I would 100% Recommend this place! Great location, close to all military bases and downtown, love the mountain view, very pet friendly, helpful staff personnel. Our family loves that is a calm family oriented community and also very close to everything. Military friendly!

My now ex husband Chris and I lived there and we loved loved loved it there. I loved that it had a gated community, my apt was beautiful before I decorated and after. I love the pool, hot tub and exercise room. We use to live in the building next to the volleyball area set up is. The building was maroon colored and the end of our right side of our building faced the volleyball court. I wish I can move back. I am back in my home state now which is New Jersey!

Cut coax cords. And 3 diffent leaks and 2 holes in our wall because of a leak the plumbers are taking forever to fix. Maintenance cant fix the Coax cords but they can sure cut all 3 of them by accident why do the painters paint over everything? Even the tip of the cords so they cant be used again.

What an amazing experience, from the minute I walked in Melinas smile was contagious and heartwarming she got me in for an amazing tour and helped me find the exact apartment I was looking for! Melina even gave my beautiful dog a treat and my dog Walter absolutely loved her 🥰. Aaron was inviting and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire time. What a fantastic complex, clean grounds very quiet area. The maintenance crew was absolutely fantastic! I couldn’t recommend mission rock as a management company more. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and we absolutely love it. The staff is amazing, the property is well maintained and all our maintenance requests are always filled promptly. Our neighbors are quiet and I can never here our immediate neighbors through the walls, which is great. Our apartment is one of the upgraded units and we love it.Our toilet overflowed once and someone was there to help on the weekend within 30 mins. Our dryer stopped working and they replaced the unit entirely.I would definitely recommended living here to anyone!

I have lived at Broadmoor Ridge twice, and each time I have received exceptional service. My apartment was clean and well maintained. The staff is amazing, and the property is in a convenient location.

Great apartments, nice staff, but the state of the dog park is terrible. Its been two months, and the park still has half the fence falling apart, and the other half completely missing with just construction plastic roll fencing up. We have had parts of the fence fall down into the park area with exposed nails where dogs and people can step on them. The plastic fence did nothing to stop an aggressive dog walking past on the sidewalk from lunging at the dogs inside the park area. Hard to believe with the rate we pay they cant afford to fix up such a obvious issue, while still marketing a usable dog park as one of their amenities.

Kinda pricey for the quality of the apartments. The split the utilities between all the tenants in a building. I was out of town for a month and when I returned, I was greeted with the same utility bill as I always got. Pretty shady place.

Amazing apartment complex. I feel safe and genuinely love my apartment. I have the right amount of privacy as well as community.

The staff at the office is fantastic. We specifically saw Raven Lawrence, and she was very helpful and understanding. She took care of us immediately and made time in her busy schedule to accommodate us in every way possible. The apartments are beautiful, and the facility is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Paul was great! He was willing to accommodate our schedule by showing an apartment at a different time than was originally scheduled and made some great recommendations on local brunch spots! The apartment complex appears to be in a good area with great views. We simply prefer a more open floor plan.

We are current residents at Broadmoor Ridge. By far the best place we have ever lived at. Management is great. You’ll always feel welcomed going to the office, maintenance request get responded to quickly and the community is always clean and well kept. We’ve never had a bad experience so we’re actually going to sign another 13 month lease. Just thought I would write my review in hopes of helping out anyone that’s indecisive about where to move. My husband is military and they are definitely military friendly here. Over all I would recommend this complex.

We have lived here for 5 years now. Anything that has come up we have had it fixed with in a day or two, if not hours. The maintenance crew Dustin, Christian and the new dude are amazing. The front office are always friendly and great as well. Rent is expensive but the pool and grill are really what sold us. I wish we still had the gates up. It felt more secure then.

Raven helped me out with an issue today and I was incredibly impressed with her positive attitude and superior customer service.Overall my experience living here has been very positive. The landscaping is always beautiful. The apartment was in great condition except for a leak we noticed a little after moving in. We brought it up to the office and they immediately took care of it.The prices are reasonable for the area and for access to a pool and gym and a staff that takes care of issues promptly.Parking is the only thing worth mentioning is sometimes an issue when I get off of work late. A little walk isn’t a big deal. The area and being so close to Fort Carson (where I work) wins me over.10 out of 10

When I stepped foot into the leasing office it felt so friendly and very great vibe! The sister complex referred me to them. I spoke to India on the phone was able to get a quote on the spot, I went over to do a walk through and when I arrived at the leasing office she had mentioned to me that there was a much better deal then the one I was getting offered. Usually apartment complexes just want to lease out whatever but the fact that she was honest and straight forward I couldnt resist but say yes. Throughout the process she was super helpful and very knowledgeable of what she was offering any questions I asked she knew the answer to. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to rent an apartment. When we went in, we were immediately greeted by a woman who was in a wonderful mood. Despite looking for a one bedroom, she went out of her way and showed us other apartments that were in our budget. She was super friendly and helpful with any questions we asked. It is an absolutely beautiful complex with apartments that feel very homely.

We have been at Broadmoor Ridge for almost a year and we absolutely love it! Office staff is really friendly and they are extremely easy to work with. When I submit a maintaince request, they come the same day or the next day and resolve my issue. The amenities here are great, covered parking, the dog park, pool and hot tub are a hit in the summer! The Hub for packages is really nice so I don’t have to worry if I’m away. The location is perfect! With gate 3 to Fort Carson three minutes away and a grocery store across the street, it’s really convenient. Very safe neighborhood also, never have had any problems. If your looking for a place close to Fort Carson and affordable then Broadmoor Ridge is for you!

Well boys and girls, youve found it. If youre looking to move, want free jellybeans and lemonade in the office, need a dog biscuit supply as big as your demand, want to see cute little squirrels running about, and have bomb dot com leasing staff, youve officially found it.Your mileage may vary depending on your wants and needs, but I found that for the price, I got a spacious kitchen and living room - well designed and styled. Well worth it.

Great staff, clean space, just a little on the pricey side for how small the apartment is. however, there are many amenities included such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, hot tub, pool, workout area, and a great maintenance crew to name a few. India is very helpful and understanding listening to any issues that we may have and is genuinely understanding and eager to fix any problems.absolutely no issues with rodents, bugs, etc. very clean and quiet space. plus they allow doggies with a pet rent. i just wish they weren’t restrictive on breeds.I haven’t had the best experience living here mainly because of roommate problems that are out of the staff’s control so not much the apartment complex’s problems but more of home situation problems. overall, i believe this apartment complex is worth it and many have had wonderful experiences. plus there are nice views of the mountains!

We have been living here for about a month. I will update this post over the next few months. Our experience has been mixed. Most of the cons are out of the control of management so it isnt the fault of the staff. We started in one unit where the kitchen flooded every time it rained and the unit smelled like mold and smoke. We told the management and they promptly moved us with no hassle. They even moved us into a more expensive unit and didnt charge us extra. The unit we are in now has a lot of bugs. Mostly spiders, ants, and earwigs. When I told them they sent someone to come spray. A few cons: The grass kind of turns into swamp land when it rains, no one ever leashes their dogs, people leave their trash everywhere, broken glass all over the parking lot and by the pool (which management cleans as soon as you tell them), units by the road can be noisy from traffic, the pool is almost always too cold, the fitness center is super small. A few pros: less expensive than other 3 bedroom apartments, door to door trash service, friendly staff, pool and parks, on site security, prompt response to requests.

Broadmoor Ridge made finding an apartment easy. They walked us through the exact apartment we would be applying for, which no other apartment complex did for us. All the appliances were new and stainless steel, and all the floors are hardwood except the bedroom. So far we like the neighborhood and everyone has been really helpful.

We have rented at Broadmoor Ridge and our experience with maintenance, office staff and overall property experience has been great. Staff is understanding, more than happy to go above and beyond, and everything from response to maintenance is done in a timely manner. We appreciate all the help especially India she’s been amazing!

Would not recommend anyone to live here. Youre paying way too much for the condition the apartment is in. When you mention that the apartment is falling apart, they just try to use the excuse that the foundation was built in the 70s. They paint over everything instead of fixing things. Our sink was clogged with dried paint when we first moved in. Our daughters window doesnt even shut all the way. There are NEVER any parking spots. There have been so many times that we have to park on the back side of the complex. More than likely when you come to view the apartments, the cars you see parked in front of the office arent new residents and are actually just parked there because there are no other parking spots. Only reason Im happy my husband is deploying soon is just so we can break the lease.

Raven is outstanding, professional, and down to earth. I haved lived here once before and I have no complaints at all still.

Havent lived here since 2004 (my mom and I had to move when I was 7 do to the fact they no longer accepted housing authority vouchers.) But from what I remember, it was nice. A great place to spend my childhood!

Friendly and helpful staff that always make you feel welcomed and appreciated as a tenant. Community get togethers as well as regular updates and improvements to our apartment community. Maintenance requests are responded to quickly and thoroughly. In the 5 years we have lived here we have never had any safety or security concerns and we are proud to call Broadmoor Ridge home. We look forward to the summer and using the pool, hot tub and BBQ area.

Good experience. The only issue Id have is that the walls were on the thin side. As far as safety goes, I lived in an apartment facing Westmeadow, so I always parallel parked outside the gate and never felt unsafe getting in after dark or having my car messed with. They also have valet trash pickup, which is a big plus, living upstairs and not having to hike through the snow to a dumpster. Washer/dryer in unit was good for the same reason.

We lived here and really enjoyed it. Granted its been a while but our apartment was great, we had great neighbors, and the maintenance staff was always quick and friendly. we never had any issues with any of the office personnel either. If we ever get to come back to the springs, I wouldnt think of staying any place else!

Wonderful staff, super helpful ! If I ever have any questions, they are always willing to help. The apartments are great and I always feel safe. Theres a shopping center right across the street which is very convenient. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to move !

I just moved in here into a two bedroom a month ago and I have no complaints. this is the nicest place I have lived so far in Colorado springs. I love how the buildings only have 4 apartments so you dont have many neighbors so its fairly quiet.I like how they pick up your trash and recycling from your door 5 days a week.love my kitchen appliances. And I like how if we have issues we have security here we can contact instead of having to call the police. I love having a washer and dryer in my apartment too. Love having Windows,a balcony and just everything about the inside of my apartment is great. The one thing I wish I could change is that the kitchen was bigger. But overall I like it here.and the apartment etc book said they have walk in closets here which is not the case.and I like how the management here is caring and kind to the residents.and being across the street from king soopers is nice and I love the area and being close to fort Carson too is great. Overall I really like it here.

We love loving here, although the price is a little high for the size, it is well made up by the amenities available and the amazing staff. The only issue weve had is random knocks and visitors, people who dont reside within the complex, because none of the security gates lock and is open to come and go. Being a first floor apartment, that can make one wary of potential breakins and scouting, but that is possible almost anywhere.

I have moved around a lot and so far, this is the best place I have ever lived in! The ladies in the office are very welcoming and if i ever need something fixed, maintenance is really fast! Rent is a little more than what i wish it was (compared to other states) but when i first moved here every other apartment was way more expensive.

I loved India and everything she did to help us get in this new place, it’s been great all around we love it !

The place is nice. But the apartment they show you is COMPLETELY different from the one they will rent you... not to mention we did NOT recieve a walk through. Walls and floors are very thin. Car break-ins. The list goes on, there is always something every month that goes wrong.

Horrible place to live! We pay for pest control but there was roaches and horse flies in the apartment the first day we moved in. There’s a nest of them in our water heater closet! They will violate you for having your belongings on the balcony you pay $1400 per month for but won’t come fix any of your damn maintainence request. We haven’t had a kitchen light in 3 weeks & have made a request 3x! & theives are always in that complex. My husband car was stolen 2 weeks ago and he still ain’t got it back.

We have had such a wonderful experience dealing with all of the management. The appartments are well kept and very roomy.

The rent is insane for what you pay for. I pay 1149/month for 1 bed room 1 bath. its not that big. They make it impossible to have a dog here with a deposit of 400 and 25 extra on rent on top of they have a long list of dogs they dont allow.On top of that the washer and dryers are not that great. The dryer takes forever to dry clothes. Also you can hear your neighbors conversation clear on top of the windows arent sealed great all night an day you can hear the wind coming in. Defiantly not going to renew our lease . The only thing good is that it is close to post.

My balcony had rotten wood and rusty screws, and I noticed that there was a hole forming. I submitted a maintenance request and a month later I was outside moving a box and my right leg fell through. They did not come and temporarily fix or completely fix it until I reported the incident.

We picked Broadmoor Ridge Apartments initially because of the clean property, the spacious/generous sized apartments, and the friendliness of the staff. We have resided here for 3 years and just renewed again for another. The reasons are still the same.The maintenance crew work on issues immediately, they have always been polite and hard working. We have had small issues like a backed up drain or a disabled washing machine. In both cases, they arrived the same day, usually within an hour or less, resolved the issue, and were always polite. I can see the crew walking the property every morning, picking up trash, clearing the walks of snow/trash/debris, they wave and say hello, and they are good people who also live here and take pride.The front office is attentive, fair, and kind. We have worked with Ashley and Tiffany in the office who are great! We have asked questions about renewing, questions about interacting with a loud neighbor (which they handled respectfully and swiftly), and many other things. We have never been made to feel bothersome for asking and they have always resolved our issues and questions.My family takes a lot of pride in where we live and we are happy to put that pride in the Broadmoor Ridge because they are clean, quick to act, accurate, and most important, kind. We will continue to rent here and enjoy the apartment!Notes about the property: We live right by the front office and the main entrance and water feature for the property. The property is fairly large with access to walking/bike paths, lots of shopping (grocery store is less than a minute away, walking), and the property is always clean. I have noticed that residents with dogs pick up their waste and leash their pets, so no issues there at all. There is ample porch space with each unit, lots of plants, birds, and wildlife.If, like us, you shopped around Colorado Springs to find options on where to live, I believe you would do well to check out Broadmoor Ridge. Other apartments charged significantly more per square foot, had less options, and were not happy to serve. Broadmoor was our choice as soon as we toured and we did not look at another unit after we saw this one!

If you’re military, very convienent. Near a lot of convience stores. Nice apartments very spacious. Front office very friendly and always willing to help with any needs.

Probably the worst place I have lived in a long time. Don’t get a house here unless you want noisy neighbors, dogs off leash everywhere, bugs, constant maintenance issues, rude workers, etc. NEVER get an apartment for this mud hole mess they call appropriate for living.

They rip you off and tell you what you want to hear with no follow through. I have emotional support animals that are registered, my doctor filled out their paper work and yet still they charge me extra per month this is just the tip of the constant issues I’ve had with them.

This apartment complex had a lot more downs than ups. I am military and chose this area being so close to post. Lesson learned. First off you dont get what you pay for. Rent is pretty pricey even for a one bedroom. The ceiling on the first floor is unbearable. It is so loud it seems like the ceiling is going to collapse. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything.. The gates really dont make sense because they stay open most of the time or break. There are bug/spiders everywhere!! I had a rodent in the apartment TWICE!! They did not do anything about it. I pay extra for pesticide service, never saw any pest control service. I would not recommend this apartment. However, it is close to king soopers which was great. They also had pretty good customer service which was good.

I agree with friendly greet and kind worlds at the leasing office when you walk-in. However, when you request help or service, they will do very minimum and show no effort. They have responsibilities to help/assist residents with concerns and issues and should take care of their renters. I regret to say that i am disappointed and not confident their services.

My car, a neighbors car, and my fiances car have all had broken windows and break-ins. The gate is always left open. Security is seen maybe once a week, I have no faith in them to respond were I to need it(being 52 and living alone this is a major concern). There is trash left everywhere half the week. Ive had ants from day one. You can hear plainly the kids outside all the time, there was a period for nearly two weeks where they were throwing rocks unchecked loudly at light poles and cars, leaving one vehicle badly scratched. Not dog friendly at all, they will charge you bogus charges for not cleaning up after your dog such to the point that I now video tape myself every time I bring my dog out for concern of jipped out another $50(which they automatically add to your rent so theres no contesting it). Upon the lease being expired, they will perform a white glove inspection and if its not in better condition than when you received it, youre out $2000. Furthermore, their records are poor and unprofessional, with no records of additional residents which means a college student living with me cannot prove residency and thus is delayed from going to college another year. It looks like a lovely, wonderful apartment complex, when in reality they WILL screw you over.

I lived here for exactly a year. This place has so many issues. One of my biggest issue are the ants! So we were charged a pest fee monthly but yet I have NEVER seen anybody spray for pest. WHY am I being charged a pest fee when I have ants all over my apartment? Another issue is maintenance Ive put in work request for problems with our bedroom door, they came to look at it back in March 2013 and said we would have to pay to get it fixed, which we agreed that we would pay, and it is Jan 2014 and the door is still broken. After March I put in a total of 4 work request asking them to come take a look at it again, I even talked to the manger but nothing has yet to be done. There is dog crap every where outside. And today I received my bill for February and It said I owe them for the whole month of feb. BUT my move out day is FEBRUARY 2nd. Nothing ever gets done here, the gate is always broken. The apartment seems nice at first but things start to fall apart and you would expect for the price you pay, you would be living in a somewhat nice apartment, but you arent. I wouldnt advise ANYONE to rent here.

These reviews seem pretty old. Although some of the problems may still exist, my experience seems to be different.I move with my family and pets from out of state. The on site staff was patient and kind when i was stressed and unorganized. Whenever I found a problem in my apartment, the head of maintenance checked it in 10 minutes. If it was a quick fix, he did it himself. If parts needed ordered it was resolved within a week. It has many areas to walk your pets and one dog park. Responsible adults clean up after their pets, people who just dont respect themselves or others, probably wont pick up after their pets-thats life in general. My experience here says that the staff isnt perfect, yet neither am I, yet I got the feeling that they do try and thats more than I could say about other places.Location it great AND convenient. King Soopers across the street, 2 gas stations, many resturants and of course 2 Starbucks. 2 blocks away from highway 115 and grade school is 7 blocks away. Neighborhood seems respectfull and pretty quiet.Military base is close and there is alot of military people staying here. I like seeing that.Makes me appreciative of what they are doing and I get to see the faces of the people making a huge difference in the world.

Wont answer phones or return emails when you have questions about your rent. The pest control you get charged monthly for apparently doesnt work because mice in your apartment. The rent is an outrageous price for the gates to be broken ALL the time. Vehicles were broken into multiple times in the 3 months I was there. This is NOT SAFE for YOUR FAMILY. Find somewhere else.

This place is horrendous. They literally try to stay out of your way until they want their money. They have absolutly no compassion by any means. Walking into the upgraded appartment and being conned into the purchase. Initially everything is half assed throughout the entire unit. Hoping the security behind gates would permit some sort of saftey...or naw. The gates literally push open so anyone looking for an easy B&E heres your spot xoxo

The worse apartment I lived with they tell you the rent is 767 for a one bedroom but they dont mention that in your building you share utilities with other tenant then when you get your bill it comes up to 940 to 950 they always put extra charge like pest control every month trash every beautification in the apartment they charge the tenant they ask for a big deposit then when your lease expires it take 60 days to get your deposit that if your lucky some take 90 days MILITARY THIS IS A WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT OR YOU WILL REGRET IT SPECIALLY THE NEW SOLDIERS EVEN ITS CLOSE ON POST ITS NOT WORTH IT STAY AWAY

You would be better off being homeless
