This apartment complex doesnt practice good Fair Housing and landlord laws. I went in for a tour and applied on the same day. I left them with all my documents, paid for the application fee, and was even sent a rental verification form to sign so they could start my screening process. I was then emailed the next afternoon and told that they would be denying my application because the current resident wanted to stay. I am aware of how property management works, and know that when a current resident signs a notice to vacate ( a move out form) they agree that if an application is received for their home, they have to move out. However, this property totally neglected to follow the rules and has denied my application. I would avoid living here, as good management companies dont run this way.

There are a list of things that were wrong with the apartment complex.1. The faucet in the bathroom shower still leaks unless tighten it really hard they fixed this twice and didnt work. 2.They are not the cleanest place and takes them awhile to get anything done, and lastly not very safe my garage door broke and so they made it a manual door but someone in the complex knew and kept breaking into my garage so I didnt feel safe. I never knew what to expect when I would go to my car. They have video cameras but they wouldnt do anything about it. Took them more than a month to fix the garage.I had told them that calling was not reliable and to email me. They disregarded that and kept calling/ texting and so I would lose important information.They charged me for damages in the bedroom from animals and the fact is I dont let my animals in the bedroom.

I lived here for about 2 years and had an overall great experience . The leasing office was always responsive/helpful and any maintenance request were always handled promptly.

Great apartment complex! Everyone is very friendly. Danielle, I believe this is her name; she works in the front office she is extremely kind and helpful. Any issues you may have she attends to them. Maintenance are great and quick to fix any issues you may have as well; they also keep the complex very clean. The apartment I stood in was nice and well kept. Behind the complex you have an amazing view of the mountains as well as trails. Definitely recommend!

I absolutely love this complex. I have lived here for 2 years and I am returnung back again. The staff is respectful and responsive as hell. The grounds are clean. And the maintenance is always timely. I would recommend this complex to any and all that can afford it!!!

The maintenance guys are great & quick to respond and they keep the grounds, pool area & office very clean and well kept. front office ladies are friendly & helpful. i love that we have a garage & our own storage unit on our patio. they are quick to investigate complaints & were very fair when doing so. weve been here 13 months & only 1 police car came & it was to investigate animal neglect. we had looked at apartments nearby that came with a garage & personal storage space and this one by far had they best price.

Lived here for a few months while completing in internship. The apartment complex was very quiet all of the time. The staff was friendly, and the maintenance guys went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of.The only downsides are how bad the parking lot is, and how bad the road is when leaving. Also, it seems like the older buildings had some holes, allowing for quite a few bugs to get in. I was killing spiders multiple times a day.

Ive lived here for 12 years, been here since I was in middle school and now Im in college. Ive never had an issue while living here. Maintenance has always been speedy when fixing any issue. Even something like a new furnace was done in a couple days time. Never have had an issue with any bugs nor rodents. Everyone here is very friendly and the staff really get to know you! Honestly I expect to live here through college. If youre looking for a good place to live: The Ridge is it.

I have lived here for about 5 or 6 years now. Family loves it here I love it here. Staff is easy to deal with, understanding, and accommodating to my disable spouse.

I dont know whats up with these other reviews, but I live at these apartments and I absolutely love it. Management are friendly and responsive to issues, the maintenance guys are wonderful - they fix everything in a timely fashion. Ive renewed my lease twice now, and unless something drastically changes in my life, therell be a third time at least. Wonderful property, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to anybody - in fact, I have.

Worst apartments I have ever had the horrible experience of living in. Crack heads everywhere, loud children, and they expect us to pay for the things that break that we have no control over like garage doors and refuse to help us until they get money. Among many other things, will be looking into taking them to court. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Ive never lived here, but was shown an apartment by the manager. She seemed totally disengaged and disinterested in renting the apartment- like it was just a job to her and nothing more, which it probably is. Good area, but the exterior looks sort of shabby, especially for the prices asked.

I lived here two An a half years I was on a waiting list for a garage never got one never had parking my vehicle was damaged I was chased by a few dogs that owners didn’t follow the leash laws I had a carbon monoxide leak I tried to break my lease the proper way by putting on my notice An because they refused to use my deposit I put down in the beginning as two weeks re t since I told them I e vacated they said I was going to be evicted immidiatly I have two small children they refused to work with me what so ever everyone there smokes pot An has sex in pool An hot tub it’s very discussing please never rent here I informed the office of all problems immidiatly nothing was ever done ever I wasted a year An a half there An when it came time for me to transition they treated me like I was a complete dirt bag renter An I do not appereciate it one bit

This place is horrible. did a 12 month lease and regretted it. for at least 6 months, our garage door wouldnt open and the parking was so horrible I even had to park at neighboring apartments a couple of times. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place at all costs.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Lived there for a year and had more problems than I could count. Drainage was poor and the snow melted into my apartment resulting in flooding. Garage door broke with my car in it and wasnt fixed for a few days. Sewage backed up into the showers and flooded the bathroom. Personnel was never in the office when they were open resulting in it taking quite a few days and leaving work early to get a package. I just wouldnt recommend all the trouble that will come from living here.

Gave them our 30 day notice to vacate and our lease was up at the same time. They lost it, and still screwed us over by putting on our credit report and charging us twice the rent. Glad we kept our copies of everything for court! Fake smiles and attitudes! You move in there youre ignorant.
