I’d like to know if anyone even works in the office anymore? 🤷‍♂️ I have been calling all morning. No one EVER answers the phone and I just came from the office and no one was in there. Hardly anyone is ever in the office. I cannot understand how one runs a business this way. This is a HUGE problem that one cannot EVER reach anyone! I would like to know WHYYYYY

Wonderful place to live! Really close to everything! The complex staff is super patient and does a great job keeping the grounds in good shape. Beautiful and vibrant property. The management was also very kind during the year of covid. Neighbors are all super pleasant people. I genuinely made friends that Ill keep for a lifetime.

Very good place to live quiet for the most part, quick on maintenance problems. Over all nice yard! could use a little more parking very hard to find parking sometimes but lots of units here.

Palmer Park Apartments has great prices in a good area. Maintenance is fast and professional. The leasing office personnel are really helpful, friendly and understanding. I would definitely recommend them to anyone coming to Colorado Springs.

I have emailed, called and appeared in person to speak to someone about refunding my 200.00. I have had zero progress on this, only emails that it is being worked on, I applied 03/19/2021 yet here it is 06/07/2021 and STILL I have not gotten a check from this company. I am rightfully annoyed. I will never apply with any Echelon Properties in the future

I moved in about 3 weeks ago and the management here is great they have helped me with everything that i have needed. The maintenance is great they always get work orders do asap. The grounds look amazing i see the guys out there every morning picking up trash. They also do snow removal i couldnt believe it i walk out of my apartment and they already had the snow removed and it was only 6:30 in the morning! This new team is going to do some great things. I would highly recommend living here. Keep up the great work palmer team!!!

New management seems positive and helpful. I’m thankful for prompt communication whenever possible by new management staff. The sprinklers have been watering the dirt in front of my apartment for 3 years. No grass landscaping has been done. A waste of money and water resources. Past maintenance has cleaned up leftover dog feces. Since that is no longer happening, the dog feces is everywhere.

Great place to live. The whole team here is Awesome. They are always willing to help when you ask.

My wife and I were given a tour of the apartments by Regina. The apartments were quaint and well maintained, but Regina was our favorite part. She is such a sweet and genuine person. We wanted to move in just because of her.

I used to live there for awhile. So quite and green. Rent was reasonable and the ladies worked at the office were very kind as well.

I rent a two bedroom, ground level apartment. Here are the pros and cons: Office staff - helpful, courteous, and professional. Maintenance guys - friendly, helpful, and prompt. Grounds - great landscaping, peaceful surroundings. Mature trees and beautiful flowers. Dogs - yes, there are a LOT of dogs, but I have never seen poop on the ground, every dog Ive encountered so far has been supervised and leashed (with the exception of one dog, which is extremely well trained and supervised at every moment). Everyone seems good about picking up after their pets. I have heard that the apartments will soon have a dog park and I think thats great. If you are a dog lover, this seems like the place to be! Location - a laundromat is very close by if you dont want to use the provided machines (the cost is about the same, maybe a little less at the laundromat), a great Chinese restaurant, ice cream, pizza and beer, and a grocery store are all very close by. Other things I enjoy - new carpet, fresh paint, quality windows, plenty of storage. However, it is important to remember - these buildings were built in 1949 and although they are in amazing shape (way better shape than some people born in 1949, I bet!) they are different from more modern buildings. Specifically, there are less outlets than what you are used to. The right side of my kitchen has two plugs, and thats it. So sometimes, I have to unplug my coffee pot to use the blender or the crock-pot. No big deal. I would like the living room to have more outlets too, but things were different in 1949. If that is a deal breaker for you, better to know about it before moving in. Another weird thing - apparently they didnt have bathroom fans in 1949, so theres that. Invest in some Poo-pourri! Youll be advised when you move in to wipe your shower walls monthly with a bleach solution to retard the growth of mold. Thats a reasonable request to me, but some people may not like that. So there you go - the good and the not so good of living at Palmer Park Apartments. I find that its a perfect fit for me - I love my apartment, I feel safe and peaceful living here, I enjoy every one Ive met so far and think its a great place to live!

My primary complaint is lack of flexibility in payment. Certainly it should be understood people are reluctant to provide their account information or card numbers online because of all of the data breaches. Check or money order just be acceptable forms of payment.

I rent a studio apartment here and I love it. It is a cozy garden level. When I arrived the apartment was like new, the staff was super friendly, and they are helpful. They even send out newsletters with tips and advice for keeping your home. I even saw a coupon for coffee in there! They are very responsive, polite, and attentive when I need something taken care of. When I needed my shower head fixed, they fixed it within the day! I will definitely be renewing!

Water is slowly leaking thru the floor and they came promptly to address it.Thanks guys!

These apartment homes are fantastic. The maintenance team is absolutely wonderful, and Jen does a fantastic job at handling office duties. There are carports and off street parking. Large closets, and beautiful court yards.

Vanessa in the main office is a joy to work with. I cant say enough nice things about our interactions. She drew up a lease for us and was kind and professional in every interaction.

Lived here for about 5 years and this place is getting worse and worse. Water from faucets is terrible( invest in a water purifier ASAP!), buildings are not sealed from noise or smells( pray your neighbor doesn’t smoke cigarettes/weed or knows how to cook without burning something) and hope you don’t have to deal with the incompetent management staff. I can’t recommend looking elsewhere more to live if you are in the market. Not worth the price or the headaches.*keep in mind, while the grounds may look nice in the summer, they are kept nice and watered with tenants combined water bills. That’s why they over water without a care.

I have lived here for 3 years. I never had a bad experience. I love the neighborhood and its peaceful here. Sometimes there is a lot of dog poop, but management keeps on it and its taken care of. If you have a dog, just be respectful and clean up after your pet.The maintenence crew is also wonderful.Great place to live!

These apartments are okay. The electrical is NOT up to code whatsoever. The panels are very small and will not run certain things at their intended power, ie: air conditioning units, microwaves, etc. The maintenance people are pretty good at getting repairs done, but not on the weekends. If you need someone to come out on a Saturday do not expect them to be friendly about it. The apartments themselves are small and a bit retro, but the windows are all new and thats really nice in the winter. The grounds are VERY well kept up. That being said: as a resident you pay for the water that is being used to keep the grass so green. Another thing is the laundry rooms. There is a washer and dryer in a laundry room in each building. Beware of the washer. You must select Heavy as the soil option. If you leave it on the preset Light/Medium option, the washer only fills about 1/3 of the way with water.

Leasing office was almost never open, always out to 2hr lunch or 30 minutes late to showing up in the morning. When it was open they were far to busy to resolve any account issues, I always had to calculate rent because the online account was always wrong. No sympathy or empathy from any of the employees. Nice location, that’s about it.

The grounds are always so well kept! The office staff is really great about answering questions quickly and efficiently. I’m happy about being so close to I25.

I absolutely loved the time I spent living at Palmer Park!The staff (especially Maria) were absolutely wonderful and were so kind during my stay here.If I hadnt needed to move for my job I would have 100% extended my lease. The grounds and my apartment were immaculate from day one and I will surely miss the staff and Palmer Park Apartments!

I enjoy staying here. The apartments are very cute, and I like being close to everything. My maintenance orders get taken care of straight away. I like the storage units, and the carports.

I just want to know why a dog park is being put in but yet theres no playground or anything for that matter for KIDS to do, you want a family community, but yet all I see is dogs and dog poop, son has been forced to play in door because yet again nothing for KIDS to do. Dont want kids, or dont have kids, good place to live, but I if you have a family, or single parent, please look elsewhere, having talk to management, no one will give me a straight answer, been living here for over 8yrs. Nothing much done, except bbq bit, and a freaking dog park!!!!!!

I loved it there. simply green and cool outside and inside it has old fashioned but very neat room.Rent was also very reasonable compares to Apts near by and ladies from the office were so kind.

Managment has consistanty gone down over the years, closed all the time, messed up our lease and didnt even know how much our deposit back was, couldnt answer any questions about it, had to call them every single day when terminating the lease and my name is still on it til this day when i dont even live there anymore, water bill doubles in the summer because they leave the sprinkles on til the grass is muddy and residents pay for it, water from the sink is yellow so invest in a filter. No A/C, very disorganized managment and poor customer service for the residents who live there.

The worst place ive lived in. always notices i pay my rent every month i dont need this stress you have left a sticker on my car window and i cant get it off about something i see all the time people park in new resident parking. then the have the guts to talk to my wife and say about time you came out. really. do you have any respect this place has such bad things about it when i moved in they were remodeling down stairs for almost a year 8 in the morning with a newborn was sleeping. the window sills were not painted and chipped. my wife all she hears is the door slamming and gets told to turn down music but they can be as loud as they want. i pay money and if you wanna talk to me you have my number stop leaving notes on my door. i would not recommend this place.

Very bad experience BEFORE even moving in. Basic information about past rental history isnt consistent with what office personnel is told. Also, very frustrating to keep finding apartment complexes with managements in place that dont take a CC or Debit card in 2016 in Colorado Springs, CO. GET WITH THE TIMES. Money orders are VERY hard to cash and return if things DONT WORK out or if the complex is unwilling to working with someone that is trying to rebuild after one of lifes falls. Glad I encountered this problem NOW BEFORE moving in. Will be spreading the word at Time Warner Cable this is NOT the place you want to move to in Colorado Springs, CO.
