Huge improvement since the last Management... Conveniently open to suggestions. She makes our lives better and more secure. My Wife and I with our little girl (3 mths) feel safer being home with her. Blakelee weeds out people who are disruptive to our community...

It’s been very easy dealing with the apartment manager blakelee. She has a great attitude.Any request I’ve had she’s been as helpful as she could. She even picked up my packages so they weren’t sitting outside all day.

The management of Aspen Creek takes any complaints seriously and so we are responding to Lisa Dibiago’s comment. Our records do not show that Lisa Dibiagio was ever a resident of Aspen Creek. Nor did she ever have any contact with our management team. Regardless, Aspen Creek has a policy against any disturbance such as fighting or noise. For physical fighting, a tenant will be evicted. Any noise complaints result in a determination by management of the best course of action based on the facts of the disturbance. If Lisa was a resident, or had made any complaint, management would have resolved the situation. Complaints of either type are extremely rare as management is on site daily.Parking is not assigned, but residents work together to allow parking to be consistent for their units. The complex has sufficient parking spots for residents with on street parking available for any overflow. The physical layout of the parking is known to residents at move in. Generally, there is enough room each night and on street parking is not needed. Our lease contains provisions dealing with disturbances. Management is “on site” and able to respond to any complaints. Our owner is local and would not allow any pattern of disturbances. We have never met Lisa, and don’t know who she is, but we hope we have answered her comments.

Contractors be warned. Do not work for him. Just a complete nightmare. He is what some would call a slumlord. By the way, everything said by Colorado Springs Guy is 100% accurate. I know him personally and witnessed most of it.

Its hard to know where to start. This little complex was great until the owner Michael took over. It started when he took away Handicapped parking spaces from three tennants. His excuse was Ive had complaints. Next he proceded to throw out a multi year tennant because he did not like the way he kept his apartment. This man is still homeless and handicapped. And winter is here in Colorado He fired a very good manager of many years who was very well liked and respected by all the good tennants. The new manager he hired quit after a few weeks because of him wanting her to do,at best, questionably legal things, and had to argue with him to be paid. There are some tennants there who do work around the building and they have to argue with him to be paid for their work. These people do not have alot of money and rely on the extra work to make ends meet. But be late paying him and he is all over you. He has been known to enter apartments without notice while the tennant is away. If you are moving out he will try and get you out early so he can turn the apartment around and rent it at a higher rate. The promises on the website are a joke. The other day he tried to change the locks on one tennant who is being evicted, and is complying with his request to move, while she is still there. It was recorded by the tennant catching him red handed. You cant lock someone out,its illegal.Hes like a politician. He smiles while he talks to you but the eyes are dead and empty. When you request your deposit back he will fabricate charges so it looks like you owe him money. I have this proof in a letter to me when I requested my deposit back. These things are just the tip of the iceberg. And all true. I lived there over 10 years and had no intention of moving until this greedy individual took over. Couldnt stand the idea of giving him anymore of my hard earned money. One more thing. Call and ask for Harley like the add says. Harley is an imaginary dog.

Although very confined and little parking it is alright but if you have never had to deal with people being up all night then this is not for you because people are up all night fighting and doing whatever it is that they are doing an so with that said I would not move here unless you have the ability to sleep through any noise cause there is a lot of it.
