Ive always had some kind of problem with nail places, but they did amazing 👏 shape and length was perfect and they did it quick without rushing it! Massage chairs at the pedicure station were heavenly and he did a great job on my feet

This was my first time there, and they were amazing! They had me wash hands before even touching the pen to sign in (as was noted on their door as well). Very clean. The pedicure was perfect. I loved the little foot/leg massage they did and the massage chair was super relaxing, with a view of their fish. The gel nail manicure couldnt have gone better. They did everything I like, with no pain like Ive experienced at some places. The lady that did my manicure was very careful to make sure they were done to perfection, and cleaned up all of the edges nicely and thoroughly. It was all done quickly enough for me to still run errands and make it to an event with time to spare. Will definitely return here and would recommend! *UPDATE: Ive come here every time since and LOVE how she did my July 4th nails!

My mom and I had our nails done here a week ago. The initial experience was nice and the price was more affordable than other places we’ve been to. However, when we got home that night, we noticed that the polish on our nails had not been painted all the way back to the cuticle. Between my work schedule and going out of town for a few days, we weren’t able to go back until a week later. By this point, each of us had nails that the polish was peeling off. We’ve never had gel nail polish peeling off after barely a week. We went in today to see if they could redo our nails since they were not completely painted and were already peeling. The man we spoke with got a very defensive attitude and said the gaps between our nails and our cuticles was because of natural nail growth. We tried telling him that they looked like that even the day we had them done. He tried claiming that they don’t paint back to the cuticle and insisted he would only fix one nail apiece for my mom and I. There was another female employee talking to him very loudly and making it clear she was annoyed. They fixed one of my nails by completely redoing the polish but on my mom, they just put on another coat of polish (and still left part of the nail unpainted). We thought we may have found a new salon to go to but we won’t be coming back here again.

I walked in and they got me right in! I got the dip and usually it’s a little uneven and too many layers at all of the other places I’ve gone to and she did it perfectly!! It’s flat and even and actually looks like my actual nail and I got a green color that I love! They also have real ivy growing in the shop which is super aesthetically pleasing! So cute. Would 5/5 recommend!

I come here all the time, and there is only one girl that will allow to do my nails! Today I went and a different lady cut my acrylics way to short, and charged me $5 for it when I didn’t even tell her to do so! Then she wanted to charge me $5 extra for glitter! If I would have gotten the girl I like to do my nails, I wouldn’t have written this!

I had a terrible experience with this place. The lady rushed the whole time and I wanted dip powder and the lady put acrylic on my nails and then put 1 coat of dip, It wasn’t shaped right, I told her many times this is wrong and she didn’t listen to one thing i said. So then when I told them im not paying because these are terrible to where it got to where I could bend them backwards and break them, The closing lady took all my nails off aggressively and was not professional at all. I do not recommend Kayce to do your nails or it will not turn out the way you want it too.

Make sure you take cash with you or you cannot tip and these guys definitely deserve to be tipped. First time getting my nails done here this afternoon and I was impressed. Got a mani/pedi and left so relaxed. Good prices and service, will be back. Heads up due to covid, Im guessing, its scheduled ahead appointments only at this time so call before you head in.

Paid $45. for a pedicure that took about 15 minutes. Didnt cut my cuticle or clip my toenails.

Came in for pedi and polish change. Chose a vibrant pink polish from their color charts. After getting tors done moved to front area of salon with good lighting and toes we’re definitely orange. Pointed out color difference between the color on my toes versus their chart and was told it was because bottle of polish was old. So because their stick is old and colors do not match their charts I’m supposed to be okay with whatever the color comes out looking like. They made no offer to change polish or in any way to make this right. Very poor business practices.

Horrible experience!! I came here for a manicure and pedicure on a Wednesday (shellac) on that Saturday the polish nail started to come off. I called the nail place and told me to come back for them to fix, due to work I was not able to made it back in until Tuesday morning and now 5 nails were chip. I asked to redo my nails not just those and they said they were going to charge me again and they can only fix the 5 nails. I will never come back here! I was rushed that Wednesday and long story short I walked out and I end up at another nail salon to get my nails done again and having to pay....

My nails were going swell, until I asked to get coffin shape. My nails look like a mix of squoval and square. She (Jenny) didn’t put much time into the shape of my nails and I’m very disappointed with this, because I have a dance and all I wanted was some coffin nails. Not to mention she didn’t ask where I wanted the different colors I picked out, and just started painting without questions asked. Then after that, the design I got was good, until she thought she was done, and began to wipe away my design on my nail, then continued to add another coat, ignoring the fact my design looked like it was being wiped away.

Myself and 2 others visited for pedicures only. i was told over the phone pedicures were $25. when got there found out it was $40 and $55 for gel. i was paying for all 3 of us as treat, which turned out to be double what i wanted to pay. i left a small tip due to the price and i overheard them talking about my tip. this was my first visit here. they were very professional and friendly and facility was clean which was a big plus. wish i was told all the price differences over the phone instead of when i got there

Great experience! They have lots of staff, so you dont have to wait! Everyone there is super nice and all do an excellent job. Very efficient with time. They get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time, I can get a pedicure and fill-in no longer than one hour and fifteen minutes on most visits. I Highly recommend, you wont be disappointed.

I live 45 minutes away from Nail Pro and I still refuse to go anywhere else! Ive been getting my fill ins done here for about 6 months and it’s the only place I’ve ever been where every employee in the salon does an amazing job. They usually have a lot of kids in there running around but they never get too noisy or in the way and they’re also cute and funny to watch! I was looking for a nail salon in the area and saw this place had good reviews so I decided to give It a tryThis will be my new regular nail place. I needed my dip nails removed, a manicure and then a gel polish on my real nails. She did a GREAT job. My nails look great, she was really friendly and super sweet and my favorite thing : FAST and efficient. I so appreciate that Bc sometimes I’m dying to get my nails done and dreading how long I.t will take but she worked really quickly and my nails look awesome, best they have looked in a long time.So I’m really please and I will be back

I love this place! I’ve been numerous times and I’ve never had to wait more than 2 or 3 minuets. They’re all so sweet, and gentle when it comes to the nail care. The pricing is great! No over-pricing. It’s always clean, too. I would recommend this salon to anyone!The only thing that may be considered frustrating, is that they don’t do any waxing!

I dont get my nails done frequently, and whenever I want to Im never sure where to go. I went here based on other reviews and am happy I did!My nails were already short, so, I opted for the acrylic with gel on top. I like to look clean and professional. So, my main concern was them looking obnoxiously fake.The acrylic part actually was only put on the tips on my nails with the gel over it. It feels so much more natural!I also went for the more rounded look.. I wasnt happy with the shape at first because it looked so fake to me.. but the woman helping me was happy to fix them how I asked and kind about it.Overall Im super happy with how they turned out! Definitely would recommend. Just a heads up-- bring cash for tips! You cant add it on the card :(

It was ok, but I’ve had far better. The lady repeatedly ignored my question of how much stuff cost and tried to push me into spending more and more. Also, the lady who did my daughter’s nails just ignored her every time my daughter would speak to her. They rushed through everything. It wasn’t an enjoyable or pampering experience. I won’t be back.

Came for a fill-in. The lady that did my nails was very kind and definitely did a great good on my nails. My nails were crooked and were not shaped right. She fixed it and really took her time to make my nails nice and I am coming back for sure.

I have always had good experiences here up til today. I came in just to have my nails painted. There was no wait but I was at the table for an hour! She literally used a file to take all the gel nail polish off. She then proceeded to charge me $25 which is more than I paid the previous visit when I had acrylic nails removed and a gel manicire. Last time I paid $16. I left and realized they arent even dry. Very unsatisfied

Go here every two weeks and have done so for years. Me and my mother go together and then get lunch. Absolutely luv all the staff and they know us by name now too and we even have our favorite techs but all are great! A definite recommend!!

One star seems too much. I had the nail dip done, which I have been doing at another salon for over 2 years without issue. Pro Nail is about $10 more, but I was in a crunch and couldnt get into my normal place so I thought maybe Id get what I paid for. No such luck. Within a week I had to return because the dip was very thin and my nail broke, which is not the norm. Most salons guarantee the dip for 2 weeks, thats how good it is if done right. After waiting about 45 minutes for my repair, I was told that the problem was my nail and not the dip. Again, if the dip is done right, the nail wont break and I was sure to let them know this. I insisted they repair the nail, which prompted him to put a different clear coat on, which doesnt work with the dip stregtheners, etc. Less than a week later, the new top coat is peeling and the color is wearing out. So, if you are considering this salon for a nail dip, save your money and go somewhere else. And if youre an existing customer, based on their prices and quality of work, you can find much better work, much cheaper.

Very nice people, price is ok but outcome was terrible. Had the dip done on Tuesday, on Thursday 1 finger started chipping by the next Tuesday almost all fingers were chipping. I dont think their products are very good. Ive had this done at 2 different salons and my nails never chipped and it was 4 weeks in between.

The first time I visited last year was for a pedicure and they did an OK job. One of my favorite parts of a pedicure is when they use a foot file. However, they barely touched my feet with it. The second time was recently, and I went in with a gel manicure. The manicure lasted about two days before one chipped and noticed she had clipped some of my skin after leaving.Also, since I dont come here often, I forgot that theres not a way to add a tip to the credit card receipt, and I didnt have cash on me. The girl seemed not so happy that I didnt have cash on me. I felt terrible and ran out to the ATM and brought her a tip back. I think because of the latter, I wont be back.

The selection of polishes at this salon is the best in town by far. They stock all the newest colors and all of your old favorites, too. They also carry three or four brands of polishes, which is unusual. The atmosphere a bit chaotic and the decor is a little stale. Sloppy wall paint doesnt exactly inspire confidence when youre coming in for a great paint job on your nails! The techs do an excellent job, though, so dont worry. Just overlook the facilities and enjoy the affordably-priced menu of services.

The best pedicure ever!!

I came to this salon about a month ago, it had been at least a year or more since I had gotten my nails done at a salon! I always got the acrylic, and went every other week for a fill in, but this time I tried the gel nails, not only did they last almost 4 weeks, the color still looked good, and my real nails looked good and growing. Jenny, the nail technician, takes pride in her work, takes her time, and she is sweet as well, needless to say I wont be going anywhere else for my nail needs, Ive been very pleased with the results the 2 times Ive been so far. If you are willing to spend some money on a great set of nails, I highly recommend nail pro, Clarksville, IN. and Jenny! You get what you pay for, I do pay, but its worth every penny spent! Highly satisfied!!!!

So, I went to get my nails done last night here. I will never be back. I dont know if it was because the were busy or what, but the man doing my nails put no effort into my acrylics. He completely skipped a step. He didnt size up nails together. My pinkies are two separate lengths. They also didnt know what almond was so ya. Do not approve.

Took my husband here for his first pedicure on his birthday, and he loved it. Very clean shop, great selection of polish shades, and very quick, yet thorough. We will definitely be back!
