I love this nail salon. I wont go anywhere else. Im sure there are plenty good nail places but this one is the first one that hasnt completely botched the coffin shape. Most places Ive been too make them so rounded on the sides in the coffin shape, and they always feel to thick.My nail tech actually took the time to correct his own mistake before letting me walk out with messed up nails and I never had to complain.The prices are pretty average for the area. Absolutely love itMy cuticles dont feel mutilated when I leave here.

5 stars!! This is the only nail salon I go to now and I drive almost 30 min to get here. Their prices are great, the people who work their are wonderful and they take their time. Very clean and relaxing place. The owner is very attentive and shows a lot of care for all his customers. Best nail salon around hands down!

Went there because of reviewsI sat and waited almost 15 minutes past my appointment time. I got the full deluxe pedicure and didnt get half of what they had offered. I made a comment multiple times regarding this and wad ignored.At the end to pay my nails were not fully coated and expressed i wouldnt be paying full price.I still had to even after 4 techs came by to check. I then come home (didnt go ANYWHERE) To my foot BLEEDING.Worst experience ever.

My boyfriend and I got our nails done and we loved it. I got a full set which turned out beautiful. My boyfriend got a manicure and it looks good. My only complaint is the person who did the manicure. She was a little rough. Otherwise beautiful place and people! Been going since 2015!!

The service here was amazing.After wearing acrylic nails for 2 years straight with no breaks, I decided to finally have them taken off and do a regular gel mani and a pedicure. Usually when you go to get nails removed they rip them off and your poor hands and nails and left jagged and sad. But my nail tech was so gentle. She soaked them off and sanded them down. When she was done my nails didnt look half bad after all.She then gave me an awesome pedicure and manicure. I will definitely be back!

The manager was VERY RUDE. I got a dip nail and the older man doing my nails gave me the wrong color for my nails. He did one nail and I noticed that it was the wrong color. I told him it was wrong, and he didn’t even take off the wrong color to start over. He proceeded to cover it with another color. The whole time he was doing my nails he was rushing and not taking his time AT ALL. My nails were left bumpy. I payed anyway and proceeded to try and tell the manager or owner I wasn’t happy with how I was serviced and he didn’t even look up and acknowledge me. He was at the register counting money and just brushed me off. While I was trying to further talk to him he got an atttitude with me an started saying something to his coworkers. At that point I was getting agitated myself and asked for my receipt, he didn’t even do that! So I took at myself and crumpled it up. He started giving me a nasty look and just being overly rude. I and my family are usual customers here, and I have been going here for the past 3 years. But after this experience I’ll never come back again.

This was only the second time I went there, because I thought the first time was just a bad day for them. Well I was wrong. The staff was unprofessional. I felt I was bothering them or holding them from eating or making their phone calls or facetime. The first time I was charged $45 for a gel manicure just to pay $25 the second time for the same thing. The entire time I felt that I was being talked about. Customer Service was absolutely terrible. Never going back there.

I recently got a gel manicure and it has lasted longer than any one Ive gotten before! It has been 18 days and still isnt peeling! The employees were kind and the experience was great!

I went there today and Im more than satisfied with the outcome of my nails. My nails turned out exactly like the pic I showed her but I think mine are better than the pic she went by. Theyre super friendly and very professional. I found my new nail shop.

I love this shoppeIt has a great atmosphere, theyre Nice (wow) and they always do a a GREAT job on my hands and feet EVERYTIME 😀 so for a nail salon I believe those qualities are becoming harder and harder to find thats why I wanted to review them theyre overall a great place to come for any mani pedi occasion.

I hate to be that person...but I definitely was not pleased with service here. The nail tech that did pedicure was par service at best...clipped nails and just left them all a mess. Didnt even add a top coat when he was done, I had to ask another tech bc he just left and went outside. And spent more time checking his phone then he did the pedicure....then my friend had treatments skipped and her tech made remarks saying ewww while working on her...just unprofessional all the way around....it wasnt TERRIBLE but definitely wayyyyy better places to go.

The employees were very nice. They did a great job on my nails, my daughters nails and my 4 year old granddaughters nails. Our nails are beautiful! Thank you Angel Nails!!

Had the WORST experience ever here. I was told the first visit to just get tips and let my real nails grow out so I could later get an overlay. Well 3 visits later my real nails were grown up well over my fingertips..Tina said they were ready to soak off and do overlay. An old man sat down, soaked my nails off and then proceeded to MANGLE them. He filed them all the way down to my fingertips. He cut my finger on the side and under one of my thumbs he pulled the skin from the nail so bad that it’s literally in pain now. The color paint I picked was a medium deep red...he started painting and it was BRIGHT pinkish red. I politely said it was different and he took the tester off the table so I couldn’t see the one I chose anymore, went and got another one that was weirdly lighter but still not the same shade on my nails....they got an attitude about it and the old man threw my hand down waiting to see if I would argue more and want them re painted...then they charged me MORE than a full set. Also, the guy didn’t ask if I wanted them shorter. They were short as it was. The plan was to leave the little length there was. He just did it and filed them ALL the way down.Update: the clear cost is peeling less than 24 hours later cause there was so many bumps and such under it. -_-

Love the outcome of my nails, I got ombre pink to white, and they are flat, not bumpy like the last time I got them somewhere else. My issue is I wanted purple to white ombre and he said he could do it, but didnt. I also wanted my nails a little on the short side since they grow too fast. But I found myself filing them down since they were still a little too long. He also cut me multiple times when drilling my cuticle. And only put on one top coat layer where I normally would get like 3 with other places. Very nice experience and very clean though. They were very nice as well, just a little hiccup in my experience. I would go back for sure.

Very rude and over priced for poor quality. I showed him issues with my nails he shoved my hands back at me. If I could give 0 stars I would. I posted pictures on Facebook

When I came in, I asked for a fill in and pedi. The lady ran the water and it was super hot. I asked the lady next to where I was to adjust the temperature. It was still hot but she did continue adjusting it until she got it right. The 1st lady just walked away and never checked temp or anything. It couldve ran over as far as she knew. Joseph came over to take care of me and he did a phenomenal job. Ive been here before but Joseph made me want to be a repeat client. Prices are a bit high but I will come so he can take care of my nails n feet at least monthly.

A fight broke out between two employees and the police had to be called, right in the middle of me and my moms pedicure. Cathy one of the workers told us to come to Angel nails the next day and she would give us our service for free and she did not. She straight up lied

I usually love coming here but today was just not a good experience my friend asked for a simple heart on her toes for Valentine’s Day the younger man told her no I asked the lady doing mine and she went and told him to do it if he didn’t know how he should have asked someone else this is what she got she asked him to take it off and he did it again looked the same way she then wanted it taken off and just white but he didn’t take it off she waked out not happy with what she just spent her money on

Went in for a fill in and white tips. They started on me as soon as I walked in. I had my 9 month old with me and my nail tech was very patient and thorough with me. They did a great job. Im very pleased.

This was my first time here, the guy who did my nails was so rough he kept snatching my hands even when I made him aware that he was rough he never stopped. I told him I did not want him to touch my nails anymore I did not get polish. There was apology or empathy NOTHING...

I got the #3 pedicure and an eyebrow wax. They did a fabulous job with both. My eyebrows are perfect. The pedicure was amazing. He was gentle with the tools, and took his time with the massage. Although they were quite busy, I never felt that things were being rushed. My legs and feet are smooth and satiny, and the color is beautiful!

I like this nail salon. Theyre reasonably priced. Try to get one of the ladies or the men in the front row.. Theyre the best.

I have had a lot of pedicures in a lot of different places, but Ive never walked out of a salon as completely satisfied as I was tonight. The folks there are friendly, professional, and helpful. I was stunned that the techniques they used never hurt for a second--they were completely gentle and knew exactly what they were doing. They have a vast array of color choices, and their massage chair worked like a dream (hooray!). (Lets face it, one of the main reasons I get pedicures is for those chairs, and Ive been to places where they didnt even work.) I will never get my pedicure anywhere but Angel Nails as long as I live in Clarksville

Upon walking in you will notice an immaculately tidy salon. Everything is modern and minimal. The staff was super friendly, and made sure my friend and I were comfortable. I will definitely be coming back.

The technician today was so kind and he did a superior job on my pedicure. He made my toes look beautiful. He also made my soles of my feet and calves feel so relaxed! The new volcano pedi system smells delish and is smooth while soothing! I highly recommend this establishment for their customer service skills and cleanliness! ❤️

The worst while I am at the salon I am writing this review came in with my mom and sister in law our toes look like we had them done over 1 week ago already and we just got them done not only that but they cut my sister in law and myself. They had my sister in law waiting And they tried fixing my nails twice and still doesn’t look good they asked me if I wanted to pay extra $15 for a polish that lasts longer the money isn’t anything but the job they did was horrible the worst place I been too don’t waste your money and time in this place I could of done my own nails.

They do NOT pay attention to detail. I asked for Gel Polish and they gave me DIP. When I didn’t put it on the paper NOR did SAY I wanted DIP! I won’t be back!

Ive had the most beautiful ombre nails done here and they are super fast also. Ive never had to wait long to be serviced either 🥰

Excellent customer service did my nails exactly how i wanted Thiv ans the lady that did my feet were so pleasant and attentive. Im voiding from California ans needed my nails done since this quarantine is lifted and they even stayed open late. Well worth it this is definitely my new go to salon when Im in town. My experience this last Sunday I was not Pleased with them 1st off they were rude amd kept grabbing & just rude I ended up having them redo my nails but before they re did them they tried asking me could I come back later before I left they finished but Im not going back ‼‼ Just Rude ‼‼‼

It was my first time going here. I had Dip previously on my nails. Instead of soaking them the owner decides to stick a fake nail under my dip that’s currently on my nail and rips half of my real nail off. I start Bleeding & she says sorry. Continues to work on my nail with blood on it with the tools. Also goes to the lady’s nails next to me without changing gloves. Then she finally finished with my nails and didn’t even offer a discount. I asked Her if she was going to give me anything off. She gave me 4.50 off and also made a big deal about paying for the mask they gave me. It wasn’t clean, and she was very rough. I would Not reccomend.

It was a good pedicure but I can still see the parts of my toenails that werent painted on the side. Had to come home and re-file my toes cause they werent even.

Great colors, good vibes and service

I gave them three stars due to the outcome of my eyebrows. I went in to get a manicure, pedicure and brow waxed on the 22 October. Everything else went fine but once I got my eyebrows waxed I could feel it was stinging more than usual. However I blew it off. It wasn’t until the next day I could feel the area that was waxed swelling. By 24 October the area was completely scared. I wish I could post a picture how it looked. I went in show the technician at the desk what happened. I wanted a refund but was given a gift certificate for $10. I wouldn’t recommend this shop for a brow waxed based off my experience with them.

I just moved to TN and I wanted to get my nails done for the first time in 4 years, so I chose Angel Nails. Im so glad I did. My nails look amazing. On top of the nail tech doing a good job, the salon was clean and everyone was kind. Ill be going there for now on.

I had a very nice pedi experience at this nail salon. The tech did a wonderful job on my ingrown toenail and dead skin. It had a friendly/homey atmosphere. Many times the nail techs are not friendly, or want to talk too much for me to enjoy my service. Angel Nails had a happy balance. I also had no trouble understanding my tech.

The only place I go to for a pedi freindly & they get you in & out highly recommended

This place exceeded all my expectations. I am new to the area, but tried a couple different places, but wasnt happy with the service I got until going to Angel Nails. Although I went on a Saturday and things got very busy I didnt feel like they did a rush job. Technician did an amazing job and I will definitely be back.

Had a great experience here last night. The ladies are nice, the place is beautiful and the paint selection is fantastic. It was my second time there. They take there time so plan for at least an hour or an hour and a half for mani/pedi. They do a fantastic job. I love my nails and toes!

I can see why this place as great reviews!! I received a shellac manicure and spa pedicure and it was the best mani/pedi Ive ever gotten. My nail tech was an absolute perfectionist and did a nice job and of course the hand massage was amazing. I also felt the pedicure was very thorough. They took their time and it was very relaxing. Ive been searching for a great nail spot for what seems like forever.... I think Ive finally found it!

So I havent gotten my nails done in a long time because of my Rheumatoid arthritis. Zack did my nails and he was so gental with my hands and was so focused on his work and did a FABULOUS job! I will for now on only go to Angel Nails and ask for Zack.

I went in for a pedicure at 7:45... They closed at 8pm. They were very friendly & welcoming. The gentleman who helped me did an awesome job. The massage he gave my foot & legs were VERY relaxing. I did not want him to stop. And it only costed $35. Thank you!

Honestly I was not impressed with my nails. I’m overly annoyed that I payed $55.50 when I asked 5-6 times for REGULAR polish and the guy basically refused and used GEL which I know is an additional $25! I will never be back.

I have been going to Angel Nails for almost 2 years. I have always had great service and good quality. This last time, for some reason I had issues with my nail polish chipping off my toenails by the next day. I went in and the polish was removed and toenails re-painted in a new color free of charge. I am unsure what caused the issue with chipping; this has never happened in the past. However, I was happy that I was given the quality product that I had paid for in the 1st place. I will absolutely continue coming here to get my pedicures. Its nice to see a business that truly takes care of their customers.

Got a full set and eyelash extensions today. The nails are ok I guess, but the eyelash extensions that I paid 35$ for started hanging off & came off not even 5 hours after I left. Complete waste of money.

I got a fill with gel color and designs for $30!! The work was perfectly done (and Im so picky its unreal). I went to two places before here, which was a big mistake because one did a TERRIBLE job on my nails, and I went somewhere else to get them redone and got charged $70 for imperfect nails. They re shaped the ones I had so that they looked amazing, and did a beautiful design. Definitely going back!!!!

Kim is AMAZING! i had previously gotten a full set from another shop. I came in to see if she could do my refill because the other shop was too busy. Not only did she do my refill, but my nails looked 10x better. Definitely will be back!

Honestly the worst experience ive ever had here was tonight, they usually do a great job but were under staffed which was OK because I understand things happen. I was fine until they sent a young lady to do my pedicure who OBVIOUSLY had no idea what she was doing. The guy next to her kept trying to help but it was horrible my feet look worse than when I came in and one of my nails is cut down painfully short. I just wish that if they didnt have the staff they would have just turned me away. Im so disappointed. $55 waisted 😣

Quality work I was very impressed with my visit I had went to another nail salon prior and lets just say the salon is my new place to go!!

I got my nails done on Friday June 22nd, 2018. Today is June 29, 2018 and I have had 2 nails completely break in half. The service was average at best. My nails were started on and then in middle I was told to sit in a chair and wait. I requested a full set and a pedicure. I left with no pedicure because they were closing and there was no time. I arrived at the shop well before they closed but by the time my nails were finished, there was no time to do the pedicure. As far as the nails that have broken off, I’m quite upset. There is literally no reason my nails should have broken in half after a week. Especially when I haven’t put any real force or done anything that would cause them to break. Not pleased at all with the experience.

Ive gone to four or five other nail salons in Clarksville, but always come back to Angel Nails. Its a cute, family-run place and in the 5 months Ive been coming here, Ive never had a bad experience.

Thanks to my friends advice, I found a new pedicure home in the area! I really liked that they opened a NEW PACKAGE OF TOOLS and My nails look so cute. I will never go anywhere else.

First time I went the experience was good. Second Time around I sat for 10 minutes and knowone asked me if i wanted help, a girl walks in AFTER me and gets immediate service. I proceed to say out loud that I wanted a pedicure and knowone even looked at me. HORRIBLE customer service.

This was my first time getting my nails done here. (Ive had brows before) The price was better than other places in town that Ive gone to and the quality came out great on a set of ombre nails. Very happy!

This place is horrible. They cut me a few times. They dont listen to what you want done, even after being told repeatedly. They cant shape nails at all.. Ive had 2 nails chip within a day of getting them done, My right hand nails are longer than my left but the nail tech didnt seem to care when I mentioned that... He mumbled something and told me to wash my hands. Its a waste of money to go here.
