Absolutely love Kim and Kevin. They are really really good. Pedicures are one of my favorites to relax too from a hard week @ work and if thats what you want to do Id HIGHLY RECOMMEND KIMS NAILS. 💯💜

Sloppy work. I’m not even the type that is picky about my nails I get dip, no crazy designs or shape. Simple. I was left with un even nails, bumps, and a non consistent shape. Will not be back. Even in desperate times, like today. Lesson learned.

Got a pedicure and full set of dip nails. Pedicure was fine but my full set every nail had a crack in them the next day. The full set didn’t even last a week they peeled of so easy. Very disappointed with this nail salon. Want my money back

I asked for dip nails and they said they were dip but not once did any of my nails get dipped. They were all done like acrylic. I have no idea how to tell my regular salon what I have as to chemicals used.

So today was the first time going to Kim Nails. The experience there wasn’t the greatest I had to move to three different chairs then there was a 45 minute wait, which wasn’t told when I arrived. I would have left if I had known it was going to be that long of a wait, then watching other customers come in and be worked on while I waited not one word stating about sorry for the wait, nothing I arrived at 12:30 and wasn’t done until 2:45 and it was dip nail. The service and experience was very poor and I will not be coming back there again. I will also speak to family and friends to honestly give another place a shot instead of here.

Oh My!! This place is FANTASTIC!! I am 9 months pregnant and this gentleman got rid of all my stress in one foot. I couldnt believe i had 2 feet when he was done! I have and will continue to recommend this place to anyone!!! Thank you!!!!!

I have gone here a few times for acrylics and pedicures. I do not recommend coming here for acrylics as they sting during putting the powder on and right before the first coat of nail polish. You can see through the polish if you choose a light color. They are very nice. Pedicures are really relaxing. Highly recommend a pedicure here. Do not use a light colors. This isn’t to hate on the nail salon,This is an honest review to help you

I asked for a simple nail design in a picture he said he could do it next thing you know he did a whole different think when I asked him to do the gem in the image he said why didn’t you tell me early I said I did also it was In the picture which I showed him 3 times he was upset then the acrylic nails are not straight and he hurt me so many times

Found myself at Kims Nails while visiting the Clermont area to meet a client. With time to burn, I decided to get a mani/pedi, along with a bit of waxing.No fuss - no wait - Mindy had me quickly seated for the deluxe pedicure. Advertised as a 40-50 minute service - including all the bells and whistles - my service took an hour and five minutes. Covering all the bases, Mindy took additional care with a couple of toe nails that werent growing properly.Pedicure chairs appear relatively new and provided a great massage.Manicure covered all the bases and took about 25 minutes. A buff finish rather than gloss, I was happy that my nails were cut short as requested.A bit of wax around the ears and I was looking good.Clean establishment and polite staff. Plenty of plexiglass and other safety measures throughout the place.Had I lived in the area, I would return to Kims Nails.William E. Lewis, Jr.Vero Beach, Florida.

Although you do have to wait a little...they are wonderful. They are kind, they pay attention, and I loved how my pedicure came out and I love how they did my moms nails. Love it! Thank you! 😊😊😊

My experience at this place was very bad both times that I have been here. I’ve gotten acrylics here both times and they’ve broken the next day when they shouldn’t have broken. The quality of the acrylics has been worse here than at any other place I have gone to. The service there was also awful, so hostile and aggressive. The lady doing my nails kept messing up the polish and then blaming me and being rude about it. There is definitely no relaxing here. While my acrylics were being put on I couldn’t have a moment of relaxation because I was being nagged to pay for other services that the salon provided, it was very uncomfortable because she continued to be persistent after I would decline. The next day I came back to get my nail fixed after it broke and they were very rude about it. The put it back on very sloppy with some of the acrylic stuff still hardened and stuck under my nail after words. And the nail polish I think I could have done better myself with some of it still smudged around the nail. I’m not typically the one to write reviews but I didn’t want anyone else to waste their time and money there like I have, I have also never experienced customer service like that.

Great service, love the look of my nails. Massaging chairs are worth the charge alone. Friendly staff, and quick work. I am going back, again and again.

Ive been going to this salon for more than three years now. Usually have my nails done with Sandra. Went in to do my nails with her before thanksgiving holiday and she wasnt there so I decided, I guess Ill try having someone else do my nails. And here comes a new face older lady was really nice and all but so obvious didnt have no experience at all with color acrylic. This started to fall apart within three days, went in and complained to the lady whos always in charge there. Dont know her name, she was rude thinking I wanted something for free which I never complained all the years going here. Immediately she began speaking in her language to the others which her face expressions said it all. After having my nails redone with Sandra, they still went ahead and charge me for the job redone. Never again at this place. Do not spend your money here, its not worth it.😒

(I had acrylics) I wasnt asked what kind of nail shape I want; I guess the default is round...not the best choice. Not the worst nails, but there are better places.

Went at about 7:30 at night I know it’s late but I don’t get out of work till late and I had a wedding to go to the next day. Literally it says it closes at 8, they weren’t busy and they told me no look at the sign it says 7:30 closing time ... nope it says closed at 8. All this while a nasty attitude. Never going there again! Not because of the fact that they couldn’t see me but because of lying and attitude. Ew.

I come here while the boy in my house go for a hair cut next door. I akways enjoy coming here, reasonable priced. Great pedicures, massage is Amazing. It never feels like they are trying to rus u out. They take their time and do a great job.

I use to go here all the time when I first moved here and loved. Then after 7 months of going things started to change and they became more and more rude. The one nail tech even made my daughter cry (shes 10) because she had an ingrown and the lady was basically making fun of her and embarrassing her, and talking very loudly for the rest of the salon to hear. You could tell this made the staff and other clients there very nervous and uncomfortable. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ive been going to cobe nails and they are 1,000 times better, cleaner, customer service, and your nails dont chip and crack like they do here.

I was not pleased with this place at all! I use to go here all the time about 4 years ago, but moved I happened to be in town and went there since it was the only place I knew was good. I went to get a fill and felt rush since they had another appointment even though I had an appointment myself. 2 different people did my nails and it was not what I wanted! 3 days later I had to ho back because 2 nails had cracked. 1 week later another nail cracked! I didnt even waste my time going back to fix. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I was in town for work, and this salon was close to my hotel. I had a gel manicure and pedicure. A guy did my nails, and he did a really nice job. The price was reasonable, and the place is clean and nice.

Very Clean, Quick, Considerate. I had gel tips removed and a manicure. It was a very clean salon, the two employees there were very nice and they did a great job on my nails. Ill defjnitely be going back.

Humid. No AC. The door is open. Not convinient.

Went in for spa pedicure & spa mani and needless to say it was far from that. Was in and out after both in 1 hour. Im accustomed to a spa pedicure lasting at the very least 1 1/2 hours. The Tech did not massage well and wasnt very friendly. Just moved to the area and this one is off this list to go back to.

We were visiting Clermont and I needed a pedi badly. I crossed my fingers and toes and walked in to Kim Nails.The interior is luxurious and very new. My tech was excellent; she has been working as a nail tech since she was 16. The television, although on, was on very quietly.The foot bath was wonderfully hot and the whole place is sparkling clean.Another tech did a magnificent job on another customers acrylics.I highly recommend and if this place were near me Id be in there frequently.

I recently moved to the area and have been searching for a nice nail salon. My friend referred me to this salon and I decided to give it a try. For one, the people that work here are very rude and take on way too many appointments/walk-ins at once, then rush you out the chair after doing a mediocre job. I went to have my acrylic nails refilled here on my first visit after getting them done at my old salon. All the nail tech did was continuously file the acrylic down, even after I told him that I was concerned about them breaking being longer and so thin. Just as I suspected not even a few days later, one broke and about 3 more followed in the days to come. I went back to have the first one fixed that had broken off and the nail tech blamed me for being too rough even though I insisted that this had NEVER happened to me before even with my nails being a little longer. He then said he wouldnt charge me for the fix and DID ANYWAY!! I will never be going back to this salon again and definitely would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to go either! Cobes Nails is much better and its not far from where Kims is located either.

Wost place. My first time and they pull my cuticule so hard that I started bleeding. 2 days later I have an in nfection. I had to go to the doctor and got antibiotics. I sent to the salon and spoke to Kim she was looking at me surprised. Dont waste yor time, money Or getting a bad infection!!

Horrible service. The guy that did my nails cut me and didn’t care at all. He was not gentle at all. He got mad when I said I didn’t like something. He got like fuming mad. He was being very impatient because it was 15 minutes until close so he didn’t take his time. I said I wanted something a certain way and he got mad like he didn’t want to do it like that. Horrible service I will never go back.
