They always do the best on my nails. My natural nails are already long. I am always greeted when I arrive. And they thank me for my business. Ive had a lot of dip manicures and U.S. nails does the best job. I tried a lot of other salons and the quality was never very good. Im so glad I found these good people.

I read all the reviews before I came here and decided to give it a chance. And I loved it I felt like family and enjoyed the conversation. The price was fair and my nails look cute I came in wanting designs but they really only do basic stuff and I’m okay with that I will be coming more often and their son mason is the cutest and so helpful. This is my first time coming to US Nail Spa. I got the dip over my real nails, only one had to repaired. Mark did my set, he was great, made sure I liked them. Their pricing is very fair! Went in asking for an acrylic overlay with a design. The only guy working proceeds to tell me that “we don’t do designs here” but there were design photos online. He then said the only do basic designs like lines. I showed him a picture of just that and he said they can do that either. I guess because I’m a make that wants my nails done it was scary for him.I won’t be back

Kim did my pedicure and she did really good! She is good at massages & she paints really neat. Mark did my dip full set and he did really good asked me if I liked it the whole process. Definitely did the work I asked for. I recommend.

I would normally not get involved or go out of my way to respond to someone’s negativity; however, this couple is so kind and warming.Chrisetta Jackson left a negative review and I DON’T believe this salon deserves it. I was there this morning when she treated the couple so badly! Not only did she NOT have an appointment, she walked in acting like they owe her something. She had the worst attituded. We may not understand what she is or could be going through, but that is no way to treat others, especially at 9:30 in the morning.After moving here from Texas, I have tried other salons in the area and they are never as great or last as long as getting my nails done here. They try to accommodate everyone’s needs and are so nice! I highly recommend them.

My daughter and I had a girls day and the service they provided was amazing!They are kind and very honest, if you need help figuring out what is best for your nails then they will help you with what will look best. They will explain clearly and give you time to figure it out. I loved the lady who did my nails because I’m so indecisive and I gave her verbally what I want after changing my mind and she came back with the PERFECT color! My daughters nails are usually so short there is barely a nail and the man who did hers was beyond impressive! She came out with girly long nails. We will definitely be back! Mark and Kim are who you need to do your nails!💯

I went to a different nail salon that ruined my nails, This salon was able to save them! They were extremely knowledgeable and paid attention to detail. They were extremely good with communicating with me on what I wanted. They also have the most adorable toddler that makes you laugh and smile when you walk into the salon. I will come here for all of my nail needs.

It was quiet and very clean. The owners are very respectful and courteous. They have a great knowledge about nails and will not just try and sell you something to get the business, they care about your nails!!!! They were very nice and personable. I think I found my nail home!!! Oh and I asked for a design and the delivered the Exact design!!! Awesome!! If you care about your nails, this is the place!!!

Service was good but theres only one person working, Mark. Hes hospitable and respectful. But ensure you have time to wait! Although they are open on Sundays.

Mark and Kim are incredibly professional and diligent. Ive been to salons in San Diego, Nashville, and Murfreesboro but nobody has ever come close to level of quality provided here. Mark never rushes through his work, and he will correct tiny issues that he notices because he is so committed to quality. He builds the dip powder onto the nail in a way that maintains strength without bulk, looks beautifully natural, and lasts for 3-4 weeks! He doesnt ever use lights or sprays, and always finishes his work with a generous application of cuticle oil. If all of this isnt enough, his prices are fair and the salon is meticulously clean! Do yourself a favor and let Mark and Kim take care of your hands and feet - it is money well spent and you deserve to see what they can do!

The couple was very polite but 3 of my nails chipped on the sides and broke off.I have never had a nail place be so RudeSo !! Who do u think u are u cant talk to customers that way

After my daughter experiencing a horrible visit at Kim’s nails on Wilma Rudolph, we walked into this salon seeking help for her cut up horrible looking fingers/nails. Mark was able to fix them without putting her through more pain! Her and I both have been coming to this place for over a year now and will not go anywhere else! Also, Kim does THE best pedicure ever! We love Mark and Kim!

They do a wonderful job and I absolutely love the results but if you cancel an appointment the man was kinda rude even if you call. I called Friday 2weeks ago to let them know that I wasnt going to be able to make it to an appointment. I then had another appointment that next week and nothing was said. When I just tried to make an appointment for this Thursday and he told me that I missed an appointment and hung up on me. I called back against my better judgement and explained he then finally scheduled me for this week but never apologized, if they werent so good I wouldnt keep going after that.

They are Very Rude and they do rush jobs with no designs. They open whatever time they want to.

I’ve been going to this nail salon since the beginning of the year. My nails were in terrible shape and would not grow. I started getting the dip nail powder and now my nails are becoming healthier every visit! This is also the first time I’ve actually felt relaxed while getting my toes and nails done. They do an all around great job and they’re the sweetest people! It feels so homey here!

Clarksville is lucky to have this small business in the community. I love going here to get my nails done. The couple is very kind and do excellent work. It is a nice, clean environment, and I am always pleased with the results when I walk out. I get tons of compliments on my nails!

I L🧡VE US Nails! Marks patience & precision keeps me coming back. I feel like family when Im there. He and his wife had stayed late on 2 occasions getting my nails looking perfect. He is eager to educate me on the newest trends and health of my nails. My son has come with me and little Mason is always there keeping the mood light and full of laughter. My dips are done correctly and I never feel like they are getting over on me like I have at other salons. His prices are extremely fair for the services I get done. I wont go anywhere else.

Best nail salon in Clarksville, hands down! I only put dip powder on my nails, but every time I got my nails done, they would break within a weak. I went to US nail spa back in July, and I haven’t gone anywhere since. Mark takes his time, and my nails always look amazing. Best part? My nails are good for 3-4 weeks before I get them done again! His wife is so nice and friendly too! Definitely recommend!

I recently moved to Clarksville & thought I’d give it a try. My experience was great at the beginning. The lady was wonderful who attended to me. Then when I went to check out, they ran my card 3 times. Twice for $75 then for $35. I showed the gentleman the charges and he argued with me and argued with my bank as well. He was very rude & unprofessional. My total was only $75 which the lady and I tried to explain. He kept saying that my online bank app was lying & that the woman he spoke to at my bank was lying. As far as my nails & toes they look great and I stated above, the lady was very kind and understanding. But the man, he was very arrogant & rude. Unfortunately I will not return. I would not recommend anyone to have to deal with him.

Just visited this place for the first time this past Saturday and had Mark do my nails. He did my nails in about an hour which is so fast seeing as though he had to soak off my powder dip polish, give me a manicure and apply new powder dip. So fast! And they look the best they have ever looked. This guy really knows what he is doing. The salon was clean and pleasing to the eye. They had a great selection of services and colors at reasonable prices. This is now the one and only place I will be going to get my nails done. I cant tell you how happy I am with the way my nails look! I catch myself staring at them constantly.

They do a great dip powder manicure! Much more attention to detail than some other salons Ive been to in town.

I NEVER have left a review in my life, but after this experience, I feel like people should know to never come here. I came into the nail salon with my friend. She got a full set for $30 and I got my toes done for $25. She told me since I paid the last time we went, shed pay this time. Unfortunately, her card declined. She thought it couldve just been his register so she went over to the gas station to try to get cash back. I waited for her to call back and she said it didnt work there either. So I went out to my car, and got my credit card. I gave it to him and he said since the first name on the card was different he couldnt take it! I was offering to pay, and he wouldnt accept payment. It is in my mothers name, but it is money from my father, so my mother always gives the card to me. Ive used the card everywhere and never had this issue. The last name on the card was even the same. So I call my mother and put her on speaker and she was livid. She gave him permission to use the card but no, this still isnt enough. He calls the POLICE, takes my credit card and license and refuses to give it back and until the cops come. When they arrive, I explain the situation and the police were very helpful and friendly. He told the man okay, let her call her mother back to verify she can use the card, and take the payment. I call her once again and she told him he can either run the card or I am leaving. I have never in my life been treated this way. And I have filed a police report. Not to mention he was very rude the whole time. My friend accidentally called her full set a manicure and he spent 10 minutes correcting her saying whenever she goes somewhere next time not to call it that. He was very rushed on my pedicure and did a messy job.

They’re so sweet and always get my nails done perfectly! at other nail salons they would cut my finger but i’ve never gotten any type of scratch here & i’ve been coming since july!

I have had my nails done by the female (wish I got her name) and she done a fabulous job. The work that she did has gave her a new customer. I used to go elsewhere and my nails would chip before I got home. I just get my nails manicured and gel nail polish put on. It lasted more than two weeks and I was quite pleased and I am trying to get an appointment today

Very horrible. Mark was extremely rude and doesn’t know how to talk to customers to make them at least feel welcomed. He grabs your hand forcefully and doesn’t care to interact with guest while doing their nails. He needs to learn customer service skills. He lacks it very bad. Oh don’t waste your time he is the only one that works there! So if u want more than one service done it won’t get done promptly

22 plus years of experience at this salon, its clean and the owners are extremely concerned about the health of your nails and feet. I am a 20 year nail consumer, US Nail Spa is the best to date for me.

Mark is fantastic. He takes his time and quality is what he gives you. My nails constantly broke/fell off when I went elsewhere as my natural nails are very weak. I dont have this issue when Mark does my nails and they still look great even when I procrastinate and wait 5 weeks between fills (sorry Mark!)

Loove this place. Came here by recommendation from my sister after it was under new management and was really impressed with the owner, Mark. He is not only incredibly sweet and genuine, but does a fantastic job on my manicures and pedicures. He always takes his time, never rushing through to get to the next customer. As a tip, calling in to set an appointment makes it easier to get in and out if youre usually in a time constraint like myself.

I use to go to Kim nails to get my manicures and pedicures but ive always end up with a long wait with no type of acknowledgement or any type of good customer service, especially when i tell them to correct my nails when they make the polish too thick or my nails dont align correctly, they always make a big fuss about it. After discovering Mark, i cannot stress how much i love my nails more than ever, and when he recommended me his dip polish, ABSOLUTELY love it! A way better and safer version from Shellac. Although he is the only one working, quality is worth the wait! My nails has never been so healthy since Mark has been the only one working on them, they never come out frail or broken, my mani and pedi lasts up to 8 weeks or MORE without any chips what so ever. Literally, great quality. I always come to Mark now and he always does a great job and takes his time to make sure i am satisfied. Never going anywhere else.

Prices are way too high and my pedicure was completely rushed with no massage and I paid 38.00 for it. 76.00 for less then 45 minutes of service ....the man in there was helping 3 women at a time....never again will I go here.

Im giving them a 3 bc Im kind of harsh when it comes to reviews. The only complaint I have is that they cut my toe nails way too short so now they look weird. But they are very friendly and they did a great job on my full set.

Got a mani and pedi. Man chewed gum very loudly while doing it. Didnt ask what kind of pedi I wanted just did basic with no scrub. Didnt cut any of my nails just filed them even when I asked for them shorter

Been here twice to get a full set done first time was perfect loved it, done by Jon. Second time I went for my next full set was AWFUL the women did then was jerking my hands around and being very rude to me and my boyfriend unfortunately the man who did my nails was not there... Also as of price I always do the pointed nails its only $5 extra price from Jon the owner and the second time I went the women tried to charge me $15!!! I was ready to leave when that came out of her mouth TO JUST POINT MY NAILS??!!?? Once I mentioned Jon only charged me $5 her mind changed very quickly! Afterwards my nails look AWFUL Im very upset my fake pinky nail is just hanging on the tip of my real nail ready to fall off not to mention the paint job lord... Ill give an update soon of my third experience... 3rd times a charm!! I hope..

Horrible! gave my girl the wrong set of nails and did not take responsibility for doing so. The guy said she didnt ask for french tips when I know that french tips are all she knows to ask for. Then the manager comes out and snarls at my girl, telling her she will have to pay for two sets. I told manager we would not pay for two sets but she still charged us five extra dollars. By the time we got home my girls hands were throbbing and hurting so bad because they filed too deep into the nail bed. I think that they thought they could take advantage of us because we are teenagers. My mom and her mom are livid. Do not go here or let your daughters go here if you value your nails or do not like having to deal with mean people.
