I’ve been going to Amazing Nails in Clermont for 13 years and have seen many techs come and go, however, the techs that remain as the “originals” are all wonderful and make the establishment the great business that they are. Kevin, Ted, Nancy, and Anthony are all great techs and can tackle any request you have. Recently, I’ve been using a newer tech at the salon named Toya who is absolutely phenomenal at her craft. She pays close attention to detail and is very talented. You can clearly see the passion she has in nail art. Toya takes her time and doesn’t rush the process and is worth the extra few minutes, because the end results are beautiful. I’ve been to almost every nail salon in Clermont and most do well, but just don’t have that welcoming feel quite like Amazing Nails. They treat you like family from day one and the longer you go there, the closer you become with all of them. My husband, who is a “manly-man” even enjoys going there for pedicures, whereas, he doesn’t step foot into other places. In addition, my kids also love getting pedicures here. The “originals” who have been working here for years have seen my kids grow from birth to their current ages, and always go out of their way to make the experience fun for them. If there ever is a mistake or specific request, all you have to do is kindly ask them to fix it. Just be kind and respectful and you shouldn’t have any issues. These are all very hard working individuals just trying to make a living doing what they have a passion for. As long as this place is in business, I will continue going here.

Update: My fourth time going there and honestly they destroyed my cuticles, came home in pain in my hands and feet. The girl who did my feet over cut my nails and also drilled into my toe. Not to mention I usually ask for things and unless I repeat myself alot they dont do it. Last time I asked for matte nails and repeated myself alot and the person doing my nails still didnt do it and theres black stuff on the acrylic bc the person doing my nails wasnt paying attention.Im kinda disappointed in this place because when I was super talkative and repeated myself alot they did my nails somewhat right on my third visit, but when I was slightly quieter they really messed up, I said multiple times to both nail techs what I wanted and it still got messed up. Every time Ive been there though I leave with my hand bleeding. Doesnt feel worth all the money I spent.

I used to love this place. Unfortunately my last visit I had was with the newest nail tech they hired. she was so rude, and rough! I asked several times for someone else, she just continued with my service. Finally I said if you don’t get someone else I’m just going to leave. She then screamed across the salon for Nancy to come Take over. While Nancy was working on me the other nail tech was stomping around talking in their Language to then finish up in English stating “I don’t need that money anyways” I wish could remember her name...Anyways nobody even apologize to me or my mom. I appreciate Nancy taking over but Obviously my business is not appreciated here any longer.

I’ve been pleased with most of my full sets that I walk out with, and Helen is the SWEETEST while doing a pedicure. Although, today I had a terrible interaction with a nail tech named Tim. He had an attitude, if I did not understand what he was asking me he began to get frustrated with me, he was rushing so I was left with many unnecessary cuts around my fingers and nail bed, glue/acrylic coating was left on my fingers, etc.. Even tried telling me a balled up acrylic coating on my knuckle was something that I walked in with after I asked for assistance in removing it!This experience didn’t ruin the entire salon for me, I still adore many people there! Helen, Kevin, Ann, Ted are all great. More so weary of ever having him again as a nail tech.

I have had acrylics for years, but my usual place was closed so i went here instead. A few days later my new acrylics started popping off from fungus growing underneath. I went to the doctor and they said since i haven’t experienced this before, and had only had the acrylics on for 6 days it was due to the salon not properly cleaning their utensils, or not putting on the acrylics tight enough. Either way do not go here unless you want to end up taking an anti fungal.

My mother went here and got exactly what she asked for! Im happy to see that she enjoyed the service since shes strict on how she likes salons. Id recommend it to everyone looking for a new salon to go to!

Worst nail salon i have ever been too. let me just start by saying i came on a sunday & had to work at 1:30. i also had a few things to do before work, but THOUGHT i had time to get a quick fill. i waited for them to open at 11, i got there at 10:50 to wait. when they did open, i was the first to step inside. a lady came in right behind me & said she had an appointment so they sat her down, i didnt mind it too much since she had an appointment.. but i got a little agitated when somebody else came in literally 30 seconds after i sat down to wait to be called, who didnt have an appointment & was immediately seated to be worked on. i was waiting for a good 10 minutes before i was seated & was still waiting for somebody. then the manager came & sat down & took the paint off my nails, stood up & says to me shell be here in 5 minutes. he got up & walked away. i waited for another 5 minutes & nobody came so i got up & left. WORST NAIL SALON EVER. not only that, every single time i get my nails done here they ALWAYS manage to screw something up. never coming here again.

The experience was really great. The technician that worked on my wife and I were both very good. The only reason not a 5 star is because I was cut during the pedicure.

What I did was giving and check it out just wanted to see prices get some ideas.

I took my daughter and grand baby for pedicures and they weren’t so good. The lady that did my feet was ridiculously rough like she was digging for gold, the guy must think because we’re Americans we cannot understand what they are talking about, but I say there and listened as they talked about my daughters feet being neglected. Well she had a baby and works a lot so she hadn’t been in almost a year but I go every 2 months yes I’m the dad but I am single so I have to get mine done so I don’t make my toes sore but darn they are sore now.

I have been going here for my fills and pedicures for the past 3 months now and have been very happy with the service. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job on my fills. They are also very clean and sanitary.

Unfortunately it took 3 hours for a terrible job on a new set of acrylics.. looked terrible when i left crying... The owner convinced me to try the powder technique as apposed to gel.. unfortunately they put an inexperienced technician to work on my nails . Sweetheart of a young Lady and after an hour and a half of being very patient I realized she didn’t know what she was doing.. Another half hour passed and my nails were looking terrible and I asked for assistance from the owner and the experienced teck which both agreed my nails looked terrible and now almost 3 hours into a nightmare nail journey the experienced teck took over and they all apologized and offered for me to come by tomorrow to completely redo my nails.. and they weren’t going to charge me today.. I have never not paid for my nails and insisted to pay.. and tip. Not the inexperienced young Ladies fault- she was trying her best.. but I will not go back ever.. I did pay and tipped as well. she still spent hours trying.. But I cant get my over three hours and now I will have to spend more money ( which I cant afford) and time which I dont have because I actually work and have to go to work.. Unfortunately, I have no idea why the owner would more than suggest I try the powder technique which on its own is a nightmare even done correctly.. Please give the young Lady more training.. she is truly lovely...

Wouldnt recommend. they used the cheapest materials, my acrylics are very loose and they pop off so easy. Their nail polish is very cheap, it leaves bubbles and you can see where the first and second layer of nail polish was put on. i just got my nails done 2 days ago and they are already chipping, loose and even on my toe nails there is bubbles from the cheap nail polish. i just wouldnt recommend at allupdate, its been 3 days with these nails and one nail already broke off while i was putting a dress on. if i could, i wouldnt rate them any stars.

Too expensive I definitely dont return $ 40 for a pedi just for having the gel color.

My mom, sister and I have been going here for about 10 years since we moved here and its probably the best nail salon around!! They really know what theyre doing and some treat you really good, I usually have Kevin or Ted do my manis every time and their great! Its super clean with nice decor and its definately a comfortable atmosphere to be in. :)

Awful experience. Lindsey never said hello, never smiled, was SLOWER THAN MOLASSES, gave a crap massage, barely scrubbed my heels and spent almost the whole time staring at what the nail tech next to us was doing. That probably explains why half of my toes dont have paint all the way to the sides but EVERY cuticle is painted. I also saw one customer who was told to sit down but was forgotten about and later walked out. The girl at the front sort of apologized but went right back to her phone. The only reason I didnt give one star is because it was clean, but there are plenty of other places in Clermont to spend your money.

I have Bryan as my nail tech (and Ive used Kevin one time & my friend uses Kevin). This is the BEST nail salon Ive been to in years. Ive gone to nearly every nail salon in Clermont and all you have to do with these guys is tell them exactly what you want. The first time I went in Bryan didnt do such a great job at all and I was so mad that I went back in and NICELY asked him to do them over & told him how they should be (in my personal preference opinion). I got a french and light pink powder/white on the tip.He put the white powder way too far up & you could see through the pink and it looked like I needed another fill as soon as I walked out. I noticed it more when I got home so I went back and he fixed it and ever since then he knows how I like my nails and he does it that way consistantly. I now use the dark pink so you cant see the line through it and white powder. I get the most compliments on my nails than ever and I always send people there. My nails are the worst for lifting and these do NOT lift. I hate it when someone goes to a place & then goes off on how horrible they are without going back for a fix & then if they are still horrible then my opinion is go find another place. Unless they have done something so horrible to you that you have to trash talk their business then I dont think thats a good idea to do that. I have been happy with Amazing Nails and Bryan and thats who Im staying with here in Clermont.

This was awful. Worst experience having mani-pedi. Wanted to immediately sell me the most expensive pedi. Manicure was to be just a simple manicure with no color. The tech put one layer of clear on and in barely understandable English, said: You done. Next please.
