This is the best nail salon Ive been to after the covid 19 outbreak. They are still amazing. They are really talented, Im very satisfied, thank you everyone!!

Kim and Paul are the best . Paul always get the job done right. His shaping is spectacular. I love the atmosphere. For the most part everyone is very kind and engaging. I got my lashes done the first time a few weeks ago and AMY is highly recommend. She was gentle, and took her time to ensure the quality of her work. I LOVED THEM ! I got my lashes done by Sarah today and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Shes on the rougher side, and she seemed rush. She uses too much glue and used my head and chest as a table for the lashes lol . Shes very sweet tho but I wont be seeing her for lashes or eyebrows again

Terrible. 0/10 recommend. Came in for a $45 gel manicure for a wedding and the gel peeled off two days later before I even made it to the wedding. Went in and asked about a refund (had my receipt, photos of the nails, details on the length that gel should last) and the manager/owner/whatever had absolutely zero remorse/concern. Thumbs down.

I came in on a Sunday and waited an hour and a half to have my nails done only to have one chip that night and another one chip the following day. I came back the next day to have them fixed and had 3 different people attempt to fix my cracked nails and ended up leaving with the two nails they fixed darker than the rest because the one who fixed my nails put more layers of the dipping powder than the original time I had them done. He actually pointed out to me that they are darker, laughed and then sent me on my way. He also cut my skin twice while using the drill causing them to bleed. The following day, two other nails cracked. Now I’m back for the third attempt to have my nails fixed. They told me I have to wait in line and there are 6 other people in front of me. I requested for a refund instead of waiting, which the manager denied and told me If I wanted them fixed that I would have to wait behind everyone else. I am beyond disappointed in their services and hope anyone reading this review will not waste their time with this business unless you just have time to waste! I will not be back!! How unprofessional! The ONLY positive thing I can say about this place is how sweet the front desk ladies are!

This is what I wanted and this is what I got he cut them too short only ask for one finger for my length and the only nail I asked to keep short was my pinky globed on the gel it honestly looks like I let a child do my nails he dug his own nails in to my fingers as well when I called to ask if theres anything that could be done about the whole set they said they could only fix the polish not the length....ps I dont like leaving negative things but this was horrible

Not very happy with the service I was given. Got my nails done on Monday and by Wednesday one had broken off and have started to peel. I am not rough with my nails and have never had this issue before. Not to include the fact that one of my nails was attached crooked. The only reason I give it two stars is because my eyebrows ended up fine.

I went in for a full set as well as a pedicure, but I was worried they wouldnt have time to do both services or that they would end up rushing being that they closed in just over an hour. Not only did they find a way to complete both, but they did a phenomenal job!! My pedicure was HEAVENLY! So thorough and relaxing! And my full set was perfect! I walked out with exactly what I wanted. Im not sure which nail techs took care of me...at one point I had 3 or 4 different technicians working on me at the same time...but every one of them was wonderful! Thank you NailTrix for going above and beyond!!

Andy did an amazing job on my nails! Exactly what I asked for!! 🥰Edit: 2 months later and my nails are still in perfect condition! No balance or fixed nails or anything! I say that just to say this.. I ONLY go to this nail salon. I will not go anywhere else! I love my nails EVERY TIME! I live an hour away from NAILTRIX in KY and they have always made the trip and wait worth my while! But answer me this.. All of you leaving horrible reviews.. Have you never had a day where you were off your game? Having a bad day? In a hurry? No? Ok. Give them another shot! I went in for a full set, my real nails were cut, the nail tech he watched tv on his phone while doing my nails the whole time, rushed, kept getting up, and my nails hurt from the drill. My nails look horrible!! He cut the new full set too short my real nails were longer when I first walked in. These nails are lumpy, nail polish looks a mess and doesn’t even look like I have nails on. They are constantly rushing everyone out, and now the service quality for a while has been horrible. It should be quality over quantity, but now everyone just wants money and more customers but poor service!

This place is extremely unprofessional and EXTREMELY rude to say the least. as my friend and i walked in there the receptionist already seemed bothered to get us in but what was the most irritating thing was the complete disrespect i got from kim. whoever she is she was so mean and again was bothered to help me so she switched me with another person who was actually nice to me at least. i asked for a simple design on my gel manicure and was told that simple design(small lines across the nail) was unable to be done for me. i asked why not and all she said was “they said they can’t do it” for whatever reason. i said they had done a similar design before and had pictures of then but declined to see them. just a “no we can’t do it” this is where the man comes in and they talk and i assumed they discussed what i was doing with my nails which is why i thought they switched since she was incompetent and inexperienced in her nail work as was her customer service. but as he started on my nails, about to apply the color he starts with the most random bright hot pink that i didn’t even ask for and so i asked if he knew what design i was doing and then got kim again where she said “i told you we can’t do the lines you want” where i responded with “okay but why did he just throw a random color on all of these nails already done? you didn’t even communicate what i was getting done and now this is placed on my nails now. i’m already extremely irritated and frustrated and she rolls her eyes and makes me feel so dumb. like i know the swirls were able to be done but just not WANTING to be done for whatever reason. (they said my nails were too short although they were the same size as last time AND were not even short at all, longer than a sports cut length. ) overall the experience was terrible and the woman was so rude and disrespectful to me and i definitely will not be coming back to this place that lacks complete sense and ability to do anything correctly.

I have been here many times now, its a comfortable place, clean, sometimes quite busy, and everyone does a fantastic job. I never feel like theyre in a hurry to get me out.

Im not from the area, this nail salon was recommended. I have a service animal and Im not required to wear a mask and I received a lot of flack when I first got there. After they took my temperature I saw Paul and he did a take off of my old nails and did a new set with gel polish. I just want to tell Paul that he has done the best job that I have ever had on my nails! I would travel the 5 hours if I could to get my nails done from him each and every month!

Had a manicure and pedicure. Asked for a French tip. This was Thursday afternoon. By Friday night one of the white tips was already loose and hanging off my nail By Sunday night I only have two nails that are still in tact on my right hand. I paid way too much for this failure.

After having my issue the gentleman at station 5 fixed my nails. Thank you.

Hands down best pedicure I’ve ever received (no cap) Amy was consistent in asking if I was okay. The massage that came along with the pedi was amazing; she took her time. They seated me soon after I washed my hands. Clean facility. The staff is welcoming and friendly. Definitely coming back!

I enjoyed the lady doing my pedicure and manicure. She done a awesome job. She also checked to make sure I was doing ok.

I got my nails done today and when I tell you she cut my finger to the white meat she did . My finger hurt every time I put them in water etc, not only that but she was tossing my hands around . The lady who did my toes was great tho .

The lady who did my toes was amazing!!!! but the lady who did my nails... 4 of my fingers are bleeding and one of my fingers was bleeding a lot and all she did was put nail glue over it... then she called me nosey, my nails are not the length I asked for, my nails are crooked, and she was very rough

Kim did my first microblading, I was so nervous but Kim was super sweet and gentle. I would highly recommend them to any who wants some amazing eyebrows.

I asked for oval shaped nails and got square, plus the edges are rough and jagged. The nail tech was very rough on my cuticles, all of them stung afterwards and three were bleeding. The final filing took some of the color off and he did not reapply it. The polish started peeling LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER. I hope the other nail techs at this business are better than the one I got.

I thought that nail salons were supposed to care for the health of the nail, but when I went to get my nails removed, instead of soaking them to remove them, he just popped my nails off. The top layer of my real nails are so damaged now. Completely ridiculous.

Love Kim my nails is always done the way I like that I’m a picky person but she deals with me lol ❤️❤️

That same afternoon two of my nails chipped my thumb polish was all bumpy and peeled off the next day

We came with our 3 children, one of which is a 2 year old boy. They played with him and even did a pretend pedicure for him. They were super sweet to our children and very great service!

Andy did a great job on my nails and he was very nice to me....I believe Lin did my feet she did a really good job and changed the water for me to my liking

I came in for a gel mani and pedi. It was my first time here and I will definitely be back. I didn’t feel rushed, they took great care of me, and the massage ron hands and feet felt great. Vân was very good and i’ll definitely be going back to see her.

Everyone is ALWAYS sooooooo rude and they get mad if you don’t want want they want you to get. I don’t want gel polish and they harass you over it. I got my nails done last week and came in today for a polish change only and the lady was mad because I didn’t want a fill just a polish change. It’s allllllllllllllll about money with these people. I have gave them several chances and today I’m officially done. I will NEVER ho back.

Good service, the one who attended me very kind and humble left very happy but when I got home the gel got up I went the next day and they did not treat me well, it seems that she was upset by what happened.
