I love love love Eagle Nails & Spa! I never was someone who got my nails done regularly until I started going here. I get SNS on my nails (fantastic for your nails AND last forever AND a good price) and oftentimes, I treat myself to one of their fancy pedicures (they put your feet in wax and honestly, the feeling is unmatched... so relaxing!)I was inspired to post this review because I painted my baseboards in the house yesterday and got paint all over my nails... it washed right off and my nails look at shiny as before. Magic. ✨

Got a full set with Chanel and pedicure with Jasmine and both of them were so sweet and nice, my acrylics lasted through a move across the country and 3 weeks. Jasmine paid so much attention to detail and my feet feel wonderful. Thank you so much!!

My first trip back to Eagle Nails and Spa since the pandemic started was very happy to see they take many safety precautions temperature check plexiglass in between each customer felt very comfortable and safe my nail tech was fantastic I am very happy with the job she did on my nails would recommend to anyone

Chanel is a nice person but she doesnt know how to do nails. She totally messed up my nails they are all lumpy and wider than my fingers. I will not be using them again it was my first time and my last. My nails looked totally screwed up like a kid did them. I couldnt go back cause I was leaving the state but even if I wasnt I wouldnt have went back

I was on vacation and needed to get my nails done but wasn’t sure where to go. I had seen in a comment for another nail salon that someone recommended Eagle Nails and I’m so glad I saw that! I was served as soon as I arrived, and Tony did a fantastic job with my nails. He was thorough and friendly, and I walked out of there feeling thrilled with how my nails looked. The place has cute decor too, which I always appreciate!

My daughter boought me a pedi for my bday present. Mary did a magnificent job at a CBD infused soak and massage. The warm wax was FREAKING AMAZING. My flogrown, flip flop wearing, cracked heels are NO MORE! Im a CFL native, and I thought my hard cracked heels just came with the territory... Apparently, NOT! Also, this woman successfully REMOVED 4 (very bad) ingrown toenails with NO BLOOD & NO PAIN! I repeat, removed (not cut down to tolerable). Ive had ppl trying to do that since about 5 yrs after I first put toeshoes on (appx 17, Im 50!) Im only so sad that I live about 40 miles away, guess Ill have to make it a point to get to this side of i-4 more often. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This is the best pedicure experience Ive ever had! My cousin lives in Winter Garden; so when I asked her where we could go get a pedicure while I was visiting, she recommended Tony at Eagle Nails. I had Tony and Annette took care of my cousin. We both immensely enjoyed our pedicures! The massage chair was very comfortable and had specific controls for various functions from which I could chose. Complimentary wine made me even more comfortable! We both chose the paraffin foot treatment. We added on jasmine/coconut and mandarin/mango treatments, respectively. Tony was so much fun to talk to and was very gentle with my feet. The prices are very reasonable and they give various discounts. Make an appointment to be sure you get in! They were fairly busy. I highly recommend Eagle Nails & Spa!

I ran out of time to get nails done before vacation time. My nails looked more horrible after week here. I found Eagle Nails & Spa because it was close to our vacation rental in Clermont. A nice nail technician named, Glory, took very good care of me. She took the old SNS off and gave me perfect nails to enjoy for the rest of my vacation. Nice salon. The other technicians were busy with pedicures, manicures, and eyebrow. Professional experience. I will definitely return the next time I visit the area.

Very very nice people here. I’m not from the area. I live in New Jersey and came here for a wedding and decided to join the bride on getting pampered. Every one who works here is so funny and very accommodating. Always made sure we had water. Made sure we weren’t naked uncomfortable. Kept us laughing for sure. I’ll be sure to come back on my next visit to Florida.

So I came across this gem of a salon today after visiting a different place that made a disaster of my nails a couple miles away. My 1st interaction was when I called to ask the brand of dip polish they used was when a nice lady answered the phone. I explained to her, holding back my tears, of the horrible experience I had just been through at a salon down the road. She graciously offered me an appointment, even though it was close to closing time. Upon my arrival I was a tad bit skeptical because of the location but much to my surprise, the place was clean as a whistle.I was kindly greeted by a lady named Jennifer. ( I think that was her name, I’m so horrible with names.) She showed me where the dip polish colors were and within a couple minutes I was seated with a very funny and happy young man whom I’m sorry I can’t remember his name. He was very through and meticulous about cleaning up the mess of what my nails had become from the other place and after about 40 minutes my nails looked as perfect as they should have. I am over the moon happy with the quality of work.Do yourself a favor and make this your go to nail salon. During my visit there today, everyone was kind and friendly. They actually spoke to their customers and carried on conversations with them rather than talking amongst themselves in different language.

If your looking for a professional look to your fingers and toes. Look no further. Professionals doing professional work. All the staff is cheerful and friendly. Absolutely did not feel rushed. Always had great service here. I did get very lightly cut while receiving a pedicure but the young man immediately pulled out one of those powders that stops bleeding. They are sanitary, going to get my nails done again today! Not sure why some people say theyre pricey. $28 is pretty standard price for a full set of acrylics.

I was worried about the negative reviews on here but I decided to give this place a try since it is so close to where I live. I am so glad I did. My technician (forgot his name) was great. He offered water and was very nice. I got a basic pedicure that included lotion, massage, hot stones, and hot towels. He did a good job on my feet and I loved them. The price was reasonable as well. I will definitely be back!

Found my new favorite nail salon! Called when the shop opened and got an appointment for a full set. Jennifer did an amazing job and made sure I was good with everything every step of the way. All the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My nails look amazing❤️

This place USED to be A1 5 star service however something happen with the owners and was passed over to a stuck up oriental chic that feels they need to be a $300 service shop 🙄 I’ve gone multiple times but all the sudden you will absolutely need an appointment and almost a deposit to receive service and the techs act super rude 🤬. They should change their branding to by appointment only and NO WALK-INS. Regular people can’t always book an appointment sometimes you are just in the mood for a pamper and want to relax !

As someone who is new to the area and has tried several nail salons, I highly recommend Eagle Nail Salon! I called first because I had questions about the products that they use and Erica answered the phone and was so polite, friendly and informative, Im so glad that I made an appointment. Jen did my french manicure and Im sooo happy with my nails! Jen and Erica were so much fun, you can tell that they really care about there clients and the job that they do. This is my permanent Nail salon from now on.

Three times I have gone here trying to get my nails done. First time, I was there for 3 hours just to get a pedicure and paint my nails. Second time I got there at 6:30 and they wouldn’t take me to take the paint off my nails. This last time they claimed they were booked and to wait 15 minutes. 45 minutes later they had techs still sitting around doing nothing and no one took us. I’m done giving this place a chance. HORRIBLE! Don’t go here

Walk ins and appointments taken. Havent seen anyone really do designs so I cannot speak on that. They offer water and wine with service. Pretty friendly and prices are decent.

Henry takes care of my nails and is my go-to nail tech :) kind friendly and good at what he does. I always make appointments since that is my style, so I have never had any problems with being seen very quickly therefore I can’t speak to the “walk-in” experience.

Henry did an amazing job on my nails. The best pedicure Ive had. Everyone is nice, welcoming, and patient. On my 2nd visit, Lynn did my nails beautifully and efficiently. I am so glad to have found such wonderful service so close to home.

I got a full set on my toes done by the outstanding Ivonne! Her service was beyond great, and made sure I left 100% satisfied. Not to mention, my toes look amazing! What an amazing experience! Im originally from Boston and new to the Florida area, I wanted I place where I could go regularly. I went to Eagle nails to get my acrylic nails removed and a pedicure. I would have to say this was the best nail experience Ive ever received. Nail tech Young was amazing. His customers service skills were phenomenal! He continuously asked if I was ok and gave me tips on restoring my damaged nails. A+ FOR ME!

We walked in and they were very rude and we did not get any greeting, we drove twenty five minutes only to be ignored and then told after,we are busy right now you should make an appointment the next day. They should have a sign that says (Appointment Only) so that people dont waste their time.

This place is awful. I went in there saying I wanted a pedicure with an off white base color and white French. Nobody could understand what I wanted. They brought 4 to 5 different people and none of them could understand. One of them even gave me an attitude because I try showing them a picture from Google of what I wanted. I am better off just getting a pedicure done with all the nail polish. They still charged me full price. The lady took 2 1/2 hours just to remove the skin from my feet and clean up my cuticles. Stay away!!! I already warned you and yes I am a local.

Me and my husband came to Orlando to visit our niece. And we decided to get out to get Pedicures and Manicures. My tech Mr T. Was awesome. He said His tech Annette was great plus I could tell by the smile on his face. The place was very clean and thats a Plus for me. The bathroom was very clean also. We will be back. We are here for a week vacay and all us girls always spend one day on ourselves. We found eagle nails and spa this year. We come to Orlando area every year. So I thought my nails looked right at first but then realized they were thicker on one side and thinner on the other a bit un even and clumpy so it was an OK job.. could of been better some of the employees seem obnoxious

Absolutely disorganize, twice I went to this nail salon to get a service, on the third time, an appointment I made two weeks ago I arrive and was told that my nail technician is on vacation and wont be back until Monday, why pencil me in if you know you will be on vacation. Super annoyed bit really please with the end result the last two time I was there, I ask to be booked for Monday in the afternoon. I come in on Monday afternoon and was told that I was not on the schedule and there is no one that can see me because they are booked would I like to come back tomorrow. Get a computer scheduling system and stop using a pencil and paper to add in the schedule. Common practice would be to call and inform your client of a change of schedule,. It is rude and unprofessional to have your customer arrive to your place of business to be informed that that your nail tech is on vacation and was not going to be able to provided the service they needed.

These are my nails... over 2 WEEKS LATER!!! My nail tech was Glory...she was professional and did an amazing job! Going back this week to get them redone.

Went to Eagle Nails a few times. The first few times were pleasant and then everything went downhill from there. I had a tech name Sally and I don’t know what she was doing and I didn’t want to do the SNS set anymore and she said “I don’t have time for this.” And gave me another tech which was very rude considering I made an appointment and wait over an hour for her. But Lin did my nails and it went very well. So I did appreciate that but I will no longer go back there because of the disrespect and mean techs they have working. Never going back.

I had scheduled 3 appointments for my daughters and we got caught in unexpected traffic. We were 5 minutes late and the owner gave our appointments away to some of her regulars, and told us we would have to wait an hour. We left. I posted a review on yelp and the owner proceeded to threaten me. Be sure to read the reviews on yelp before you visit this place.

Everytime I come in for my nails they mess me up came in for a sns powder set I got uneven sloppy workmanship the guy rushed the whole process which you need at least a good hour for sns it was a fill but he toke my whole nail off and started over they do good pedicures but its a game of chance when they do your nails I am done with them also he didn’t even make sure my nails were completely dry to charge me awesome had to take my card out immediately you know you messed up when your charging immediately and rushing the client

My first experience at this salon was mixed. Lin did a great job with my SNS but I didnt get a very welcoming feeling there. To make matters worse, the young female manager was going off about an employee who walked out. So much so that she apologized to me later realizing I was taken aback by her comments. I decided to give the salon a second try. I made an appointment one week in advance with Lin. When I arrived I was told there was a boo boo and someone over booked her. When I said that I made the appointment a week ago it didnt seem to matter. I was again told by the Male tech that it was a boo boo and then was told I couldnt get my nails done at all because Lin was booked! How incredibly unprofessional!!!! You can be sure I wont return!

My sister and I were on vacation and DESPERATE for a pedicure. We called at 5:15 to see if they could fit us both in for pedicures, and some SNS nails for my sister, before they closed at 7:00. We set our appointment for 5:30. Right when we got there they had us back prepping us for our pedicures. The pedicures we received and the SNS nail treatment my sister revived was UNBELIEVABLE! The staff was all super friendly and it was the BEST pedicure I have ever received! We loved the entire experience. Although we were there up until they were closing, we never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. We would recommend to 10/10! I wish I lived down here so it could become my new regular place!!! Nothing but highest praises for Eagle Nail & Spa!

Nice and my nails look good but the nail guy I had was a bit creepy and hed make statements I dont think you should say to a teen but he didnt charge me for glitter so it was alright all I can correct is how creepy he was one of my nails is quite larger than the other but other than that it was good

Been here quite a few times and I will say I love the service I get here, every time I get a set they come out looking perfect! I will say though I gave them only 3 stars because it is sad how often I get cut here and the prices are so high. Whether it be from filing down my acrylics or shaping then I always get cut. But I will come back because I love the service.

I use to work here. And this is byfar the best salon i have ever been in. Jason and kim are always attentive to their customers. And if you have had appointment and have waited its because u showed up late for you appointment and there are other people waiting. This is a very busy nail salon compared to any other ones around there. Eagle nails is a very clean place well organized trust me i know. And who ever have negative comments about this place so sorry for you. But their employees are amazing people. And always care about their customers. 👍🏼👍🏼

I had an appt. the first time I went there and they did not take me until 20 min later. When I complained to the manager he responded so sorry we got busy- well yeah thats why I made he appt.I decided to give them another try .I have called this # every 20 min for the last 3 hours and it is busy. They simply are not worth the aggravation- There are other salons around

Very friendly staff however booked an appointment and didnt get seen until almost half an hour later. Nice nail salon not many colours to chose if getting normal nail polish. Dont include all the prices for individual things and they dont tell you how much it is for what your having done. Sisters nails were a bit messy when the man put the polish on and not left with a smooth finish. Would recommend gel nails salon was clean.

They do good work here but totally got ripped off!! Came for pedicures with my mother in law and made an appointment.After the pedicures were done she charged me 40$ each for pedicures WITHOUT the peraffin wax (she told me it would be 45$ with the parrafin) . When I was leaving I grabbed a pamphlet to take home with prices and saw that we should have been changed 30$ INCLUDING paraffin wax treatment.Was gonna bring my friends wedding party of 12 women here for Manis and pedis but going to reconsider for sure.
