This place is an absolute dump!!! We have put in work orders to have our refrigerator fixed for over a week now, know has come or called. The hallways are not vacuumed the pool door does not have a lock on it, so any child could get into the pool if they wanted. There is trash through out the building, our sink in the bathroom is literally peeling apart. We never got to look at the apartment because there wasn’t one available they told us. We did a virtual tour, it looked nice so I put a deposite to hold it. What we saw on the virtual tour versus what we moved into, was a complete dump!! I walked into the apartment, and said I’m not living here. Found another apartment and will be moving out of this crack house!! I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are slum lords, and that’s putting it mildly!

I lived here for 2 years and never had a problem if I did it was handled fairly quick. It’s a good apartment for the price and the electric bill normally stays low since gas is covered.The staff is great Scott has been here since I moved in which is really good to have consistency.

Update: I still like the personnel however, there are problems with constant noise, cops and fire department showing up, roaches, parking and getting repairs done. I’ve had a non stop problem with roof leaks since I moved in. My refrigerator has also been broken.I have taped it to stay closed.Original post:Scott and April are amazing anytime I need help they are super professional and very helpful.

Current resident and have no issues here only thing I would say that has nothing to do with apartment itself is send packages to your work ppl steal but again nothing to do with apartment. Scott is great and the cleaning lady is really sweet.

This is probably the worst place I have ever lived. We lived in the lower level apartment. I am an extremely clean person but our apartment had roaches!!! I was absolutely disgusted. The Orkin man came three times and we still had roaches. Our kitchen was flooded because the tenant above us flooded his apartment. When I called maintenance and the front office about it no one apologized and I had to call several times before anyone came to fix it!Then the fifth floor caught on fire. There were no fire alarms going off or any warning besides another tenant coming to tell everyone. Management never apologized for any of it or even contacted us to let us know when we could come back. The next day they left a dinky $5 gift card to Wal-Mart for the inconvenienceThis place is a joke. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

My apartments appliance are at least 20 years old and I pay almost $800 a month in rent and management are not willing to replace my appliances unless something breaks. The stove is dingy and all scratched up, my cupboards and cabinets in my apartment are run down, my top of my counter tops are coming off, my bathroom sink is rusting, the carpet is old and the general condition of the apartment complex is run down and ghetto

Finally getting around to writing a review for them. I lived there for a year. It was my first move to Colorado and I couldnt have picked a better place for my home. I lived on the west side of the tower so I had mountain views from my window. . .everyone is so freakin nice it felt like Texas. Indoor pool is nice. I lived on the second floor. . .and sure, you hear your neighbors every so often but it wasnt major. The street this tower is located on is right in front of the mountains. . .neighborhood always felt safe when I jogged, and I saw deer just about every week, even in front of my window once. Its a magical place to call home, its not the most modernized shiny looking apartments from the outside, but you can make your home anywhere really, just bring a little of you to your place. It has an elevator-- YES it helped greatly considering I have a chronic illness as well so it made moves easy and bringing up groceries.I never had a problem with parking. I never had trouble with neighbors. Maintenance is ON TOP of it there. Never late and always did such a great service. The cleaning lady there were nice too-- always made conversation with me. Mailboxes are under the roof so if its raining youre not out of luck.Anyways, loved calling this place my home when I lived there. :)Cheers,Sav

Ive live here for a year. Had a junkie who almost stole my bfs car, (But lucky for us Colin and andy handled it very well. They 6 floor caught on fire. There were no fire alarms installed on each floor as people were knocking on doors . Property manager was a LIAR!! I unfortunately had one month were I couldnt pay my rent on time and only had half. They wouldnt work with me. The property manager at that time told me that if I gave him the keyes and moved out that I wouldnt get an eviction on my record. He later claimed that he forgot to tell their lawyers. He also gave us a payment plan and move out paperwork. When I contacted them they still havent responded to my requests even after sending them the emails of the proof I have of everything. Not only that they also have roaches!
