I’m a very picky person when it comes to my nails. I’m usually nit picking every thing the nail tech does. However, after visiting many places, I found Herbal Nails & Spa and have been here three times (which is a lot of times for someone who hops around shops like me). Linda does my acrylics and she is AWESOME. I never nit pick because she is precise in her work. I’m always happy with my nails when I leave. And also shoutout to the receptionist, she is so nice and accommodating! This is my new designated spot, highly recommend.

Holly and Cindy are perfectionist. My husband and I had the candle wax pedicure, and I had my nails dipped. Holly was very helpful with my color selection. Cindy was very attentive. I have already rescheduled my nextappointment.

I have been to many different nail salons before this place and have been dissatisfied but then i came to this place and i am so happy with the service i got! They have great customer service and they are very clean and take thier time to do your nails the proper way and they do the nails you want correctly!

I was nervous about who to go to for a pedicure. I am so glad I found herbal nails and spa. They were super friendly and well worth the money. I am on my feet all day 50+ hours a week. I got a fire walker pedicure and I feel so much better. I highly recommend them and I plan on returning.

Cindy took great care of my feet. 2 weeks later and heels are still smooth. Nice people nice atmosphere. My first time in, but associates knew everyone else by name, and were very nice. Thank see you soon

I was impressed by the moment I walked into the salon. I was greeted less than 10 seconds, they welcome returning customers by name and you just feel at home at this salon. The owner runs a tight ship along with Amanda who runs the front of the salon, they make sure every customer is pleased and happy with the services they are receiving. This salon follows CDC guidelines and is very clean, each station is wiped down to it’s entirety. My Daughter and I have found a new home in Herbal Nails! ❤️

Tina is the BEST! She eliminates the start of an ingrown toenail and I dont even know she has done it! Pain free!! She doesnt rush and pays attention to details. Love her work ethic.I can go to Herbal Nails and know my health is a number one concern. EVERYTHING I come in contact with is completely disinfected after each client. Barriers are set up between stations.Great job guys!

Always an amazing experience when my granddaughter and I go there! I cant rave enough about Nancy, the owner/my tech and Amanda, front end manager. Nancy is so gentle and meticilous-I leave with beautifully done nails far beyond my expectations! Amanda is always so friendly and upbeat even when Im calling last minute or running late. Prices are comparable, never have to wait, shop is well ventilated and immaculate. Covid protocols are consistent and beyond reproach!

Best salon in town, hands down! Nancy, Tina, and the entire team are awesome. They are welcoming and kind and provide exceptional service. They have wonderful specialty pedicures, my favorite is the milk and honey. The nail services are also great (I always get dip) and they do a superb job. The salon is always clean and relaxing. No TVs just soft music, which I really like. In other salons the TVs can be distracting and loud. Not here!! Amanda at the front is great and always knows how to pick and match the best colors!! Love this place.

Went in to get a full set, pedicure and my eyebrows done. The only thing I liked about the service I received are my eyebrows. The nail technician basically ignored my request and told me that what I was asking for was not possible, even laughed at the picture I was showing her from my phone. Worst service ever, i hate my nails, service was 🗑. This place charges so for sloppy service. I rather drive 45 minutes to Orlando to get my nails done.

After reading all the great reviews I decided to try them out. The nail technician wipe the monomer on a towel instead of a paper towel due to that there was fiber stock on the acrylic on all of the nails. He got acrylic on the skin even though he filed it off that caused lifting on the nails. After the acrylic portion was done it was time for buffing the nails which he only buffed one the right hand. I asked for a red french tip which it took for ever but I didnt mind because free hand painting can be complex. The top coat was next which he got all over my skin that caused the top coat to pell off the same day. All that to say my nails lasted three days. I posted a review on face book, I had the receptionist call me and offered me to get my nails done for FREE I scheduled my appointment to do so and the same day she called me and said that the owners said that I had to pay 30 dollars for the base acrylic and the owner wanted to talk to me. She gave my number to the owner and when she called me all she had to say is that I was basically lying that all I wanted has a free service which by the way I never ask to get them done againfor free that was offered to me by the receptionist. All that yo say its the worst nail salon I have ever been.

I have been going to Herbal Nails and Spa for a little over a year and couldn’t be more pleased. They are the best of the best. So many pedicure options as well as manicure options. The nail techs are kind, courteous and always take their time with you. The experience is always relaxing. I never feel rushed or as if I’m just another number. I can’t thank Van (nail tech) enough for all the countless services he’s provided to me and always going above and beyond! His wife Mia is excellent as well. Love them both. I would recommend anyone in this salon as your tech. And a huge kudos to front desk/receptionist Amanda. She is always making sure customers are taking care of and happy! I usually come here whenever i’m in need for a pedicure and they do great, but not so much this time. i was here just earlier and the lady that did my pedicure didn’t do such a great job. she didn’t clean any cuticles around my toes. just filed them down, she barely scrubbed any dead skin off. i got to my car and there was left over dead skin all over. just wasn’t worth it this time.

My daughter just had her nails done. The glue and acrylic over flowed she came home crying and is in the process of removing tearing them off. We went because of positive reviews. I don’t think this nail tech knew what she was doing. It was one of 16 year olds Christmas presents she is devastated. $65 down the drain.

Not very engaging nail tech and seemed very uninterested. Cold water for my pedicure. My feet came our drier than they were when I walked in. Everyone else seemed to have a good time. Im pretty sure it was just the nail tech I had.

The place was spotless. Practicing C-19 procedures. Vivian was excellent on my pedicure.

Nails did not turn out like sample and they offered to fix it but was already a hour after they were to close. Came back two days later and Vivian completely redid them and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. I tried to pay some thing but they refused it.

I LOVE my nail salon. They know me by name, they know what I like and best of all they are always professional and know what they are doing. Everything is clean and well kept and sanitized. I cant stress enough how accommodating they are for schedules and how they truly love getting to know their clients. They love turning clients into friends and it shows by how much they talk to you and truly care about your health and nails and all your beauty questions and concerns. What a GREAT experience coming here! I have bad asthma, and I KNEW as soon as I walked in, that it was better than the other places, because there were NO harsh fumes in this place! I was able to breathe easy, without a mask for the first time in a long time! And that means a lot to me and my health! The people are great too, Van is the man! They are all wonderful and kind! But the atmosphere here altogether, is what brings me back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Went there today Nancy did sns she was very nice. Wanted to have pedicure but was told had a lot of appointments can only do one service. But other people came in without an appointment and was served 2 services. Did not feel right but it was not meant for them to do my pedicure. I will be back to see Nancy for she was kind to me.

I went to herbal nail salon and spa on Friday Sept,21,2018, I got the basic foot scrub I paid a total of 35 dollars and was going to get a full set with a design as well. I was never offered a drink until the receptionist offered it to me witch was the only nice one to me that day her name was Ashley. Also the nail tech never cut my toe nails down before applying the acrylic to my toes and she did not put a clear coat on my toes witch now are coming apart almost a week later. I ask for this flower design and the lady who everyone said knew how to do it refused to do so. I just had a over all bad experience and will be returning to my regular nail salon because the way I was treated that day was not fair...but thank you Ashley for being sweet to me

Charged $27 for a basic pedicure, massage was light handed and quick felt rushed, she put on the pink styrofoam togo sandals on me and soon as the polish was applied. Told me to keep the sandals and basically go.

I wanted to love this place! I was really eager to try it and came in as a walk in last week. I needed my nails done in a pinch and if they were busy was prepared to go somewhere else as this was last minute. I was told to have a seat and they could take me in 15 minutes. That was no problem at the time. I noticed they had five guests in chairs receiving pedicures. Two other guests walked in shortly after and were told it would be just a few minutes... Well, shame on me! 40 minutes later I was still sitting waiting, one of the guests left and it was me an another lady. Two others walked in, one with an appointment and was taken promptly. What they failed to communicate was that everyone getting pedis were also scheduled for manicures. The last straw came when they took the lady with no appointment (another first timer) before me. I was insulted and irate. I left with no services here nor elsewhere because I let them waste an hour of my time. I get my nails done routinely. I will NEVER return nor will my mother and two sisters who are locals. What a disappointment. If there were honest from the beginning I would have gladly come back...:(

I had a higher expectation with this nails salon. I read the reviews and determine that this is the place where I want to go after moving to Clermont this weekend. I called and make an appointment for a mani and a pedi. I just want to relax after all the work with the moving. I get there and the guy who took care of me was in a hurry, apparently. He look at his watch many times while he was doing my manicure. I barelt understand what he says to me. When he finish the mani, told me that I was done. I asked him who is going to make me the pedicure and he act like he didnt know about it. In a bad attitude take his things and go to prepare the chair. I was uncomfortable with his attitude and told him that someone else can make it if he cant, but he says that there was no problem. He didnt show me the menu and started to do whatever he wants. I didnt know what options are available, so I just get the basic pedicure, instead of another that makes me feel better and gives more revenue to the business. The pedicure was very basic, I wanted something better. Im very dissapointed with the place. Unfortunately that was my first time there.
