I was very pleased with my first experience at this salon. Mimi was my technician and did a great job. Everyone was nice and friendly. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. If you wanted to talk, they would talk to you or if you wanted to sit and relax, they would be quiet and let you enjoy. They give helpful advice, rather than talk down to you. One thing you notice at most salons is the technicians speaking to one another while working on you. I didnt notice any of that, they were all attentive to their client. I was also offered a drink as a nice gesture.

Visited today for the first time for a dip manicure and pedicure and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Brian and Mimi did a fabulous job on my nails and everyone was extremely friendly. Cant wait to go back!

Beat nail Salon in clermont. My experience was amazing, the staff was very informative about mail care and also helpful personal wise . The designs of the nails were outstanding. It a very clean and sanitize. No large crowd or extreme wait time .I’ll definitely be coming back for more sessions

I wanted to like this place. I tried it multiple times, however, for the price I paid each time and the service I received, I just don’t see myself returning. First I want to start with the positives, the owner is very friendly and the salon is clean. It’s not the cleanest place I’ve been too, but still clean. For the negatives, after multiple times of going to Polished, I quickly learned that if the owner is not the one doing you manicure, then it probably won’t be a very good manicure. I don’t blame the other nail techs, I just think the owner wants things done a certain way but doesn’t do enough training. There’s nothing wrong with wanting things done a certain way, however, training should be done when the salon is closed and not when there is a customer sitting at the station. Multiple times while I was there, the owner stood over her nail tech and kept asking questions and commenting on the way the tech was doing the manicure. In addition, if she doesn’t think her techs are ready to complete a manicure on their own then she shouldn’t be giving them clients. With training in mind, I believe the receptionist needs more training as well. Every time I have called with questions like appointments or pricing, I was put on hold so she could ask the owner. Something like those question should be known by the receptionist. Finally, the quality of their product is not good. I was told by the owner that my dip polish should last 3-4 weeks, however, each time I had gotten my nails done with the dip polish, my nails chipped the following week. Again, I really wanted to like this place but I believe the owner needs to hold more training for her employees in order to create the well oiled machine she wants for her salon.

I had the hot stone pedicure by MiMi. It was the best pedicure I have ever received. It was unrushed, relaxing with quality products even though it ran into closing time. Highly recommend as the salon and staff are lovely!

I currently reside in Clermont.It is very stressful when you have to find a New Nail SalonI was referred to a place that was visually not nice and did not have variety of product.I was not happy with my service.I went on a search on yelp and found Polished Day Spa!!!!.... I read the reviews and viewed the pictures.On today I had the experience!!!!!! Well let me just say when you first drive up the outside its very outdated the strip mall area really needs a makeover. BUT when you cross the threshold of the door of The Polished Day Spa OMGGGGGGG!!!!!IT IS GORGEOUS!!!!.... It certainly looks like it belongs on 5th Avenue in New York!.The decor, the music, the cleanliness, the product display and the abundance of choices and variety was AWESOME!!!!.The owner Ms. Lily is a perfectionist and it shows.Her professionalism in how her salon is ran and how her staff handles their clients is impeccable. She have state of the art systems in place to make appointments which makes booking processes seamless. On today she put my anxiety to ease. My husband and I went together to get pedicures and a manicure. Everyone was so nice, accommodating, and genuinely cared about providing a great service. The salon was clean including the bathroom. We have decided to make this a once a month thing and will definitely be returning here.

Lily is an amazing nail tech, I enjoyed the conversation and the magic she did on my nails. She was extremely quick and explained what she was doing to my nails. She also knew the to be quick and efficient. My first time there and it felt like home. Thank you so much Lily! I also got my toes done by Rose. OMG this woman and her hands she massage my legs and toes and it was amazing so relaxing and she knew the pressure points and everything.

I just moved to the area and saw this place while driving home every day so I decided to finally stop in. It is very nice inside (decorated for XMas right now) and clean as well, while the staff is very friendly. They charge $35 for a regular full set, which is reasonable for how meticulous Lily was in doing my nails. I will definitely be back!

If you havent checked this place out yet, you must! I first came here after a friend referred me to Polished Day Spa, to get my nails done for my wedding from here. Im glad I did! They looked phenomenal and lasted for over 3 wks, Ive been going here ever since.This place has such a great atmosphere and the owners are awesome!

This was my 2nd manicure in 21 years living in Florida. My goodness I was impressed starting with my initial contact, then with the follow-up text to remind me of my appointment. Once entering the building it was super clean, no smells, 100% organized and the atmosphere silver, white and sparkle. I guess the chairs were for pedicure and they were big, silver with back pillow support, remote and inviting, but I was there today for the manicure only. Lilly was very professional, punctual, offer suggestions for my yard beaten nails of 15 years. She was extremely patient as I kept nicking my thumps against each other, she just smiled and made the adjustment without hesitation. I was so overwhelmed with the decor I never thought it would have looked so inviting and calming. I have seen many nail places in malls, stores and local advertisements but this is class and affordable I must add. I suggest if you current embrace manicure and pedicure services to at least check out this location, you will not be disappointed. Also offered is massage services (light and deep tissue) I am giving thought to such an experience.

I had the worst experience ever!! I went in and 2 staff worked on the only client. I asked for a manicure and pedicure. The Asian lady start looking at my nails and try to argue that I do have gel nails on, which I’m not! So she start removing my nail polish on my hand. I asked her to maybe start with my toes. After asking twice we went to the chair. Than she received a call from someone (taking in her language) and told me she will have an appointment now therefore she can’t do it. The other staff was obviously shocked too and asked her to do my nail polish change on my toes at least. She refused it. She did removed part of my color street polish on my nails and let me go like that! Very rude and absolutely unprofessional! Not sure why the manager ( I know her) hired her, even they are short staffed.

I showed my tech a blue floral design I liked but asked if she could do pink cherry blossoms instead. Along the way she kept checking in with me to make sure I liked how it was coming out. I absolutely loved the end result! It completely exceeded my expectations and is a perfect look for spring.Polished Day Spa is a bit pricey and I normally just do my own nails at home, but I would definitely come back for a special occasion to get some amazing nail art.

I love this place. The shop is so pretty and clean, and the gel nails last really long. Last time it lasted well for just over 3 weeks, and this time its going strong for almost 5 weeks! Its great, check it out, you wont be disappointed.

I have never had gel nails before, so I found the best place in the city, I was not disappointed. It is extremely clean, well lit and cozy. The technicians are meticulous. She explained everything in detail each step of the process. It is quite a process be prepared!Two hours later, she fixed two broken nails to even everything out and I have a beautiful two tone ombré effect for my wedding. I was complemented many times and everybody wanted to know where I had them done.The nails feel great and I will be back soon.

I went to Polished Day Spa to trial my wedding nails. I loved the way they came out but I decided I wanted a different shape for the wedding. My vision was a white French ombré on longer oval nails. They nailed it. I was so happy with the outcome. They are perfectionists! They will spend hours on your nails in order to make you happy. I highly recommend! You will not be disappointed. You will leave feeling fabulous!

I came to this place because of the reviews and I was not disappointed at all. They sent a text to confirm the appointment when it got closer. This place definitely get book up fast. Anyway, the place was nice and relaxing. I showed the designs I wanted and it came out exactly like that picture. I was pleased with the way my nails were shaped. I didnt need to say anything. She kept checking to make sure the length was the same as the other nails and the shape was good. I would come back here when I have another event.

Hands down the best nail salon Ive ever been to.My tech did an amazing job on my nails and they came out exactly how I wanted them. My tech was a perfectionist when it came to making sure each extension looked as natural as possible. The care and intricate detailing that went into my nails was unlike any experience I had before! I came to Polished Day Spa and was not disappointed! The overall experience was lovely and my nail artist was helpful in guiding me in the right direction with what would look the best for the manicure I wanted (I needed extensions on a few of my nails but not all). My manicure has lasted several weeks and still looks great, minus the growth. If you can afford the splurge, I say do it! Thank you, Polished Day Spa!

I have been to Polished Day Spa a number of times and each manicure has been exceptional. The services here are pricey, but worth it, especially for a special occasion. If you are used to getting weekly manicures, the price is likely to be roughly on par with getting one of the simpler options here and keeping it on for three weeks (as compared to getting three regular manicures) . . . at least thats what I tell myself!I had my wedding manicure done here a week before my wedding and my nails were gorgeous and remained in perfect condition throughout the week leading up to my wedding, on my wedding day and during my two-week honeymoon.Services Ive tried: Gel extensions (with tips), single color gel, simple art manicure (wedding nails), and holographic powder.A few things to keep in mind: This is not a typical gel manicure, so it wont be like getting a standard gel or shellac manicure. Your nails will have a few more layers of gel polish compared to a standard gel manicure. I think some of the layers they use for the manicure are hard gel and that is why it is necessary for them to use a drill to file off before the usual soak off.
