Not very welcoming. I got a pedi and a dip. Two different people both not good. The one that did my pedi was really rough on my toe joints and my toes had several nicks from the clippers and she didnt do the scrub or massage or anything. For my dip i wanted pink and white. They are so lumpy and not the shape i asked for. I cant fix the lumpy but i had to file them the correct shape when i got home. Not happy. The search for a nail place continues

Beautiful place ! Comfortable, relaxing. Been going to Lien for over 15 years..followed her to her own shop!!Nail Max is awesome!! Best ever!! So happy she has her own shop now!! Very blessed to have found her!! Her art work on my nails, is above all!!

Relatively nice place to get your nails done but unfortunately the staff either doesnt understand English or pretends to not understand what youve asked them to do. Im happy that I asked for a regular manicure with regular nail polish and got something that I couldnt even removed from home

Very friendly and professional. Great service. This was my third visit restoring my own nails. My nails finally grew with the powder system they use. Today I walked out with my own nails in pink color. Great job!!!! 💅😘

Im a man who enjoys getting a manicure/pedicure every once in a while as a bit of a luxurious indulgence.There are a dozen of these small nail salons around Clermont, and I admit Im not loyal to any of them; this last Saturday I stopped at Nail Max. When I arrived there was only 1 other person getting a pedicure, but within 10 minutes of my being seated, 3 more clients came in for pedicures.Because there were only 2 people giving pedicures, and now 4 people in the chairs, my treatment was rushed. I didnt even get a massage until I specifically spoke up about that. I didnt get the sugar scrub I was supposed to get, I didnt get the hot-towel leg wrap (she did put a hot towel on my feet while she drained the water in the tub). It was just a sloppy/lazy treatment and it did not make me want to return to this salon anytime in the near future.

Lady talked me into getting my eyelashes done, told me they would last two weeks it has been a week An they are falling out An coming unstuck An there telling me they cant fix them for me an then I asked how to take them off an the guys exact words were umm I dont know I would give them zero stars if possible!! Do not go there!!!

Hey this her daughter so basically I got a Christmas tree gems and I was waiting patiently to dry them the lady came up to me and yanked my arm and dragged me to a chair and sat me down I could have dont that myself and put a whole bunch of super glue on my finger and took a towel and rubbed so hard 2 of my gems came out she did my other hand the same way very lazy and bad costumer service do not recommend this place AT ALL even thought my mom still goes here I JUST RECOMMENDED WHOEVER IS ABOUT TO GO DO NOT 😔

I was introduced by Tim to Pedi in a box deluxe and did green teaIt was amazing! !!! My feet felt brand new when he was finished lol No aches. I highly recommend Nail Max. Very patient and friendly staff

If i could give this place 0 stars, I would. Between the lack of sanitation with the nail tech using the cotton swab to remove my Polish to then remove her own and back to my nails, the poor communication when they blatantly decide to cut and file my nails without asking how I want them, to the constant attempts to sell services, to the arguments when I point out why something isnt right, to the need for 3-4 coats because of the streaky watered down polish, and the lack of color options... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

Terrible place to come, that woman who do the eye brown shes very rude, She doesnt know something call customer service. My three daughters and I will never come here again. I am done giving this place my hard earned money!!!!
