Staff was friendly and very helpful. They fixed my issue the first time and took the time to explain the process unlike other places I had been to numerous times over the same issue. Happy new customer!

Probably one of the most frustrating customer service experiences one can have. Employee trying to do the right thing by helping everyone without even realizing she’s not helping anyone to the point where they can make a purchase and leave. If you have all day to spend at the pool store Instead of enjoying your pool definitely go to Leslie’s! I’d compare their service level to that of the DMV.

Friendly staff. Always very helpful when I came in with pool questions or problems. Even had help with ordering pool pump parts & had them shipped to my house. Recommend for Polaris repair as well.

Store has recently not been open during business hours, yet Google shows its open until 7pm. Nothing like wasting gas and not getting the product you need.

Im new to owning a pool and needed help. The man I met there, I think the manager, was so helpful. He listened to my issue and put together everything I needed with instructions so quickly! He was able to answer all of my questions and give solid advice. I really appreciated how personable and genuine he was.

The lady I spoke with was very kind, to the point, and helpful. Short hair I believe. Didnt catch her name.

If they dont have what I need they always point me in the right direction where to get it.

This little firm working here is not a very nice person. She carried on a conversation with her friend for about 45 mintues. Rude will NEVER BE BACK AGAIN

My experience was simply that on Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend I was furiously trying to replace my sand filter valve. For the three hours that I repeatedly tried to call them, their line was a steady busy. I realize this is peak season but no business should be too busy to at least answer a phone call within 3 hours. This was my first attempt at ever trying to buy something from this establishment. I find no reason to give them a second chance. Too many other options. I spent my money elsewhere today.

Excellent staff, I have always had excellent customer service at this location.

Just shopped at Leslie’s and picked up ZeoSand when I intended on buying silica. Spoke with James and he was very informative and accurate with the information he gave me as I researched online before I made a purchase. Store has so many different products from pumps to floats to parts for your filter or pumps. If they don’t have it in store they will help you get or find what you need. The customer service James provided was outstanding, I will recommend my family and friends here. Although, please get a voicemail setup and Facebook so reviews and/or questions can be left for the store, will also extend your network and bring in more customers. All is good here though!

Staff would rather sit outside and smoke and talk on the phone than help customer

Since all the knowledgeable staff quit last year this season has been terrible experience with the Clarksville location and I have witnessed other customers saying the same and it is for that reason I have taken my business else where a pool is too easy and expensive to mess up due to incompetence
