I love this nail shop. Theyre very good and very friendly. Anne did my nails for a few years and is very professional, very creative and fun.I could show her a picture from Pinterest and she would go from there. She came up with some beautiful ideas.Also, Lily gives amazing pedicures. Super bad experience at this place. Never coming here again the lady ann was rude and made my wifes nails look really lumpy and uneven . Told her to fix them and she acted like it was my wife being extra. Never go here go somewhere else so many nail places in the area dont waste your money .

My granddaughters toe was cut/injured by the technician yesterday, August 11, 2021. If it gets infected I will sue for her medical bills trust me. It was the oldest technician; she is impatient. Too bad O really liked this shop toll yesterday. & I tipped generously because I didnt know till we got home!

I love coming here. The technicians are very skilled and pay attention to details carefully. They are consistently great at their craft. Today I try getting my nails dipped for the first time and it looks awesome! I always get quality services that look great and last at Taylor’s Nails.

I love that nail salon I went there and the people were friendly and helpful and also asked me a lot of questions as well they were clean and helpful and spoke English as well this one guy asked me what my favorite color and I said it was purple and I said that my family liked the Color purple as well he spoke perfect English and took pictures of my nails as well I recommend that place as well I give it a five stars I was happy when I got my toes done because my toenails were growing and I needed them. Cut down short I couldnt wear my tennis shoes at all it was uncomfortable and painful now I dont have to worry about it at all anymore I really recommend this nail salon to anyone who is looking for a reasonable price and everything this nail salon has everything you need and more

I recommend this place and I’ll keep it short: it is usually not busy (as I’ve been attended to quickly every single time), the work is well done when it comes to mani and pedis. This cannot be said about every nail place (nails filed straight, not getting cut, and the gel polish lasts as it should.

It was my first time coming here a few days ago. Didn’t really like the guy that was doing my nails. it seemed like he was new, plus he was a little rude. I wasn’t really satisfied with how my nails came out even though he did take his time trying to fix them. I don’t think it was worth my money though. Was definitely disappointed.

Everyone is very nice .offer everyone bottle water .Did my nails .while i was there a women got her eyebrows Tattoo on said it would only take 1 and a half Hours .2nd time there i like it .

Two weeks ago I went for a pedicure at Taylor Nail in Chino.The operators at this salon speak badly about their customers in their language. I had my voice recording on and translated the conversation they laughed and teased about their customers feet. I stopped getting my nails done here about 2 months ago because of a fungus.I did not share my experience with my sister but she called me today telling me about her experience and she felt they were speaking badly about our mother. They will never get another dime from me.

Made an appointment here with Lynn, they tried telling me I was 20 mins late when I called that day and made that appt and i was only 4mins late. They did not listen on the phone so then they told me I had to wait cuz she was going to work on someone who just walked in and I was said no I cant wait that why I made the appt. So they decided to take a walk in then a loyal customer that had been going there for years and THAT HAD AN APPOINTMENT!!!!! So I guess this is how they treat there loyal customers(When I have been there and ppl have been a half hr late to their appointment and they still have taken them immediately and making walk ins wait... I guess Im not a good enough customer) not sure if I will be coming back now!!!!
