Tommy did an awesome job on my nails.I really appreciated the patience and taking the time to fully understand what I wanted. I do always show a picture of the look I want and Tommy nailed it! Im so happy with the results. They are perfect! The staff are also welcoming and kind, exceptional service.

Full set of acrylics, plain polish, good price ($29+/- +tip) and application. Took time to shape the nails well, acrylic was laid nice and not too thick. Nails are now 2 weeks old, due for a fill for new growth but have held up perfectly. No chips or lifting. Professional, clean salon. Very pleased with experience.

Asked for a particular design and nail technician could not do it, instead of finding someone who could do it or offering maybe another design they attempted to do the design and once I disclosed I did not like the design they said it was the “best they could do” and offered discount instead of fixing them as I would have preferred and asked for.

I came here to get my nails done a few times. Tommy, the owner, did well the first couple times then started to rush and the nails started to look bad. I have changed where I go now, but they do a terrible job and rush!

You can tell they don’t clean their stations very well. The nail tech seemed in a hurry and was very rough when switching hands and doing other procedures as I was doing a manicure. When I was doing a pedi, the lady had the audacity to stop what she was doing and answer a phone call. (With the gloves on. Same ones she used to do my feet) There are many improper hygiene issues in this place. On top of that, they charged me an extra $5 for gel removal for my tiny toe nails. $5??? I would understand if it was all 10 toes, but that wasn’t the case. Overall, my mani and pedi look okay. Not sure if I would come back though.

Went for a pedicure and one lady did an amazing job. Lady was great and took her time. Then I decided to treat myself into a full-set, thinking she will be the one doing it. It was an older darker skin gentleman. He first commented on my short nails, made me feel bad. Then he rushed from beginning to end. Nails were wide on the cuticles and looked horrible. Then he added like 6 layers of nail polish which made them look elevated and press-on. NOT HAPPY!!!

RUNNN!!! Never ever had a problem with any nail salon besides this one. I usually go somewhere else. Only stopped through with a friend because it was last minute plans . I Will definitely not be coming back. The owner is very unprofessional and rude .My fingers were bleeding and she rushed on my manicure to get me out the chair so she can start on someone else. The nail tech doing my nails and manager got mad when I asked if she could stop and take them off in the middle of me getting my nails done simply Because my fingers were hurting so bad. She mumbled that I was a waste of time. My friend and I ended up leaving Upset . I had very sore fingers and no manicure. Definitely DO NOT recommended. Spend your money and time elsewhere because this salon is not worth it and I see why they have very little business.

I liked this place and go regularly recently they brought a new guy on staff and he does a horrible job nails of my sister and I chipped off the next day we pay alot of money for our services this time very dissatisfied I called and asked for a refund they didn’t help we should have gotten a full refund

Everyone that has done my nails have been great. I especially like dawn. She is my go to. I get dip. Normally I just show her a photo of what I like and she does amazing. They last a month and still look great

Tommy is the best there. He is fast and does an amazing job. And is very accommodating and patient.

Its been two days since my manicure. My main complaints are that the polish was not brought close to the cuticle and that I was cut at the base of my nail. The man doing my manicure seemed to be rushing. Mine took half the time my sisters did for the same gel manicure, no add ons. He was quickly clipping my cuticles when he pinched off some skin beneath my nail. I bled for a while (which delayed my manicure, but I still finished far before my sister). My nails look like they have been growing out for some time.

This place is great for getting SNS, they have alot of colors and the nail technician helped me find an opaque pink to have a natural nail color!! My official favorite spot for sns

I was very impressed with the nail tech Tina she did a great job with my finger nail. But the owner gave me someone different for my toe nails the young guy was in training and he didnt do a good job. My big toe is still sore from him cutting me and its been a month.

We use to only go for special occasion but now are going to start going once a month! I didnt have an appointment. I didnt wait long to get my pedicure. They were so sweet and professional in a work! I felt like he just knew exactly what I wanted! Im now a loyal customer. Place was super clean, lots of space with many chairs. Thanks for the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. I was almost very impressed with this nail salon. I was very impressed with the detail with which my technician did my nails. What I did not like was when it was time for me to pay she told me one price and the lady standing next to her said another amount and that’s what she charged me. Additionally, my polish chipped after less than one week causing me to have to pay to get it repaired. I went because it was close to my job but I won’t be back.

First and and last time. Cut my daughters cuticles 4 times! After she asked to wash her hands, they said, no.Response to the owner, we will not be back. There are way to many other nail salons in the area. Customers should NEVER be told NO when asked if they can wash their hands especially during a pandemic! Totally unsanitary and you should be shut down!

Ive been coming to Organic Nail and Spa since theyve opened. When I arrived I was welcomed with a big smile of owner. They were very careful with my natural nails which is a huge deal for me. They did my nails she was super nice chatty (in a good way) and tedious yet fast. I got compliments for weeks. My pedicure was really great. Cant wait to come back for a pedicure:)

My nail tech is Tina, love her work and the products use are great quality. The price is reasonable. I do recommend this nail salon. Clean relaxing and quiet.

The place is clean, tidy, quiet, relaxing and with reasonable pricing. $22 for a full set and $15 for a fill is reasonable. I love it there! A great atmosphere and I never have a problem with them. I went to Organic Nail Salon because of their rating. Their service was awesome. Tommy took care of me. I did the organic powder instead of the acrylic and it looks amazing. Love the color. He went a bit further than any another nail tech and took care of my cuticles. Most nail salons would just do the acrylic and make the nail look pretty. But he took care of the whole nail plus the cuticle. 👍🏽👍🏽

Im usually very picky about where I get pampered because on my days off, all I want to do is relax. I absolutely love this place. The people who work there are very very sweet. They were very precise and focused on what they were doing. Super clean, lots of colors to chose from. I dont know what else to say other than I left so happy! Its very popular here so I highly recommend making an appointment. A testament to the good service! My only qualm is that I have trouble choosing colors because theres no swatches, just bottles-- which sometimes looks a bit different on nails! But I can live with that for the good service. Walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and felt relaxed instantly. My technician helped me with the problem and now I feel like she saves my life. The implements were hermetically sealed in my technicians baskets -- this place is clean, clean, clean! I definitely plan on coming back!

I decided to try it once, when I saw a lot of good feedback.They quickly put me in a chair .The mani gel they make is very beautiful and quality.Staffs are very kind, and offering my needs.Here the quality is good, the price is perfectly suited to my pocketbook.I will definitely be back in the future to be manicured.I give them 5 stars for quality. Organic Nails Salon in Clermont FLI will not recommend this place to any one who wants good service. They are rude and don’t care to listen to the customers needs. First of all I go in and wasn’t even greeted. Secondly, they didn’t even let me choose a nail design because they were so concerned with getting me in and out. Thirdly, I told the tech that I wanted acrylic nails with a design and what did I get? Took like 2 hours with horrible nail shape, cuticles bleeding and hurting, no design, and nail polish chipping by the time I got home. On top of that they charged me $35 for nails and mind you $25 for an awful pedicure. Ladies beware do youself a favor and do not come to this place. I will for sure not return and will find another place with honest and reputable service.

This nail spa is a joke. I was out of town decided to come to this location to get my nails done.. They are overpricing you for what exactly is absurd. In all my years of getting my nails done with SNS I have never seen a nail tech use gel top coat as a Finishing. To then place your hands inside the UV ray machine to dry your hands that is not how SNS is done. Why are they call organic when in reality theyre not using organic product.They have no clue what SNS is; because SNS is a healthy alternative for your nails the very fact that theyre using gel top coat to finish the nail is unacceptable. SNS comes in a set of required materials; dont recall gel top coat as a requirement. I have never had to put my hands in a UV ray machine to dry off my hands from getting SNS. that is not how it is done, my nail tech asked me why did I go to these people to get my mails butchered. I dont know what their servicing their clients but some of their clients need to do their own research and find out what SNS is.These people are going about it the wrong way theyre damaging these peoples nails and she almost damage mine I had to go to my own personal nail tech when I got back into town to fix the mistake that was made this establishment will never see my money ever again.

Disappointed. My gel started to peel off after only 7 days. Weakest mani Ive ever had. 😞

I went on Saturday 8/7 to do my nails, I was attended by a man with medium orange hair, quite gross when he grabbed my hands and the nails were made very far from the cuticle, it just happened a week and I have them like that if they were a month old, I have all the sides with the skin out and dry.I already broke one.I will not return to this place, very bad experience.
