I walked in today expecting to have to wait for a full set but they sent me down immediately. The guy was pretty great he did a great job making my almond shaped nails look nice. I was in and out in under an hour which is perfect I love that! I will definitely be coming back soon.

This was the best nail salon experience! It was my best friends birthday. We made a last minute appointment for 5 people. They sat us as soon as we got there. When they found out it was my best friends birthday,they put on happy birthday music and took pictures for us. My nail tech was amazing!!!!! Very attentive and gave the best leg/foot massage. I cant wait to go back. All of us were very pleased!!

I like the friendliness and it’s a beautiful spa.Last time I was there the nail tech told the owner a price for my nails and after I was finished he jacked up the price $10, when I said something they both did not remember. I am very disappointed, I had a witness right next to me. This is definitely not ethical but they lost me as a customer.

I went in today and got a set of acrylics which start at 50 dollars plus 5 for a length they consider long which for me is medium. They did a good job but pricy for the industry. I got no gel and any designs or colors because it gets to pricy when I can just do it myself

I come here all the time and this is the first time I got acrylics and they are exactly what I wanted they are so pretty. The nail tech was very nice and took pride in making sure everything is perfect. It is a very popular place and I highly recommend.

Claimed the starting price for nails to be $30 but then they said they only do gel which i dont like gel, but i decided whatever ill do it and bumped it to $65 not only was the lady at the desk rude, she was condisending, when i expressed i had a budget she loudly would say “yea we’ll take 5 dollars off becayse shes broke.” my nails fell off within a week and the friend and i that went both have NUBS. THE ACRYLIC TOOK MY REAL NAIL. on all my other nails the lady glued my real nail to my skin so i am in so much pain trying to soak them to get then off. worst experience ever, worst people to get your nails done, they are scamming you💕. and to the owner who i know read the reviews. please go take classes for business and customer service. and stop scamming people ❤️

Today I went for a regular manicure and.pedicure I was charged 57.00 for this 10.00 to remove the powder from.my nails that they did if you need the razor for the pedicure an additional 5 dollars I will never go back to tgat salon because they are a rip off

This was my first visit. I made my decision to come here because of all the great reviews. So I will share my review as well. While I waited ( not very long) I observed that most of the staff was friendly, my nail technician was great, she found the right color for me based on our conversation! Kuddos to her because I know it gets busy and it can be hard to pay close attention to every customer you come across so I want to say THANK YOU Anna for your professionalism, attention to detail, and hospitality to name a few.

We walked in without appointments and were warmly greeted. They were quite busy on a Friday afternoon, but still had room to seat us. My husband had a pedicure, which was well done. However, everywhere we have gone prior, in lieu of polish, hes always gotten a buff instead. Here, they were going to charge an extra $10 for it. He declined. This was the first indication of the nickel and dime approach. My pedicure was mediocre at best. The massage was ten minutes of mindlessly stroking my shin bone over and over. I was going to also get a basic manicure. I dont like using gel or shellac in general, and the $20 upcharge for that seemed a lot higher than anywhere else, so I stayed with my initial choice of regular polish. Then I was told, several times, that he wont guarantee the regular polish, itll come off in one day, or later today when I wash my hands. I felt greatly pressured into upgrading, but continued to decline. Finally I told him I didnt want any polish at all, if its going to be that bad. My polish-free manicure took less than ten minutes, and looks like it. I have jagged corners on my nails and sad cuticles as well. We definitely wont be going back. You might have better luck with another tech, but the pricing structure and getting badgered into upgrading was not something we appreciated, either.

Came here after having my nails done elsewhere just over a week ago. They were thick and crooked and just gross. Omg! They took me right in no appointment. He fixed my nails and on on love. I will only come here from now on!!!!!

1st time here & it was a great experience. Everyone was so nice and worked very quick. The owner was really nice greeting us and finding me & my daughter the exact right techs for what we wanted. You get to sit & relax and drink wine or water and really get that spa experience. I would highly recommend Dan da Man.... he was so cool and very knowledgeable and extremely quick with doing an amazing job. I showed him a picture and he did exactly that. Blanca was really sweet & good as well with my pedicure. She took her time and massage was good too.

How I was treated on Saturday was COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I had been going here for the 2 years I have lived in central Florida. Every time my mom or sister come to visit we set aside a day to get our feet and nails done. My mother was in town for mothers day so we made an appointment. When it was time for me to get a full set the woman who going to do my nails was already in a bad mood. The costumer in front of me was not happy with her nails so I could already tell she wasnt happy. So I smiled and tried to make her feel better. Once she started on my nails I noticed she filed one of my nails too much off one side and my middle fingernail looked way crooked. When I politely asked her to fix it was clearly an issue. She asked me how SHE was suppose to fix it and she then started aggressively comparing my fingers and filing the other side of the nail. From that point I felt COMPLETELY unwelcomed in their place of business. She finished and painted my nails and when to put on the top coat when I asked if I could get gems on my nails and showed her a picture of what i wanted. She informed me they DO NOT have gems and her attitude only got worse as she spoke. I then said maybe they are called stones because I wasnt sure what they called them, I was showing her the picture of what i wanted. She said she can so the design and proceeded to get out her stones and a little tub of what I now think is gel of some sort. She puts a TON of this stuff on and puts LARGER gems (or stones or whatever they are called) on my nail in a line on my finger witch is not AT ALL what the picture looks like. She asked if that was okay and I say they look a little big, so I ask my mom (who gets gems/stones all the time) what she thought and the woman who is doing my nails drops har hands to the table, scoffs then covers her face from me and stared at another employee as If HOW DARE I... My mom see all this and responds just let her (the woman doing my nails) do what she wants ... this was it for me.. she continued to put so much gel over the stones that they can barely be seen. They look NOTHING like the picture, my nails are thick and uneven and they are NOT coffin shaped.Needless to say I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO POORLY AT ANY NAIL PLACE EVER!

They overcharge for basic services. Customer service is just okay. Don’t plan on the nail techs talking to you though. I had 2 different nail techs and not a word was said to me even when I was telling them what I did and did not want. Nails came out extremely thin and not worth what they charge. I won’t be going back. Quality is very poor and management doesn’t see a problem with it. There are only a few nail techs that actually know what they are doing. Please save yourself your time and your money and go anywhere but here. This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. Not to mention that they post pictures from Pinterest and not their actual work.

I decided to try this place for a chair massage..but to my surprise from the good reviews I received a very bad chair massage. I spoke with receptionist/owner about price and was explained that it was 1 dollar per minute and I wanted 20 minutesAs soon as I sat in the chair I was wondering why my 15 minute massage was done with 80 percent of his elbow and he pushed hard..I was grinding my teeth kinda hard .I didnt stop him... thinking he was gonna ease up and try a whole bunch of techniques ...I told the person up front that I wanted to relax and I was charged for 35minutes...and now I am having severe shoulder pain and having to use medicated numbing medicine on both my shoulders.Got charged 35 and was told 20 and now I have Severe shoulder blade pain...please go spend your money at a more suitable place..when I say pain..I have cried today over it...now I have to get my shoulder checked out ..I have a pain that is causing less arm use...PLEASE find 5.0 star place.Good luck everyone.

My daughter and I drove 45 mins to this salon because of reviews and Im so happy we did! This spa is amazing! Love the atmosphere! We walked in and got seated right away. I showed the owner what i was looking for and he made the perfect suggestion. Both nail techs were absolutely fabulous. 2 weeks later and our nails still look and feel great. He even walked by and asked how we were, employees spoke highly of him. We are looking forward to going back!! Thank you BaBa Nail Lounge and Spa for such an amazing experience.

Got my nails and feet done and they looked horrible and was a rushed job. Explained this matter to management and they was rude and unprofessional took no responsibility. So glad that I can still see out my eyes again!!!! BEWARE

This is the best nail salon in Clermont! Honestly the best experience Ive ever had at any nail salon, Orlando included. I had Kevin as a nail tech and he was phenomenal! Ive never had anyone explain the process to me and take the time to help me figure out a plan to get my nails healthy (I am an extreme biter!) but he went above and beyond helping me feel confident and capable to get my nails where I want them. I will be going back to see him frequently & recommend him to anyone, 100%! Normally I leave salons feeling good about my nails but this time exceeded my expectations. I am in love with these nails!

Been going here for about a year. Its been great until about 2 months ago. The nail tech didnt know what he was doing and didnt understand what I was trying to say. This began the 3 strikes process. I had him and again and the same thing happened again. Today I went and the techeft multiple cuts on my toes and almost scrubbed off all skin on the arch of my foot. The paint job wasnt done very well either. I didnt realize this until I got home later. She also didnt do what I asked. Its a clean nail place, but I wont be going back.

I got a full set of acrylics on my nails and they came out FANTASTIC. My nail artist, Yuri (apologies if I spelt her name incorrectly) was very friendly and careful with my nails. Overall it took barely over an hour to complete and they are the best set i’ve had yet. I took my mother to get her nails done for her birthday and she enjoyed it thoroughly. She got a pedicure + nail art and it took about the same time as my acrylics. My mother spent the entire time conversing with her nail artist. She’s extremely talented and did an amazing job with a dainty flower wisps (think birds of prey) and was very kind. The facility is clean and they practice social distancing well. A man whom I can only assume is the manager was there to welcome us instantly and there was no line, although we called ahead and made an appointment because they are usually very busy. Its a bit on the pricey side in comparison to other businesses ive visited in the area, but its worth every penny! All in the building were required to wear masks and every worker wore gloves and cleaned stations often. The entire staff is kind and talented. All in all we had an amazing experience and I recommend this to anyone whos looking for a good place to get their nails done.

This nail salon was fantastic. I went there before my wedding with a group of my bridesmaids. The employees set aside a special section for us and made us feel so welcome. The nail technicians did such a great job with all of our manicures and pedicures. The dip gel on my nails was perfect.

Got seated really fast and they technician was friendly. I went to their nail places where they speak Vietnamese with others in front of me which always brushed a little off to me, I find it rude but not at Baba which I appreciate!

I got my nails done. Charge $85 dollars just on one design with one stroke nail.other nail doesnt match with finger nail. Before I went there I look there photos online. I asked Nail Tech what ever they are online thats they work.. One of the posted Photo i really like it.. i told the nail tech if she can do them.. She said she will i ended by getting something else.. Manager walked in said they look same as the picture tired to convince me. I dont understand if they can do it the same I want what I pay for.Posting the pictures from pinterest📌 fooling around the customers about they work.The pictures online are not there work. Attractive photo fool the people around.. Now I go to Cocoon Nails they are the best..

Wouldnt recommend. Dont get nails done often but have never had an issue that they dont even last two weeks. $60 for two to snap off in two weeks is sad.

I tried giving this salon multiple chances. The owners are very unprofessional and don’t care about how they treat customers. It’s sad, the first 2 visits were great but then the following 3 times I had issues. Then when I wrote a bad review they called me and asked if I would take it down and they would offer me a free service. I never did go back and get the free service. That’s probably how they keep their ratings up.

It was a great and amazing place to go to they have all your needs the foot experience was very nice jus a bit rushed but my feet were very nice n soft..the massage was absolutely amazing and nails were on point!

Used to be oscar nails. Good job for pedicures. I had a newer technician so she needed a bit more guidance and its going on a bit longer. I had a friend come who had not had a pedicure before so that was a good experience for them. And they enjoyed it.

I went for the first time about a week ago. The staff was nice and everyone was friendly. I got a full set (acrylic) and I’ve been getting my nails done for a while. So I was disappointed when my nails started lifting only after a week. Usually my full set last 3-4 weeks before lifting. Yes, it grows out, but it doesn’t usually start to lift. I would understand if it was only one or two nails that started to lift, but literally all of them started to. I’m not due for a fill because they haven’t grown out. But I feel like I have to go get my nails done again because they’re lifting. I don’t go every two weeks to get a fill, but now I feel like I have to cause my nails are getting caught in everything. I did nothing different than other times I’ve gotten my nails done. So I did feel like it was a waste of money. I don’t think I’ll go back just because I don’t have the time to go every week or two to get it fixed. I expected them to last longer than 1-2 weeks.

They want to throw in your face it’s only for color changes but just 4 days ago i was in there my nails look Terrible they do not want to fix the problems with out charging me again after giving them 80 plus dollars just 4 days ago . These people are jokes and i will not be going back.Please save yourself the money and time and take your nails elsewhere i promise it’s better than here

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The staff is always so welcoming and warm when I come through the door and they provide top notch service. Im really particular about my hand and toe nail colors matching and sometimes the gel/regular nail polish color duo packs dont match but they always work with me to find nail colors that match and that Im happy with. It is such a wonderful atmosphere and they are always kind enough to offer water or even wine for you to enjoy during your service. The manager is SO sweet and every staff member Ive ever had is super attentive and takes their time making sure my nails are perfect. I wont go anyplace else!!!

The service was amazing unfortunately after the owner had told a client to watch her daughter (with the best intentions for the child) the client made a huge deal and was very disrespectful to the owner. They handled this situation very professional and apologized to all the guest! I will def be coming back to this location! Also highly recommend Tyler because he slashed my nails today ❤️
