Hands down the best trash service in our area! Every time I call they are pleasant and professional! Would recommend to anyone!!!

They bought out Hometown Waste who I used for over a year and so far I have been very happy with them. I like the fact that I can pay online and get an email receipt which was not available when I had hometown waste. The prices have stayed the same as well, so I am very happy!

They are fine except sometimes I have a few small grocery bags in my can along with the regular kitchen trash bags. For some reason, they leave the small bags. They did this continuously all summer leaving them to rot in the heat and maggots in my trash can.

The best customer service Ive experienced in a while. Been with Foremans for a while recently sold my house and tried to use them at new house. Unfortunately they do not service the new house but Foreman took the payment that I sent him and used it to start up new services for me with a different company. He took care of all the arrangements. This is how true customer service should be. Thank you for all your hard work. Truly wish I could continue to use you, but I do understand. Thanks again for all your help.

Best trash service i have ever had! I dont care what type of vehicle they use, they are always on time and very reliable. As far as the bad reviews that are on google there was probably a reason your account was cancelled. Ive never had a problem with this company. Reasonable rates and excellent service.

We switched from one of the big names to this company. After over 1 year with them, I can say we have never had an issue. They show up every week, on time, with a smile!We pay a little extra to have them come down our driveway, which is worth every penny!They have also been willing to take extra items on occasion, saving me a trip to the dump.I am having my mother switch to them this week!

Ive been in Douglasville for 20 years and this Sanitation business is the worst Ive ever encountered. Theyre worst than Waste Management. I switched only a month ago. And on yesterday they didnt pick up my trash. So I called and the owner went back and forth with me on time and actually calling me back on his personal number saying I came and the trash wasnt out. I said I put it out and this man went back and forth. Now...the time couldve been off some. I thought when youre in business you would want your customers and you treat them like you want there business. He treated me like I was a liar and treated me from his past experience customers. This Company called me back and canceled my service with the Holiday coming up. The week prior I was outside when his driver arrived and he jumped out complaining to me how he hated working for him. Now.. I see why. I wouldnt suggest anyone to use this business. Youre better off carrying to the landfill yourself. This So -called business needs to reevaluate how they conduct business and how they talk to customers.

I want to let everyone know that Foremans Sanitation is the best, ive known Billy Foreman for many years he is a honest hard working man that has built a great business. I pay for my service with him once a year i do not like the worry of paying every three months, not one time has he missed a pick up and if i forget to take my can down to the street he walks up and gets it, awesome customer service, i want to say thank you Billy for all your hard work and great customer service i know you will keep up the good work.

I have used Foreman sanitation for a number of years now and regrettably have had to terminate the service.The customer service is very curt.I would suggest that the person that does online inquiry response and billing find a line of work that he/she enjoys.Simple questions are answered in a discourteous manner.However, the gentleman that serviced my home is a very nice man.

Excellent service from some super polite home town kinda guys they have even gone way above and beyond and even helping us out with the occasional special request. They came highly recommended and after having them for a few months, I would also like to recommend Foremans to anyone

If there was an option for zero star thats what I would rate them. I have had 2 years of service and Thursday came and went and my trash was never picked up so I called on Saturday and was told my account was cancelled no call before that or anything they dont even have a truck they have a pick up truck with plywood on the side for the trash not to fall our account was cancelled because we threw out a dead chicken in a double trash bag yes it was bagged and again no warning or anything that was poor customer service

Poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and contact a professional and reputable trash service. Will not recommend them to anyone I know.
