My mom called to see if anyone could service my pool at the house I just bought. Preston said he’d fit us in. When he arrived he looked at the pool, gave us one option and said sorry I can’t help you ladies can you show me out. Then told us to YouTube it. Not professional at all. Was in a rush to get to other appointments.

Preston ordered and half installed an inground pool liner for us. Took the money and left the rest of the installation to us to finish. Afterwards we discovered he miss ordered the pool liner size and now it has wrinkles that make it very difficult to clean. Avoid him and his business at all costs.

Didnt called to confirm appointment. I called him 5 minutes after he was suppose to be here to repair my spa. He told me he wasnt coming today. I put my day on hold, and rescheduled my clients appointment with me to accommodate him being here. He got and attitude with me when i told him about being unprofessional.

Preston stopped by my house the afternoon I called just to take a look at my pool pump. Extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Will definitely call him if I need pool assistance. Excellent location for those living around Tiny Town Rd

Preston is so very good at any type of pool service. If you call him and you are in a pinch, hes there as soon as he can be there. I am so blessed that I found him. I would recommend him to anyone with a pool!

WOW! Preston is fantastic; answers his phone on a holiday, & when he heard we were in a pinch trying to open our pool, he swung by the house on his way home to help!! Thats customer service! Why would you go anywhere else?
