My family and I have happily lived here for about a year and half so far. Management is great and very personable. Dori is a lovely woman to have in charge of our little community. There are many times I call to ask questions or ask for a favor (such as turning the AC on for our fur-babies when we are at work when we had forgotten to) which Dori is quick to answer or do for us. I have seen extensive growth in the property in such a short period of time. The grounds are clean and kept up with. Dori and maintenance are fast in fixing any problems that arise and work diligently until there is no longer a problem. I must give credit to Dori for all of the effort she has put into a place that started off in a not-so-good condition. She has really turned this place around! There are no unnecessary costs added to tenets, she is excited to talk to us, and for all that she has been through... she is one of the kindest women we have ever met!!! When they began to re-open the pool this year, Dori encouraged the communitys children to play in the water and to enjoy the pool a little earlier than expected. Its beautiful to see management get involved and care so deeply for those they take care of. Thank you to the Stratus team, especially Dori, for giving us such a wonderful place to live and grow. You deserve so much appreciation!!!!!

Be prepared for this location to treat you like they do to their lawn care. The manager is extorting money and dont care about the buildings them selves. I thought they were trying to fix the place up but instead let it go to waste. So sad for the company that owns this place to let management run it into the ground.

I moved in less than 2 months ago. I read all the reviews about the new management doing great things and trying hard to make this a nicer place, etc... within the first 24 hours I found my apartment hadnt actually been cleaned prior to moving in and had mouse feces in the cabinets and oven drawer, the medicine cabinet was falling off the wall, not a single light worked, they assured me someone would be in the clean by the next morning and maintenance would stop by ASAP, neither of those things happened and they made me provide the new lightbulbs.Within the first week, me and my two young children were without running water for 4 whole days.By week 3 my AC wasn’t working and went to the office to submit a work order like my lease says and they told me I had to submit it through the portal.By week 5 we had a cold front come in and my heat wasn’t working. It was below 60° in our apartment.I can home again last week only to find my heat still isn’t working and it got below 50° in my apartment. It was 8° last night and I’ve been blowing up their phone and putting in maintenance requests to get my heat fixed because I don’t want my kids to literally freeze, and not a single response from them!Don’t even get me started on the health hazard that is the laundry facilities! 5/8 washing machines have moldy water sitting in them, the floor is torn to shreds and there is trash everywhere!100% do not recommend you moving in here. Stay away for your health and well being!

New management has taken over and the management team works beautifully together. The grounds are 90% clean, but of course you have individuals who don’t feel the need to clean up dog poop- not managements fault. This is an issue in Colorado. We had to rush into this property due to the last one failing us. We met Sarah from our last home periodically and immediately felt she was a wonderful person and great at what she does. We have had beautiful experiences working with the kind women in management, and lots of fun with maintenance. I felt compelled to write this review but am unable to post my name due to privacy reasons, so I made a new account to do so!! This has been a wonderful and quiet place to live, we have not experienced any bugs or issues with our apartment. The Stratus team has been extremely responsive and we couldn’t thank you more. I see the review below states that people would get discounts for 5 star reviews- but this was never communicated to me. I just feel more people should know of the great opportunity that is continuing to grow here. ☺️

The new management has worked hard to make my stay here as pleasant as possible working hard to get work orders done and the grounds as clean as possible. Some resident s on the other hand have issues following the rules on there lease. Thank you for all the hard work u have put in... I can see some changes since being here.

This place does not even deserve 1 star. If your thinking about moving here you should find somewhere else to live. We have no heat or hot water. Management does nothing to provide livable conditions. Maintenance is a joke. I hate it here!!

Garbage apartments go for a place with newer buildings these ones are falling apart something that cant be helped by anyone.

Overpriced .......grounds and exterior are not kept up and maybe not even up to code. Bungee cords holding stairs up and plywood for stair railings.....also getting towed after only being therefore an hour visiting our daughter. Think twice people about renting and surley dont visit unless you like throwing away $300 for a tow. Management needs to communicate better with tenants!

They Will tow my car for a flat legally parked, yet theyve allowed people to illegally park in the grass in front of their apartment so much that there is no grass left.... The tenant moved the large rocks from the drain ditch so they could park illegally. They park there daily but dont get towed.

Worst Apartments ever. Trashy run down units, homeless living in the laundry room. And to top it off, they never returned my security even though it was determined I was owed the full amount. Then they told me it was mailed to the apartment I rented from them... which I obviously no longer lived in. Then they made up a bunch of other lies and excuses, and told me it was my problem. Never got my money despite 30+ phone calls. Thieves and criminals. Owners should be thrown in jail.

This place has motivated me to make my first review. Besides the terrible living experience with maintenance clearing issues they hadnt even looked at, dog feces everywhere and neighbors who would make the whole building shake. Someone broke into the apartment as I was moving out, I had to wait 3 hours for them to come fix the door so I could leave. I later found out the renters insurance policy I had was cancelled when the property was sold to the new management company and I wasnt covered at all, a warning that my coverage was being cancelled would have saved me hundreds of dollars. Weve been paying rent in person for months because they apparently forgot to send us the link to the new resident portal. I have also received emails that said I would get a discount on rent for 5 star reviews, so beware of those.

So a lot has changed from my last post. The new property manager has done a lot to get this place up and running to standard. All my work orders have been completed within a timely manner. There is no more dumpster issues due to the new cameras that have been placed on every corner of the property. Dunmire has also put in funds to update the roads within in the property a (so no more pot holes). Mrs. Leigh and her maintenance team has been working very hard with getting stratus apartment up to par. Understand that Mrs. Leigh and her team has been handed an impossible job to complete. This property is very old and the pipes are out dated however. You will always find Mrs. Leigh and her team working after hours, answering every phone call, insuring the tenets that the issue what ever it may be is being worked on. Emails are constantly being sent out By Mrs. Leigh in the most professional with the most updated info. Keep up the good work. I know you have a lot on your plate.

We have had a great experience with Stratus. Destiny and Reina have been so patient with me during the application process. Id give them five stars but we havent moved in yet.

The office/management staff has been great. The maintenance personnel; Christian, has been awesome as well. They do a great job of letting me know when they need to access my apartment so that I can either be there for the maintenance or make arrangements for my pet. The office and maintenance personnel have been working hard to improve the apartment complex by cleaning it up and taking care of residents. The apartment has been great; the only issue Ive had is that my AC had issues keeping my apartment comfortable over the summer, but thats probably just a bad AC unit. Thank you for all your help.

Dunmire Property Management has taken over. They have made such a positivr difference, I am leaving a 5 star review. They are professional and genuinely care about their service and reputation. I love my apartment, and soon I will love my neighborhood even more. Oh, and I just found out that today they are going door to door giving produce from a local farmers market to all residents. Thank you!

They are more concerned with the parking and expired registrations when theres a pandemic going on and most people cant afford the dmv right now, theyd rather tow your vehicle instead of the ones who sit there for days on end and months maybe, then we have to go buy it back just to go to work for the cycle to never end. they gave everyone 50 dollars off of their bill for the pandemic, out of at least 1200 for the month. and the water line is always breaking but we still get charged the same for that and dont receive a credit. you definitely dont get what you pay for, because multiple apartments have problems and one apartment is inhabitable because the floor is torn up and it smells like sewer every other day but they take their time to fix it. I wouldnt plan on raising a kid here or even living here short term you can definitely find better. P.S. towing peoples car that have been sitting here for awhile is way better than towing everyones, you guys have cameras now find out which ones dont move and only tow those. and this is with new management that was supposedly supposed to be better than the last but theyre worse.

Stratus apartments are the best! We haven’t had any issues since me and my husband moved in this summer! The Staff is absolutely amazing! They get things done when you need it done! The maintenance is great!Kayla and Bobby Sweat

You get what you pay for.Since Ive moved in, theres been a murder in one of the apartments, a bomb threat, two nights ago some lady set her porch on fire. The hot water turned off for 3 days about six months ago and it stopped working again last night - who knows how long until it will come back on again. It took them a week to replace the bolt on my front door (I wasnt able to lock my apartment that entire time). I have other maintenance requests outstanding for over two weeks! Our cars have been broken into at least FIVE times, my friend spent the night ONCE and her car was broken into. Nothing valuable even stolen (because there wasnt anything to take), just my AUX cord and gym bag (full of dirty gym clothes). They trashed my friends car but didnt take anything that we know of. Last summer the pool was open all of two weeks and then it was closed for repairs but never reopened. They never gave residents any idea what was going on. I realize they cant control all of this but they havent done anything to help. They dont even inform the tenants when something happens. You find out by seeing multiple fire trucks or police cars on the property and Googling it the next day. If you can afford anything better, DO NOT COME TO THESE APARTMENTS.

Great Place and awesome staff. Just moved in this week for a smooth $99! There is a pool, a brand new fitness center and the apartment itself is super nice. New carpet and fresh paint. Trinity, the owners, clearly keep the place up. Nicest spot I looked at and very fair price. Not to mention they valet my trash; what is this, Buckingham Palace? The girls in the leasing office are super friendly and helpful. Yolanda got me through the process, pain-free and I just met the property manager today and Courtney is Awesome. She was so helpful to answer questions I had about the lease and was genuinely concerned when I put in a maintenance request (the lock on the sliding door doesnt latch- quick fix). My only issue is the parking lot is too far away from my front door and I had to stretch to think of that.

In the beginning Amy and me had some problems with communication. Amy came to be the new Manager of Stratus in May of this year and I had a roommate leave and another sign on. Over the summer and thru October of 2019, Amy turned out to be the best of neighbors in this community. I have now moved on to New Jersey, to be with my family again. However difficult this summer may have been for me personally, I felt safe in my home, and I felt safe in the parking lot, thanks to Amys consistent work. I dont know what magic Amy has but I congratulate her on an excellent job. Yes, I would live in Stratus again. I hope to return to Colorado one day. See you there!

I have lived here for a year and am about to sign another lease. My family loves it here. There is crime in the area but it is the area not the apartments. It is usually quiet around the part of the apartments we live in. The staff has always been so kind to us. There is issues with parking but I think it is due to people having multiple cars and not listing it on their lease or application. The apartments are older but that isnt anything to really complain about. We love it here and look forward to staying here longer.

This is a place I made my home away from home!❤️ The staff has always done their best to take care of us and Maintenance has run to our recuse in snow storms. Best place I have seen in the Springs and at a reasonable price.

Crime, fraud, disrespectful employees!I urge whoever is reading this to move somewhere else.First, we were given a discount for living in an NON remodeled, seemed to good to be true, was to good to be true. Once moving out they are trying to say our apartment was remodeled and are billing us to remodel Apartments. Along with lies, bullying and more.Next maintenance was nothing but rude and lazy. A sink bursts in our unit once and when cleaning they filled and left our pots and pans with gross smelling, dirty water. Along with always 1/2 fixing, not fixing, or leaving behind garbage when maintaining our apartment.Then comes crime, my vehicle was hit and broken into multiple times, they still have no cameras to prevent this. We have had murders, multiple shootings, and even Bomb threats.On top of it the units have mold, dog poop is crazy, unit is small, heat is the floor heaters and they don’t work, and AC is only in living room and is not central.You can honestly find a better apartment, just keep looking I promise. We were locked into this choice because of the dog we owned and the limits that some apartments have, but I regret settling! This apartment and the employees their do not have your best interest. And even though I was so happy moving in, I’m walking away with regret and sadness. Completely unprofessional.

This place is terrible. We left the place spotless when we checked out (much better than when we moved in). I asked several times about getting our deposit back and we never got back a dime. They come up with bogus charges (painting touch up, housecleaning, etc.) and billed us twice for utility charges at the end. Shady part of town (our vehicle got hit and run in the parking lot) and shady people running this property - totally unethical. Do not give this place your business. Plenty of other places that have higher standards than this place that will be of similar cost.

I have been living at this place for 2 1/2 years. Last summer the pool was down the entire summer. They change management like the change clothes and the people in the office keep getting worst. I wouldnt advise anyone who has small children to move here the residents walk their dogs and leave the poop. I have been waiting for a week for maintenance to change the lightbulb in my kitchen ceiling as it is one I can not change myself. They have been to my apartment to fix the garbage disposal and to do a apartment inspection but will not change the bulb. This evening maintenance came to my apartment to do an inspection I asked about the bulb he said he would go get one to change it. He yhen returned to my building did my neighbors apartment inspection and never returned to my apartment. I was standing outside when he left my neighbors apartment. He stated that the property manager told him he didnt have time to change a light bulb. He needed to do inspections. I wish I could post pics......

This place is awful! I cant even begin to write everything thats wrong with this place. For starters when we signed the lease we asked if they had cockroaches and they said no, well that was a lie, we saw 3 giant cockroaches before a full week had even passed. And we also had mice on top of the cockroaches. Their remodeling is a joke, they hired the worst cheapest person to remodel the apartments. But they sucker you in by showing you the perfectly done show room, well the actual apartments that they move you in to doesnt look like that. The maintenance guys are extremely rude, and for the most part are awful at fixing or even doing a decent job at fixing anything. You will end up paying WAY too much to live here its not worth it. The only good thing about this place is the front desk girls are very nice, but that still doesnt make it worth living here. I dont recommend this place to anyone, youre better off finding a different place to live that youll actually get your monies worth! Im so glad we didnt sign a full year lease and were able to get out of that awful apartment!

Prices raised, constant management change. There was a stand off involving a shooting where we were quarantined, during which time no one would answer the phone or give any information when we were allowed to enter the building. (Then the guy turned out to have been long gone). Only thing I remember being fond of was the living room sky window. Oh, and the pool was closed the entire time I lived there. A message about other residents abusing the pool apparently lost the amenity for everyone (because thats a fair and mature way to handle things).

I only lived here a short time, i really enjoyed the staff and maintenance, they were always quick to respond. The apartment itself wasnt the greatest but it wasnt horrible either. My building kept having plumbing issues so once a month Id walk into the bath to see waste water in my tub...not ok! Other than that I have no complaints. Great staff!

Worst place Ive ever experienced, by far. The staff is not only constantly changing but consistently rude as well. We were not given the apartment we were promised. And Their idea of a refurbished apartment is a JOKE. They not only kept my deposit, they also failed to contact me or my roommates when they CLAIMED we owed them money. If you are considering moving here I highly suggest you change your mind quickly.

I currently live here now and I absolutely hate this place! If I could give negative starts I would! If you have a second floor your place will be 110 degrees with the AC blowing hot air.. I was told I have to open the balcony closet to vent it.. I have things in there I secure.. The ac doesnt get in ANY of the room but living room when it rarely works.. They dont work with you on anything and and this place is way too expensive.. There are a plethora of other issues.. LIVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK

DO NOT MOVE HERE! People have been murdered. There was a homicide less than a month ago and this was not the first homicide thats taken place here. You can find evidence of the most recent homicide by a simple google search (it wont let me add a link).When I informed them I was moving out, because of this, they tried telling me it wasnt a homicide. It seemed to me theyve trained their employees to lie about it.They are trying to hold me and everyone Ive spoken to, to a contract even though people do not feel safe.I went in to give my vacate notice and a couple was complaining about their car being broken into. This is not a safe place to live. Whenever anyone tells them about safety concerns, they give the standard, automated response, we have night security. Which I have personally never seen.Ive heard there is mold in some apartments. My neighbor told me before I moved in, they renovated my apartment because of mold. I wake up every morning with difficulty breathing, so maybe they didnt get it all.The staff acts nice until you question them and their policies.What else?-Never any parking. They should have assigned parking, but they ignore this issue.-Dog waste everywhere (they gave me a note accusing me of not picking up dog waste and threatened fines if they see it happen again, when I am one of the few that do pick it up).-my car was keyed-oh and did I mention MURDER (just to reiterate how unsafe this place is) - my girlfriend works with an ex cop that said when she was on the force, there were at least 3 homicides at this complex.Do yourself a favor and pay a little more for a better apartment and warn all your friends and relatives about moving here.

Worst place to live...ever. Dont let the new paint job and construction fool you. The stuff they are putting in is crap. We had new carpet when we got here - it falls apart from walking on it. The construction crews do not pick up after themselves and we had to get 2 new tires. The staff is nice until you sign the contract. They are so rude to us whenever we call with any concern. The fan in the bathroom was not working, so we called it in. The guy who came to fix it stopped at quitting time and we woke up in the middle of the night to smoke in the house. The guy left the wires loose and they touched causing a small fire. It was awful. We get several nasty-grams on our door saying our patio is dirty. We literally have nothing out there except a bench my husband built, but if you look at everyone elses patio you see tons of crap. We know they are going to fine the crap out of us when we move out and we are going to fight it. We have a carpet cleaner and clean the carpets every weekend. We are very clean people and like to live in a relaxing environment, but they say we put holes in the floor. Um, no - when we moved in the hole was there. You put the fridge on top of it to try to hide it from us. Also, the neighborhood is not safe. I am scared to take my dog out at night - we seriously see cops around us all the time, hear guns going off, and see gangs walking the streets. Long story short, dont live here. It is not worth it.

Not a good place to live. I mean the apartment is decent but they raised the rent I dont know what for. The laundry room equipment sucks theyre nasty and dont work half the time. Kids running around cussing and writing on playground equipment. I cant even take my son outside. Not saying its everyone but majority. Would not recommend it.

-Buildings are falling apart, broken floor boards throughout the apartment.-Management occasionally forgets to charge utilities and then double charges the next month.-Grass areas are covered in dog waste.-Many of the washers and dryers in the laundry facilities do not work properly.-Took 3 requests to get a broken lock on the back door fixed.-Pool is often closed during times the lease specifies that it should be open.-Parking permits are not checked and lots are often full of unregistered vehicles.-Management communicates by sliding letters under your door rather than phone calls or e-mails.-No matter how clean you leave the apartment you will be charged at least $100 dollars from your security deposit for cleaning fees. In addition to other questionable charges for damages.

They cover up the problem with minimal paint and small additions like a new carpet. We had 2 broken fridges lost hundreds in food and drink with no help or reimbursement. Work orders only seemed to be worked on when they feel like it. Twisted lease options without any explanations, this establishment just isnt nice especially with what youll end up paying for it. Save your time, money, and energy and go somewhere else. (Youve been warned!)

Car got towed when visiting family for a few minutes.

I can put up with alot of things that life throws at me but, Parking here is the worst that I have ever experienced in my LIFE. I have the cleanest drivers record on the planet yet I have gotten towed not once but twice from a place that I thought I called home. I have my sticker prominently displayed in my windshield. Meanwhile, over a dozen cars, wait. Make that 2 dozen cars/Work Vans ie: Cintas taking up parking spots with (ZERO) I repeat (Zero) stickers..What happened to the part that, I live and pay a pretty penny here to get a parking spot? This needs to be addressed immediately !!!

Lived there for around 6 months, the whole time the garbage disposal didn’t work and the kitchen sink only had a trickle of hot water. Getting ahold of the office was pretty rough, especially if you’re trying to get your mail forwarded to you after you’ve left.

Would not recommend these apartments. Rent for 2/1 is $745. If you wanted an renovated apartment rent is $825. Cost for 1 dog is $300 non refundable fee. If you dont have rental history another $100. Guess owning a house for 20 years never late in paying is not good enough for these people. They kept on adding charges like they were passing out candy. They should update their web page to inform potential renters of all these extra costs. Unprofessional.

I was going to move into the apartments in November. Thank god I didnt. I had accidentally got a package shipped there and i had asked James to give me a call when it got delivered. November 21st it got delivered, i still to this day (december 3rd) have not received a phone call.. i have went by 4 times and everytime its closed for training or they are on lunch, but i went there at 3 and it said theyll be back at noon.. i have called and left messages with 3 different people that said they would give my message to James and never did. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

New management is completely awful.They make it nearly impossible to pay rent while giving a service fee, if you want to pay using your card, you will be charged $45 online. They have changed too many things that worked well before. Everything is now a hassle.

Went and applied for an apartment yesterday. After the application fees were assesed and processing me and my family return home awaiting approval. As we are waiting the news shows the apartment complex was evacuated two days ago for a bomb threat that was sohistixated and intelligently made and took SWAT 3 hours to defuse. No one told my two small children and me that we may be moving into a homicide apartment two monthes ago. There were no old resident there all new applicators. Be warned as I was. We pulled our application even though they were the only ones available. We are willing to wait longer then move into this dark place. Who paints a pool side black in the summer? Someone covering a brown sin baked stain they couldnt remove (blood?) Think about it.

Real bomb.. homocides.. cockroaches .. rats.. parking lot always full.. trash everywhere.. most dont clean up after their pets.. avoid any apertment on murray as the pest infesctions seems in all of them

If anyone has a disability do not even attempt to look here! my family came here to tour this community in hopes that they would be a good fit for us, they claim they are pet friendly but my daughter has a disability that requires having a service dog. The minute we walked in the door they told us no way whatsoever would they allow her dog even though he is a registered service animal which he happens to a German Shepherd. Who is trained and is protected under the FAIR HOUSING ACT OF 1968! This place has no problems in violating this act which is a FEDERAL LAW! I can only hope that one day someone will sue them for their violations. I am already in the process for reporting them for this particular violation. Their are obviously many military personnel living on this facilities grounds. I feel sorry for them if they ever need a service animal since they will obviously lose their home because of a dogs breed and this facilities incompetence! Dont waste your time on this pathetic leasing staff and their mass incompetence of FEDERAL LAWS!

ABORT MISSION.This place is a death trap, Moved from Alabama with my husband last November and I can gladly say I’m back home far away from that horrible place and the horrible people, Apon moving in, Our guide was RUDE, My apartment is wasn’t even ready for us, My refrigerator was completely jacked up and had dead bugs all in it, My heat didn’t work for two weeks, My a.c probably still doesn’t work,And the shower head is coming out of the wall ;My upstairs neighbors were so loud my husband and I lost our at home data entry jobs they started harassing me and tried to break in my home and the apartment manager didn’t do anything.Water is always being cut off and crazy people always screaming and causing a mess.And there’s dog poo EVERYWHERE.

Worsted experiences Ive ever had with an apartment complex. Ive lived here over a year now. Have had our vehicles broken into twice right in front of our apartment door. And our kitchen window broken into. Just now got a privacy wall after living here an entire year asking for it every other week since we moved in.

Zero parking available at night. They contract predatory tow trucks to steal your vehicle from the overfilled lots and take their cut. Garbage apartments terrible place to live.

Cockroaches, mice, multiple shootings, car got broken into, TERRIBLE managment, washer and dryers are broken 80% of the time and if not broken they dont even clean your clothes. WAY over priced rent with additional fees. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU ENJOY THESE THINGS!

This place just ripped off an E3 in the army for over $3800. What a damn shame it is that they can do this to people. FEES FEES FEES. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE BLACKLISTED!

Its kinda like living in a batman movie. Homicides, gunshots in the middle of the night, hostage situations and IEDs. You dont even need cable, just look outside and catch that first interesting half of law and order but in real life! The one AC unit in the living room is good to have if you want to receive a icy wind in the face before you head to the back of the apartment and have a lucid hallucination like you are in the middle of the desert tripping on peyote. The staff are very friendly about leaving the well be back in 15 minutes sign hanging at all times so at least at the time youll have a tiny bit of hope that they will be back. Maintenance will be sure to give you the widest window of time when they will be up to fix the stuff that the apartment complex owns. Oh 5am-9pm sure ill stay available during that time, its not like I have to work a disappointing job to afford an apartment full of excitement. I rate this wonderful apartment complex 5/5 because how else am I suppose to worry for my families safety, it really solidify my role as a protector. Thank you Stratus Apartments.

Didnt mind it too much while I was there. Than I deployed and they tried to claim I did over $300 in damages that I had to pay. When I know I left that place just like when I moved in minus one small spot where my dog peed and I couldnt get the stain up.

If you live in unit 4158 Apollo be forwarned that is the building with mold, a leaking and falling down roofMOLD AND SCAMS AND LOUD NEIGHBORS, OH MY!! Get your attention, well good. back in November of 2014 we started noticing neighbors moving out of their apartment. Upon questioning them we learned that this unit had a lot of black mold growing in them. So since we noticed the mold smell at the apartment we questioned the girls at the office and they said the smell is from the neighboring apartments. (This doesnt surprise me has they thought our water lines were hooked up to sewage.) We noticed soft drywall in the bathroom leading to our front bed room, maintenance came out and fixed it. A little while later we found mold in our front bedroom, ALOT OF MOLD!!! Maintenance should have noticed it when they fixed the drywall but they didnt! The apartment complex moved us into a new apartment on the premises which was a horrible idea. All the deposits and fees we paid upon move in in 2013 we have to pay them back, bullshit right! The neighbors here are loud and break the rules, but the complex doesnt do anything about it! They charge you extra if you dont tie your trash bag and charge you for extra little bullshit. Our apartment is not up to city code, and is not safe. STAY AWAY!!!!! Seriously stay away. Save yourself the aggravation and the drama.

Perfect description, polished turd. Ive had 2/5 of the people in the office actually be nice. They catch attitudes with you, there are only 2 ladies that were actually professional with me and didnt catch attitudes. If you want to put up with fake service, go ahead. They pretty much ran us out of there. Its not worth your time unless you have the money to pay for trash services $25 a month...and so on. They rack stuff on your bill. There is dog poo everywhere. Also a lot of kids where always throwing rocks in the back area (near my porch). It looked nice, had a great view of the mountains from the parking lot. Parking is pretty lax. New washers $1.40 a load, oh and did I mention you have to have a credit card to pay for your laundry? I stopped going in the workout room since the office lady had no respect for me in there one day. She came in and started cleaning and vacuuming stuff....I had to stop and leave. If you are patent, go ahead and rent there. Im glad to be out of there. I know you will respond and say Im sorry for your time at stratus not being a great experiance or some crap. Just know this, your office staff needs to be fully qualified before they start talking to peole. So you can teach them how to properly address stressful situation with customers. -Good Day

Lets start by saying DONT DO IT.I moved in feb of 2016 and management was super nice i didnt have any issues getting anything done. New management moves in and screws everything up. I faced an eviction in December for their managers and system error made in august, when i asked about how to fix it and went over options they told me i had 3 days to pay the balance (he screwed up in august) or get evicted. I was pissed and upset they wait till Christmas time to tell me about it. They only care about money and will find ways to screw you. People let their dog crap every where and when I complained nothing got done. Two girls in the office have no idea what they are doing or about any paperwork. They dont talk about what got said with each other so be ready to repeat yourself. Parking is a joke and they only have handicap spots by the office (which CANT be accessed by wheelchair). Dont count on your deposit back because no matter how well u clean, unless you hire someone it will never be good enough

UPDATED REVIEW:GETTING A HOLD OF THIS JOKE OF A MANAGER IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE. ESPECIALLY WHEN IT CONCERNS GETTING OUR DEPOSIT BACK.I spoke to the manager on Sept 27th.. after several missed calls and messages and pretty much her dodging us in general.. she gave me a snobby attitude about not returning my messages and told me that she had heard the message and CO state law states they have 60 days to return.. co state law says a month u less otherwise specified by lease at which point it shouldnt take more than 60 days. She then told me my deposit was on the list of checks that are generated on the 30th and 15th. That my check would be mailed and in the mail the week of the second.. here it is the 13th and I have no check.. when I call to confront the lies the receptionist Giselle wants to get snooty with me (probably tired of us calling) and tell me some bs about they have more time to get it.STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY! Such a damn headache..****ORIGINAL REVIEW*****I lived at stratus for almost two years and just recently moved. I had an upstairs renovated unit ( 2 bedroom) that I paid $745.00 for a month $770.00, with the valet waste which is an option they wont let you opt out of(3rd party trash company come and get your trash from the door) ..when they feel like it. I had to call several times when my trash was left outside my door for no reason.It was decent.. the unit was nice and we had very few issues. No bugs, no mold, nothing. At the end of our lease our fridge that was new when we moved in.. started going bad. As in our freezer food completely thawing out and our refrigerator being warm. We called for the maintenance to come and check it out. They came and said we had the dial turned in the wrong direction (warm apparently) we had small kids so we said ok thats a possibility. Even tho wed looked at that first.. and it was at normal temp for fridge and freezer. They explained it takes 24 hrs for the change in temp to take place. So we said ok fair enough.. our food froze again and things in the fridge were also freezing but they werent warm dwo we didnt complain.Fast forward a few weeks and were having the same issues.. maintenance comes and says the same thing.. leaves. This issue wasnt fully addressed until I called back fussing at the office about who was going to replace my groceries if this kept happening. They sent maintenance with a new (to us) fridge.The grounds were nice.. other than tenants letting their dogs defecate everywhere there was grass (everywhere) and leaving it. We noticed alot more ppl moving out right before we did and thats due to the new management that just purchased the apartments letting them out of their leases free! (No complaints from us there as we left 3 months early.) I mention this because the people moving in seemed to be rude and shady ppl. Most the ones we seen at least.Parking is laughable.. its RIDICULOUS. They dont have assigned parking and theres usually enough guest cars ( without parking passes) to take up all the renting spots. So many times I had to load groceries or kids from a whole other side of the property (a far ways) to the side my unit was on. Funny thing is their joke of parking authority (new guy) is super rude and threatens to tow our truck due to it not having the plates on the truck but in the window.. Even with a parking pass. Cars that dont have a pass are supposed to be called into the office if visiting and staying at the unit for more than a day. That was hardly ever the case.. Parking in fire lanes and handicapping spots became the norm for those who couldnt find parking. And guess what... They were never towedThe biggest ANNOYANCE is that even tho someone is in the office from ten to four.. the chances of you getting them on the phone are slim to none. Im waiting on a call back about the unit we moved out of two weeks ago and have yet to reach anyone. Weve left messages with no luck in them being returned. Ill be heading to the property today since it seems to be the only way to get a hold of a person. 😒

The city needs to shut them down. Thought about living here but with all the illegal things going on there and other things Ill pass

Can’t even begin to explain the things that go on here ! Water being turned off randomly, get home after a long day of work and sometimes there’s no hot water .It’s past midnight and I can’t sleep because the people above me have a trap house going with druggies in and out at all hours of the night !My car has been broken into, everything breaks all the time because they don’t fully fix anything, long story short don’t move here unless it’s your last choice .

All i hear is how bad the neighborhood is and i lived in a neighborhood that the police still wont go into in new mexico this place is great compaired to there

By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Avoid at all costs along with all Trinity Properties.

Horrible management while I was there. One of the leasing managers had a relationship with one of the tenants. I also lost almost $300 having to pay for towing fees that were not my fault.

Office managment is pretty bad
