I am new to the area and I was worried that I would not find a good hair stylist...goodness was I wrong. I have very dry curly hair and for years I was blowing it out or using the hot iron. Needless to say my hair was very damaged and the curls were no longer curling. They looked like a straw broom. My son’s girlfriend recommended this hair salon and told me to request Michelle who happens to be a curly hair specialist. I loved the place, clean and decorated in a shabby chic style. Here comes the best part. Meeting Michelle was like meeting an old friend. She walked me through every step of what I should do to keep my hair from drying out and keeping the natural curls. She was able to cut my hair just like I wanted. The end result was amazing. I walked out with beautiful curls. I will be back in a couple of weeks to, hopefully, remove the rest of what’s left of my damaged hair. Today I went to this salon for my first time. I had a shadow root applied to my very blonde highlights I got from a different salon 3 days before. I was seen by Aliyah I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she was spot on! Perfect I got exactly what I wanted. From past experiences going to the salon can be scary but from the minute I talk to Aliyah on the phone I felt very comfortable. This will defiantly be my go to salon.

Took my Son here to get his hair shampooed, cut and styled for his Prom - what a great place we found! All the staff here have smiles and give courteous attention; we first walked in and we were handed beverages and seated- we were treated wonderfully and mommy Son is going back for regular cuts etc...i just might also - tha is for being a part of and making his day special Epika!

I had my doubts walking into a brand new salon not knowing any of the stylist. I was looking for someone that knew new techniques and professional. I made an appointment with Michelle and was super excited. Shes professional, creative, and pays attention to detail. I came in with GREEN/BLUE/PURPLE hair. She did several Olaplex treatments on me and my hair felt better leaving the salon! Im so happy with my results and Michelle. Id highly recommend this salon, everyone was so nice and the salon is super clean as well. Ill defiantly be back!

I wanted to try this salon because of the great reviews I was reading, most of them were about how great Mikaela was, so I booked an appointment with her. Let me say that I am extremely disappointed about everything, and is not that they were rude during the visit but they were not welcoming at all either! I took both of my daughters first so I could see what she could do on simple haircuts before I asked her to cut mine which is normally a layered blunt bob with choppy ends ;) thank God I did that! . One of my daughters has straight and the other curly hair so that makes it even easier to know how she works with different types of hair, right? Well I still don’t know! I showed her a picture of A haircut for my 8yr old (long straight hair) so she could do a V cut to make it look cute and keep the length. And for my other daughter (shoulder length curly hair) I asked her to cut chin length in the back and make the front longer so when it curls it does not crunch up too much. Neither of the haircuts were close to what I asked for, in fact she did a straight horizontal cut on both of them and because my older’s girl hair is curly (soft curls) when it dried we found that the curls in the front make her face look round, she is definitely not happy with it and I felt bad about it so I went and flat ironed her hair thinking it would look better but just found that her cut was extremely uneven :(. At that point I called the salon to try and get Mikaela or any other stylist to fix her cut today or tomorrow and they said that they were too busy so I’d had to wait til next week to get another appointment. I mean, I get it if the stylist does not get the cut perfectly the first time, it’s happened to me before a few times in different salons but I always went back and they fixed it right away and apologized for the inconvenience. This time was a complete different response and they blamed me for not paying $20 extra for Mikaela to blow dry her hair so she could see how uneven it was, really?? I can tell even when is wet, Come on! I am so frustrated that I don’t even want to wait for them to “have time” to fix her hair without being sure that they will be able to do so...Please if you have a bad experience somewhere don’t be shy and leave a detailed review just like when things go great! I have a business of my own and I know how important is to deliver a great customer service and product to every client, this can help both customers and owners! Of course, I always try to solve things directly with the business first if there is a problem, I just give bad reviews if the business does not respond when they do wrong and they know it.PS: to be fair, I’d like to say that the Owner called me two days after I posted this review to discuss what happened and she offered to give me my money back, which I accepted and she did right away.

Epika has some of the best stylists in town. Mikaela is my stylist and she is the very best at what she does. I love how she under promises and over delivers. I went in with dark brown hair and in a couple of visits I have the blonde balayage of my dreams. Only person that has been able to give me the textured medium bob I love too.

Once again kelsey left me feeling absolutely beautiful after my appointment. She gets it perfect every time and I couldn’t my be happier with how my hair turns out each visit

This Place is amazing! I highly recommend it everyone is very Lovely! The Hairstylist I go to is amazing i feel very comfortable in the salon environment! As in other places Ive been I felt they didnt really give off a good vibe. So if your looking for a wonderful place to get your hair done this is definitely the place.

LIZKA IS AMAZING!!!! Every time she touches my hair I swear she is like a magician! I am constantly amazed at her creativity, consistency and willingness to see beyond a haircut like I would ask. She makes something that is stressful effortless. I recommend her to all my family and even have family from another state who comes to see her for a fix every time they come to visit.The salon is clean, kind and priced reasonably for the average teacher to make the 45 minute drive to the salon.

I booked an appointment to get my hair washed and styled for a photo shoot. Over the weekend I received a text that the hair stylist the receptionist scheduled me with is leaving to work at a new salon. Then I receive a second text stating my appointment is cancelled! A call would have been nice to apologize for the inconvenience and ask if I would like to be re scheduled with someone else. Extremely unprofessional!

This is the happiest I have been with a haircut in a long time. It has been a month (so almost due back again), and even as it grows out it still looks great. Thank you, Mikaela. You did a wonderful job.

Called made appointment to get haircut & allover color. Told them when I made appointment that I need to strip my hair to get it colored correctly. Came in for appointment and was told could not do the color and that I had to reschedule. Went ahead and did haircut. My husband not happy at all it was a gift for my 50th. I feel like my stylist couldnt do my hair because she was also taking care of another lady. So guess I will be going somewhere else. The cut does not look like the picture I showed her.

Ive being going to this place almost 2yrs, but now I suggest if you don’t want to be surprised at the end ask for prices before you get any service done since their prices don’t match their info provided at the booking app. At check out always ask what services your being charged off, is my second time I get charged extra for a service I didn’t request or for a Hair cut I didn’t even received. Besides that great place.

Have been having my Pedicure and Manicure done by Olga, who does an excellent job. Olga has a great personality and makes sure that you are taken care of. Everyone in the salon is very friendly. The salon is very clean and well maintained.

Lizka is amazing! I have been searching for a stylist since I moved here 4 years ago. I finally found one at Epika! She did a beautiful color and listened to everything I wanted. I love the vibe of the salon, too! I just cant even express how happy I am with my cut, color, and brow threading!

This salon was very clean and everyone was very friendly and nice, but they completely ruined my hair. They didnt even come close to giving me what I desired out of my golden blonde balayage. They just bleached my whole head other than my roots and kept trying to convince me it looked good. They tried to recolor many times and each time just ended up worse. I have booked an appointment at another salon tomorrow to fix. Very sloppy work, I wish I never went.

I was able to book an appointment the morning of which was extremely helpful trying to work a haircut around my work schedule. Brittany did my hair and she was amazing. She was so sweet and I’m in love with my hair. I finally found a place in Orlando I trust my hair with. Will definitely be coming back. They also serve champagne while you get your hair cut which is a really nice bonus.

One of the best salons I have been to, if not the best.I needed my nails done on short notice and although its normally appointment oriented, they were able to get me in.Olga was amazing! She asked what cut, shape and length I wanted! She was so personable and very caring about my nails. I was the last costumer of the night and I had to stay a little past closing but that didnt phase her. She kept taking her time and my nails turned out fabulous!I will definitely be going back to her again and I may even get a pedicure next time!

Epika Salon and Boutique is just your one stop get yourself all dolled up kind of place. Customer service is superb and the salon is so chic and modern. I had my hair and makeup done here and both left me feeling beautiful. I also purchased a lovely off the shoulder lace black cocktail dress from their boutique section. The quality of the fabric is outstanding. I can’t wait to go back for a facial and have my nails done.

Today, I had the most incredible facial ever; thanks to Lee Ann!! She is AMAZING! I was equally as impressed with the salon and boutique. I would recommend this newfound goldmine, in my opinion, to anyone I know! Keep up the good work, ladies!!

This place is realy nice, super clean and great ambiance. Wanda is amazing! Best manicure and pedicure I’ve had in a long time, she is so nice and takes her time with you. I had some ideas for my nails and she was excited to make it happen for me, they look amazing!

Worst haircut experience! The hairdresser didn’t wash my hair or blow dry it, just cut it dry. I was trusting her 20 years experience when she used a razor to thin out my hair and it came out so thin, far beyond what she should have. I think she knew she messed up because she was making excuses when she was finished of why the hair was so flat to my head. Definitely will not be returning to this salon.

Belinda did a fabulous job color correcting and rehighlighting my teens hair. My daughter left with gorgeous, cool blonde, natural looking highlights. Belinda is super encouraging and positive. The salon is immaculate and beautiful. I especially appreciate the salon fitting me in on short notice since we are visitong the area to attend a wedding.
