Amazing and quick service!!! I got a flat tire over night and slept in my car till morning to find a tow to a tire shop. I called and they arrived within 30 minutes to me. Very gentle with my car upon loading. I needed to go 1.6 miles to the tire shop, and it cost me 70$. Very affordable and quick service. Kurtis was my tow driver and he is AWESOME and friendly. Definately cares about people and helping out.

I required a tow due to the transmission failure on my vehicle.I highly recommend Buzzs Towing service for the following reasons.1. Punctualitydespite the fact it was snowing, Curtis the tow-truck operator for Buzzs Towing arrived 15 minutes earlier than anticipated. Definitely a bonus considering the inclement weather. One must realize that these people do try to be on time or better despite traffic, weather or other impediments. I was fortunate to have an early arrival.2. CourteousHe was very considerate regarding the placement of my vehicle. It wasnt just a set and forget type of drop off. Road grime/vehicle dirt was not left on/in my vehicle while preparing and loading it onto the towtruck.3. ProfessionalismThe tow vehicle (rollback/flatbed type) was in good order with a clean cabin . No worries about my clean work clothes getting greasy/oily.4. ValueThe price is/was competitive and fair . I will recommend Buzzs Towing to anyone requiring their service.

Everything from start to finish ran incredibly smooth. Needed to get my motorcycle to the shop. Communication between the office, driver and myself was great. They responded in a timely manner and treated my motorcycle with care. I would recommend them to anyone and will keep them on speed dial in case I need them again.

Hands-down this is the best towing service in Colorado Springs. Towed my car for 70 bucks when everyone else was charging me at least $150. Lino takes care of his customers so I recommend bringing your business his way. Thanks again great service

Best Tow experience Ive ever had and I worked in the Auto service industry for 20 years. Driver was friendly, courteous, and fast. What more could you ask for......

My boyfriend and I got two flat tires on Fillmore St today, so we had to call a tow truck... the spare just wasnt gonna cut it! We started with AAA, who said they would have a truck there within 90 minutes. 2 hours pass. When we call back, we are told sorry but it will be another 35-45 minutes. Then another 20. Then we finally call the tow company directly instead of AAA and they tell us it will actually be ANOTHER 45 minutes to AN HOUR. Keep in mind it is about 30 degrees out and there is snow everywhere!! So finally, we call around and Buzzs Towing says he can be there in 30 minutes or less. And he was! Seriously, at that point, a knight in shining armor. Not only did he hook us up quickly, but he helped us find a place that had the exact brand and size of tire we wanted, at a very good price. I highly recommend this service and will be telling my friends about it as well. Not only was the quality of his service far higher than the other company, but it turns out that he used to work for AAA and they cancelled his contract in favor of this other horrible company! Shame on AAA and thank you so much to Buzzs Towing Service for saving our day today!

We had a good experience with Buzzs Towing. Curtis arrived when he said he would and was very personable and friendly. His customer service skills were awesome. Im not one to gloat on anyones work but Buzzs towing went well beyond my expectations twice in a week. Although my situation was unfortunate the driver treated me with the utmost respect as well as my vehicle. On both occasions the driver stayed with me to insure when my vehicle was dropped off at different mechanics that it was taken care of properly. My hat is off to this company and my family will use none other than Buzzs towing for future towing needs. HIGHLY recommended!!!!

Our business just called for a quote and whoever answered the phone never give a price quote. He didnt say he do the tow either just very aggressively complained about the location in which we wanted the vehicle towed to and that we wanted the vehicle picked up today. When I kept trying to end the call he just kept getting more aggressive and frustrated. I dont need to be treated poorly just simple say Do not tow from that location end of story. Poor business practices our dealership will never call again nor will we recommend other dealers in Denver to call either.

Wait! u cant give ZERO stars? well thats what this company deserves!Allow me to explain....my wife called to get a tow at 5:30 am and was told the earliest available tow truck would not be able to come out until 8 or 9 am. She had to be at work and told this to the guy on the phone. It was a Saturday and very early, but the advertised availability is 24 hour service. 5:30 am is within the 24 hour period, is it not?! Guy ended up hanging up on my wife offering no help whatsoever. If theres a Buzz in charge....well, sir, You need to check the quality of your staffs so-called service because we are NOT happy and WILL tell everyone we know not to use this Service.

Driver was ridiculously polite, and extremely helpful. Assisted me in pushing my explorer into place with very little effort. Was also inexpensive. Would use again.

My car stalled at 6am on the way to work. I called their number, got told to call ANOTHER number by the person on the first line, and then the second guy told me that it would be an hour and it would cost $70+$2 per mile. Then when I was giving him the directions, he didnt even have a map, gps, or anything even ready.Called Randys High Country Towing, didnt have to call a second number, and they said $75, 30-45 minutes.

Ive used them 3 times already, and they were great every time, friendly and reasonable. Really the best Ive seen. TY guys!

I had called two other towing companies, (MNS and CCS). Both were on Craigslist. Beware of anyone on craigslist- very undependable. I was stood up by both with promises of a time and price. Neither one ever even called to say they would be late or not show up. Why would any company treat a customer that way?Lionel with Buzzs towing gave me a fair price and a time he would be there and was even a little earlier. I will definitely use Buzzs towing again.
