Summer of 2020 was our first summer with a pool. We tried self maintenance and products from just about everyone in town. Then we tried CPL and they corrected my issue in 1 visit. Patty now maintains it weekly. We have a sparkling clear pool and could not be happier with the service this company provides. We have had a pump replaced and other issues and every single one is fixed quickly the first time. Every employee we have been in contact with is top notch! I would give 6 stars if possible

DO NOT use this company. This summer my pool turned green, therefore, I contacted them about coming out to clean it and get it back in shape. After 3 visits from them, my pool was still green and the floor of the pool was incredibly nasty, even though they claimed to have vacuumed it each time. Finally, I gave up and tried to take care of it myself, which I was partially able to do using many bottles of clarifier. Then came the bill. I almost fell out when I opened the email with my invoice. $432 for a job that was half a$$ done. Again, seek other options. My pool didnt look any better after their visits than it did before they came. These pictures were taken a couple of days AFTER the 3rd cleaning.

We called on Monday and let the receptionist know that we were looking for a service tech to come out and check the gas pressures on the inlet and outlet of our heater and go through our heater to be sure everything was operating properly. We asked if this was something their company offered as we had contacted other pool companies that said they can service the heater but not check gas pressures. The receptionist said “Yes, this is something we do and can help you”. We scheduled an appointment for their soonest time available.Today we had 3 other companies at our pool and were waiting for Clarksville Pool and Leisure to show up to run their test. The service guy calls on his way here and says “I can’t check gas pressures but I can go through your heater and be sure everything is working good.” My husband states that are main concern was having the gas checked. The service tech lets him know that he can go through the heater to rule out anything operational because we are trying to figure out why it’s burning so much propane.The technician gets here, unscrews the face plate, looks inside for no more then 1 min and says “yes all looks good on the heater end, it’s got to be on your gas end. The technician says well it’s running so there is nothing more for me to do. Mind you it’s always been running and they knew that. He did not check anything inside our heater and we had 3 other companies here standing here in disbelief that this technician did absolutely nothing to inspect our heater. We wrote a $75 check for this company to come and unscrew 4 screws that we have done ourselves, multiple times. Save your money and don’t use this company!

This company is the best in Clarksville. The maintenance tech David is very knowledgeable and can diagnosis problems in a second. The cleaning tech Patty has attention to detail unlike anyone I have seen. Wouldnt work with another company if they paid me.

We wont let anyone else touch our pool except clarksville pool and leisure, they have always been professional, reliable and honest. We had nothing but exceptional service from day one from all of the staff here and truly appreciated all their hard work they put into getting our pool looking the best its ever been. Thank you guys!

I have been extremely impressed with CPL since I switched over a little over a year ago. They took over a very tough situation with my pool because the maintenance company I hired before just stopped showing up and left me really needing some help. CPL stepped up and it has been great ever since. Their communication is top notch and you know every time they have been to your pool with a full report even if it is just for a cleaning. Randy and David have taken great care of me and I am very grateful. I know I can only give 5 stars but really I would double that to 10 stars if I could because it has been a really great experience!

Awesome experience with this company . First off the pool tech patty came to our home to clean our pool . Answered all our questions about how to keep our pool clean, clear. how to test our pool and what chemicals to put. Patty was very polite in answering our questions and showing us hands on how to care for our pool. Also David came too fixed our pipes that were leaking to the motor and filter very great work very friendly honest person . We found our pool company .

Was really hoping they would work out, the receptionist was nice and the tech that came out seemed super knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, theres a consistent lack of organization in both scheduling, ordering parts, and billing.Scheduling was tough and I am not sure why. Seems like the tech and the person ordering the part need to fix the issue misunderstood each other maybe. I had to call to follow up because no one called me back and it was as if they had no idea there was supposed to be a follow up appt. (think this caused the billing issue too). Meanwhile, my pool was running water from the jet.After they messed up my bill, evidently they sent me a second bill with an $11 charge to fix their error. I missed the email and was charged a late fee of $5 a day for it until they called to ask about it.Not sure where their disconnect is in communication, but it is apparent. Lots of potential... just not quite there.

Clarksville Pool and Leisure have a great team. Put in a beautiful new liner and did salt conversion to our pool. Cant wait for the summer to fully enjoy it. Would recommend going to team for all your pool needs.

Exceptional Veteran-Owned Small Business! I would strongly recommend this company to anyone in need. I have an in-ground pool and have been a Clarksville Pool and Leisure customer for several years. They have performed minor chemical and maintenance adjustments, repaired plumbing issues, replaced a pump and most recently completed a complex, custom pool liner replacement. I could not be more pleased with the customer service I’ve received. The lead technician, David, is an expert at his craft and the owner personally made several visits to my residence to check on progress and ensure we were satisfied with the work. I’ve tried several other pool services in Clarksville, but Clarksville Pool and Leisure is by far the best!

I cant say enough good about Clarksville pool and leisure and the crew that works for this company. Ive lived in Clarksville for a long time and I have had a lot of work done to my house by different services and this company by far had the BEST customer service I have every had. First person I would like to give recognition to is Lisa their receptionist. She was very professional, caring and nice. Secondly, to the crew that work on my pool. Tyler and his co-worker was VERY PROFESSIONAL, Courteous, responsive to customers needs and concerned about their work being high quality. I had them come out and clean my pool after I got it opened for the season. The first time they came out they did a good job but it still had some dirt residues on the bottoms of the pool especially in the deep end. I called the company and I spoke with Lisa about this issue. With in a couple of hours the crew was back out to my house cleaning the pool again. At the same time they were VERY APOLOGETIC, concerned and professional. I recommend this company for your pool service and I WILL DEFINITELY use them again 🙂!

If you are like me, and have lived in the Clarksville area for an extended amount of time, you know how hard it has gotten to find good, quality services in the area. Be it a good lawn company that does not mow down your perennials, or a reliable home contractor, good service is like the searching for the Holy Grail in this city. Finding a good pool service has been no less frustrating for me, and I think doubly so as it is a specialty service without a lot of companies in the area to choose from. Finding Clarksville Pool and leisure was honestly just a stab in the listings for me of what was left, after deducting who I had already tried. Please DO NOT confuse them with Clarksville Pools, as they are NOT the same company. From my first call to Clarksville Pool an Leisure and my Im so frustrated! discussion with their receptionist, to my experience with the technician (who was actually on time!), dealing with them was a great experience. The technician spent the time to listen to my issues, and go over my pool problems step by step. He showed me some tips, and made some suggestions that he said I might want to consider in the future with my pool pump. Bottom line, opening my pool this spring went from being a MAJOR source of stress to me, to my issues being investigated, explained and helped with. We have been using Clarksville pool and Leisure for a few years and am personally enjoying them handling opening and closing my pool for me. The staff on the phone and in person have all been friendly and professional with us. I would totally recommend them to everyone I know!!

HORRIBLE!!!!! FLAKY!!! BEWARE!!! Being new to area, this company was designated in our home closing and has done nothing but be a NO SHOW! The Office Mgr girl LISA WARLING whom I spoke to in great depth about our needed Spring cleaning and she bragged about how ALL the other pool companies are SO FLAKY but not them!!!! WELL, she ignorantly failed to put us supposedly in the scheduling system repeatedly and when u call them to ask where they are????, all she says is “sorry”, and we’ll come out the next day, then the next day and then just NEVER arrives at all!!!!!! NO PHONE CALL! NOTHING! She was blatantly smitten & didn’t care that she had her pool tech flake over 3 times!!! Additionally, this company is OVERPRICED BIG TIME!!!! Almost $400.00 to pull off a pool cover and throw shock treatment in it WITHOUT ANY ACTUAL CLEANING EVEN INCLUDED! She says, cleaning would be EXTRA $150.00!!!WARNING ⚠️!!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND DON’T CALL THIS COMPANY!!!

Very disappointing. I called to have my pool cleaned and they sent someone out. The only thing they did was net out a little of debris and add some shock. My pool ended up looking worse than when they started. I called and was told to give it 24-48 hrs and if it wasnt clear to call back. I called back in 2 days and they said they would sent someone back out but that I would have to pay again which I thought was ridiculous since I had paid but wasnt satisfied with the service. Then they send me another invoice for the chemicals they used. My experience was not good & I definitely would not recommend this company .

If you start business with this company make sure everyone in your family is fully knowledgeable of what is going on for they will mom and pop you.If you make a mistake and miss a single payment they will drop you like a hotcake and refuse to discuss with you options to fix any misunderstandings. Their excuse is new people that dont know better. I believe that is called under training. The owner is rude and will not listen to anything a customer has to say when they call to try to resolve an issue and try to find out what is going on. They will break your equipment and make you pay to get it repaired and go well above what they had sent as an estimate.On a positive note they were good until you become human and make a mistake.

These guys come out twice after making me wait for weeks. All I needed was a small patch and a cleaning and they could not even do that. I called Angels tech inc. and he come out the next day in the rain and now my pool is crystal clear.
