I been coming to this salon for over a year and Nina always makes me feel comfortable. She frequently ask or has her employees ask if everything is okay or if we need anything. The staff always goes above and beyond to get to know the clients. I always come and get the basic gel manicure or sometimes Ill mix it up with dip but they always do as I ask and if I dont like it (I let them know during the process and they will correct it)! Never have any issues with getting what I ask for! Always ask for Niña,Ben, Jen, or Ann! Theres also another gentleman I believe his name is Eric very nice and funny! They do a great job!

Great staff! Owner is sweet and her dress code is amazing!They dont rush you out because they see other customers coming in.They remember your name and greet you like a valued customer.

Truly disappointed in the lack of customer service in this establishment. I used to come here frequently in college and even went I left college I would drive half an hour just to come here and get my nails done. On the left is what I asked for which they said they could do on the right is what they did and I paid $90 for. My only fault is actually paying for the nails when I didn’t get what I requested. I just had the common decency to remain calm when I was furious. As a business owner look at this and tell me you would be satisfied if someone did your nails as awful as this. All I wanted was my $90 back. It’s extremely unfair.

Nina is the absolute best! No matter what idea I bring in to her she always goes above and beyond and puts her own twist on it. Everyone there is so friendly. Place is always clean and well kept. I’ve tried other places in Denton and this is by far the best. I’m very picky about my nails and Nina always has them perfect when I leave. Go see Nina!

I went to this nail salon on Friday to get a dip manicure. I asked for french tips and the nail tech was not able to complete a simple set. He had to file my nail shorter in length and I had to wait longer for him to fix them. My nails started to fall off on Monday, so they only lasted 3 days. Poor quality of work.

My first time I went here was fantastic! Nina did my nails. But the second time..i dont know who did my nails, but they were super rough and ended up cutting me! But the nails were good. BUT they Made my nails chunky, damaged my nails. Overall kinda nice, kinda rough. They also made my cuticles bleed the next day cause of the oil they used! Dont know if Ill ever come back.

They did such a terrible job. I thought at first they looked JUST like the picture I showed them but the minute I got I home, I looked at my nails and they were already chipped. I got them done Friday afternoon... it’s Monday ... I’ve never ever had such a bad experience at a nail salon. Not ONCE. never going back. Friendliest Most Respectful people Ive ever met in a Salon! If you are handicapped as I am the young man at the front desk will ask you to wait while he personally assist you big game changer for me! Theres a man there with glasses did my pedicure, I suffer with a medical condition in my left leg it stays swollen and hurts a lot he massaged my legs so very softly and gently with warm oils and lotions he was very professional and gentle ! Sadly, something went wrong because after I removed my light, pastel pink nail polish, my finger nails were bright magenta. No gel or fake nails...just standard nail polish. I’ve tried soaking them and scrubbing with no resolution. After at least 15 years of getting my nails done, I can safely say this was a first.

I love coming to Pro Nails and Spa. I call ahead for an appointment with Nina and she does a great job! Very professional. They remodeled the shop and its beautiful and clean. Her support staff is amazing for times I dont have time to make an appointment. She is very attentive to what is going on in the shop and works very hard to make sure her customers are happy. Got matte stiletto Nexgen dip nails done. I forgot to get my nail techs name, but he was the only guy working on nails when I came in. He did an amazing job. His process was much more in-depth and meticulous than my previous nail tech at a different location, which in turn made my nails look much more natural despite having nail extension tips. He make sure the nails were just like I wanted all throughout the process, and if there was anything I saw, he would kindly fix it. We had a nice conversation throughout my visit as well.They also have a student discount!

Everyone in this salon is highly skilled and professional except for one middle-aged lady that works there. She knew she was doing my nails wrong but kept going,I did not say anything Bc I chose to trust the process but you could literally see the fake nail in the middle of my real nail really clearly. And to make it worse she kept laughing at me while I was trying to talk to my sister about something that had been stressing me out,and all she did was laugh and look at her other coworker trying to get her to also laugh but I could tell that her coworker was thinking she was being immature. I came out of the salon very mad over this whole thing,I don’t think it was worth the 40 bucks I spent and the nails I got done are already breaking and chipping. A waste of my money and that lady was highly immature and doesn’t deserve a job there if she’s going to be straight up laughing at her costumers and doing a bad job without caring.

I will never go to another nail salon! I come in with an idea and Nina amazes me how she takes it to a beautiful masterpiece. I also come in with no idea and ask her to just create! Always amazes me. Finally talked to my husband into getting pedicures with me. He now loves getting them. The staff is sweet! I look forward to getting a small escape from home.

Absolutely the worst salon I’ve ever been to I got a manicure done and the entire time the person working on me was rushing she cut my hands several times where they started to bleed and it is currently the same day and my nails are completely ruined they are all mushed around the edges. And currently my nails are still mushy after five hours

Favorite place to get my face waxed! Very clean and sanitary from what I can see. The ladies are so good at shaping and cleaning up a brow. I have a very prominent shape so it is very easy to wax my eyebrows but I brought in a friend with no eyebrow shape because she has never been waxed and they SLAYED her eyebrows. Love it so much! Very responsibly priced as well!

They left my nails crooked, the girl that did my nails didn’t even cover her mouth and cut me several times I showed her the kinda nails I wanted but the results were awful. They didn’t apply the promo code that was available never coming back and I will tell my friends to avoid this place.

Normally I just get a pedicure and the pedicures are always fine. But on my birthday I decided to get my finger nails done with the dip powder. The gentleman that did my nails was nice enough but he was really rough and worked quick like he was in a rush. He cut my fingers several times where blood was drawn. It was a painful experience. After he was done he didnt clean around my cuticles so it looked messy, nail polish and clear coat caked around. I had to ask multiple times for them to clean up around my nails while they tried to get out of it by telling me it would come off when I washed my hands (which of course it didnt) Sad to say I wont be coming here again due to the poor customer service.

A bit expensive, after i said its my first time. All my friends said they actually overpriced me for the work they have done.

I am military and i had a picture of how my nails should be done i. Regulation and they did an awesome job making sure i was ready to go, at a very reasonable price ! Their sculpting is very precise and not rushed at all . Anyone can glue on a nail and slap on some acrylic but sculpting is the meat and potato if a nice looking nail. And i got some great wine ! Thank you for making sure i had a great experience. Oh did i mention the staff were so nice and engaging with humorous conversation!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I’m a massage therapist so I cannot have paint on my nails, I tried to explain this and they looked at me like I was insane. The whole experience was rushed and not relaxing in the slightest. The nail technician didn’t even pretend to care. He was rough and made my nails bleed. The massage portion lasted about 60 seconds on each hand/foot. They tried to charge me the full price even though I didn’t receive any paint. Rude, un-caring, and aggressive. The whole pint in a spa day is to feel relaxed and taken care of. The fumes also gave me a splitting headache. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money.

In June of 2018, almost a year I met Nina at Pro Nails. I had broken my natural nails down to the nail bed after a terrible acrylic job in Ft. Worth and I was pretty discouraged. She kept me laughing and hopeful that they’d one day be back. I promised her I’d come back every two weeks. I trusted her. And since then I have been back every two weeks for almost a year. All of the Pro Nail family have become like my family. I always ask for Joseph, as he is always fresh and up to date with the latest nail trends and nail care. He is a best friend to me. Jenny, Alex, Nina, Joseph and everyone else will do their best work on each and every customer. Taking careful attention to detail and aesthetic. The drinks are cold. The decor is beautiful. It goes beyond saying that everyone is kind and not at all impatient even if you have stayed long after closing. Nina is right there making sure you walk out looking the best and feeling great.

Was ran much better when the previous owner Mimi was over it.Came in for at 11:30 nail APPOINTMENT and because no one was available to do my nails they made me get my toes done. When my toes were done someone was finishing nails at the same time. So from my understanding i would be next since they didn’t even accommodate my appointment time. (There is another lady and a couple waiting to be served as well). A random lady walks in and they do her nails before all of us waiting. When 2 o click came i just left at that point. Then on top of that I was charged $30 to paint my toes in gel polish for a service i didn’t even want and that was not with any pedicure, literally just to paint my toes!!!

Absolutely amazing service. The women who did my nails was so so sweet and incredible. Rather than it being awkward and silent, she and I had a conversation just about everything. Last week I went to go get my nails done and I wanted something different. I decided to go with chrome nails and they turned out AMAZING! Not only did they make my nails exactly how I wanted it but it was only $40. I always do gel and they did a great job at being gentle with my nails. This is honestly the best my nails have ever looked.

I had to come back for a fourth time in ten days to fix nails. They even charged me! Also there were two other girls getting fixes on their nails from studs coming off same day they were done.

I love this nail shop. My nail tech, Alex always gets my nails perfect. The shop is super clean and the staff is really friendly. My favorite part is having a cocktail while getting my nails done.

Love this place. I have been going here for some time now. I first started out with 2 different technicians and then on my 3rd visit a nail technician named Nina, the boss lady, did my nails, I was hooked and ever since I only do my nails with Nina as she is so sweet and does amazing work. She makes sure you are good and satisfied with the work done. At another time I walked in with my daughter to get her nails done and Nina was busy with another client. There was another technician that was free to do the job. He turned out to be very impatient and grumpy where me and my daughter felt very uncomfortable and we had immediately had him stop, and we preferred to wait for Nina to finish up with her clients for her to continue and complete the job. When Nina found out about his actions, she immediately apologized and promised to take care of my daughter herself, and she did. BTW, she also took care of the situation altogether. Since then, I had referred my mother with Nina and now she only does her nails with her as well. We have made many referral and they all have been very satisfied with her work. Thank you Joseph for always having a smile and doing such a good pedicure job. Thank you Nina for caring so much about your clients and taking care of your business.Loyal client until the end.
