I absolutely love love love my nails ladies let me just say mothers day weekend starting off amazing nice staff clean place quite spot so relaxing 😌 I also got my eyebrows done just amazing all the way around I live in davenport I will definitely take the drive to come back ❤️

This place is an absolute joke. Do not waste your time trying. They only have 1 tech working on a Saturday. They dont try and schedule you in if they are busy, they just say no. I dont understand how they can afford a store front, this is basically a home nail tech situation. The store looked dirty and run down as well. Paris nails is right around the corner, is very very clean, and is very accommodating. Dont waste your money here when you can go somewhere less than 5 minutes away and get a true nail salon experience.

Professional work, on time and friendly

Absolutely love their work and how incredibly kind they are! Super family friendly and even have their own children at the salon helping them with customers to get them done quicker. I have know them for years and had stopped coming to them due to distance but I am back and will be coming to them from now on once again NO MATTER WHAT! My definite go to. Always get exactly what I want and the prices are super good and well worth the amazing job! 5 STARS ALWAYS!!

Outstanding place . Ive been going to crystal nails for years. So worth it!! Ive never have been disappointed!!As for who rated before saying not to waste their time because of shortage of staff. You dont know what emergency situations could have occurred with the place before you got there . I believe it was very professional of the staff to not book you when having a short staff day. Just an example my nail tech was about close yesterday at 7pm and he took a customer when they were waiting for service down the block.

Love it made the same day service they did a awesome job! I love the color too thank you. They are a week but still love them. Thev have not lifted from the edges. I got the dip.

Havent gotten my nails done in a long time. In fact I had little stub fingers. Tam came highly recommended and he did not disappoint. He did a wonderful job and I will be back.

Miss Lynn constantly does an amazing job on my nails, I needed a new nail salon to go to and ran across Crystal nails, I decided to give them a try and I’m so happy I did. I’ve never had sets last so long and she takes such care and effort in what she does. I recommend going here to anyone, I get my money’s worth hands down and everyone in the shop is so welcoming and friendly!! My daughter gets her nail done here. The techs are nice but something always happens to her nails, it never fails. They fix the problem free of charge the first time but charge the 2nd time, but the fault lies on the tech. She really needs to use a dif salon, if not, she needs to realize she will have to accept something us going to happen. Ijs

Small place that is family own. Great personalized service without all the fancy distraction from other places. They a have a bilingual nail tech. They provide eyebrows service, nail powder,gel manicures and basic nail service.

Proceed with caution !!!Please do not go here ! I went out of desperation because I needed last minute services and my usual place was out of the way I do not typically write reviews but really felt I should warn others .First let me explain! I live right by here, everytime I would try to go they would be closed or unable to take me. That forced me to find another nail salon that I could go to regularly . I found one but it’s 30 mins away from my house But so worth it !! Trust me, even if you have to drive far to get your nails done, do it and don’t come here.Number one : the hours are a joke, they open and close when ever they want. I wouldnt bother driving there unless you call to make sure that someone is there. Yes, even if it is within the scheduled business hours.Number 2: the customer service is lackluster. If you are lucky enough to catch them during there sporadic business hours, they will blatantly just tell you to come back then ignore you. They make it seem like they are doing you a favor by taking your business. They offer no apologies when they have to turn you away, no remorse or nothing.3. If that still hasn’t stopped you from considering them . I finally was able to go in and get my nails and toes done. Here was my experience. First off, everything is dirty.Even the towels they make you dry your hands with. I could go on about my nails how they messed two of them up but all that is pretty minor. The horrific thing though was the pedi. Pedis are typically supposed to be relaxing, well this one was painful. It actually continued to hurt for even a few days after . On top of that my feet are sooooooo rough. The bottom of my feet are chafing and peeling from them scrubbing so hard. I’m so sad and worried that my feet will never return as soft as it was. I get pedicures once a month and my feet really didn’t require that aggressive scrubbing .They really don’t know what they are doing. I will not be going there again and I hope you don’t waste your time. If you do go, I really pray your experience is better than mines !

I went and got 2 full sets I went to my normal tech and this new guy did the other set and it was terrible.

Made an appointment waited 30-40 minutes & still wasn’t attended. Just to do my eyebrows! I had to leave.

Not clean at all. Got my nails done over a week ago and they still hurt. Shape is horrible and gel polish has streaks. Kids run around the salon and the nail techs come and go when they please. I do not believe they have air conditioner either.

The owner of the salon did my nails he burned me with the electric file 5 times filed off the edge of 2 of my nails exposing my nail beds making me bleed on top of that he made all the nails uneven halfway through I asked him to take them off he refused and told me to leave this place is filthy and rough do not go here unless you really want a infection
