decision you can make.

Not impressed at all. Left him a message, when he called back his phone was apparently not working well, was very snippy on the phone (borderline rude - not the customers fault your phone isnt working). When his phone failed he never bothered to call me back again. Wouldnt choose to ever do business with him due to this.
