I came with my sister to get pedicures and a full set and my baby sis to get a manicure it seemed like they got upset that I wanted to wait to get pedicure with my other sis while she got full set but they saidIt was fine, then my little sis who’s 4 they said it would be $10 dollars for her manicure I was like wow prices increased no problem though then they spoke to each other in different language and said now it’s $15 and it’s because it’s gel polish i said use regular polish then she said they don’t have regular, then I was like well She said $10 she told me I herd wrong basically … bottom line I didn’t get my pedicure cause the lady was shady and rude, still got my lil sis manicure but I would not come back here or recommend coming for a girls day !

Amazing! I showed the young guy who did them my inspiration pic and he did them better than I imagined theyd look:) they were also able to fit my cousin and I in same day after the place we’d originally planned to go cancelled on us.

Best place to come for creative acrylics. They are really good with designs. Recliners are comfortable for pedicures.

Been looking for consistency on my nails and want some art nothing fancy but not plain I found this place and a nail tech named Ivy I will be returning I left happy and pleased with the service I received. I dont mind spending my money there and giving Ivy a nice tip.

They were all very nice and friendly. my nails are very pretty and they were done quickly as well. the price was affordable. i will definitely be coming back :)

These ladies have been doing my nails for years, my engagement, wedding, and any random event and they always provide excellent customer service and great quality product (e.g got my nails done almost a month ago for my Hawaii trip & they are still intact, they have been put through test).

I visited one Saturday, the store was opened late, the ladies were nice, but I wasnt satisfied with the services I received for the money I paid here. Next time I need to get my nails done, I will go elsewhere.

I have been going to Love Nails for about 3 + years. From the very beginning I have felt welcome. I am never dissatisfied and if there is a flaw with my nails, all I have to do is make a call and the owner will make sure that it is corrected at their expense. She has the, whatever it takes to make my customer happy, mentality. Make sure you make an appointment before showing up, the wait can be super long.

We got there, there was a lot of people the wait was long tho (we had an appointment). We waited and it was my turn (i got acrylic full set) the man was really nice but quite it was nice too the place looked clean and all in one of my nails I wanted gold ig there was not a bit of gold but the man tried to make it look good so he tried after all the I saw my nails and was like omg they are so pretty (i had like a royal blue and gold) it looked so beautiful it was so work it coming to this place again

I been here many time I had a horrible experience today the guy who did my nails didn’t know what he was doing so another girl came to take over and when they tried to charge me the tried to charge $55 when my nails were very short and simple because it was a two person job. When everytime I have cameBefore it was no more then $45 and with my toes done too 👎👎 very disappointed.

First time going to this location. I would have gave a better rating if I didnt have to wait exactly one hour before they called me. The only reason I waited was my friend took me and she said it was better than tipsy nails I go to in Chino hills. I thought let me give this place a chance. I got there at 5:15 left at 6:57. Way long for just a pedicure.

Made an appointment a couple of times and still had to wait an hour. Whats the point of making appointments then? I have one stylist Ann and love her work but when she is gone or out of town I go some where else.

Dont get me wrong this is a nice and elegant place to look at but all the good technicians only do acrylic nails I guess doing gel manicures belittles them. I cant wear acrylic due to being in the medical field and wouldnt mind even paying extra, but no they want me to go to someone who doesnt even know how to put polish on correctly. You cant even find someone in this place that knows how to do a decent French manicure without the lines looking like a 3 year old did it for you! Been coming here for 4 years, before they were about the customer and making them feel good about their experience and doing a nice job. Now since management has changed its just about the money in their pockets. No thank you!

Lots of techs which keeps the wait time down but the gel mani lasted less than 1 week. Nails not neatly filed either. Pedicure is okay also, little toe nail needs more filing and it snags, polish not completely covering one nail. Big toe needed more filing/trimming on the inner side and it hurts a bit.

I had a terrible experience at this Location today Saturday 7/28/18. Emily the manager was not friendly or welcoming as she had been during many of my appointments and walk-ins. I have notice that some of the ladies working there are not friendly and unprofessional in providing customer service. Customers of color is treat poorly while those who appear to be other than people of color is treated with friendly customer service. I will not be returning to this location and will not recommend their location. Horrible Customer service.

Absolutely love Kathy for my nails and Anna for my toes, she does the best massages ever and Kathy has not once messed up on my nails they have me as a customer for as long as they are working ❤️🙏🏻

Generally do a good job, very busy today & did not do that great of a job on my manicure because she had a customer waiting. Lady who did my pedicure had to do manicure and wasnt very happy about it. Wouldnt suggest going on a Saturday afternoon.

Went with a friend who showed up shortly before me and signed both of us in. When I arrived I double checked to make sure I was on the wait list and my friend had already been called to get her nails done. I waited and nothing. I got up to check the list again when people were getting called before me and the lady at the front table asked for my name. When I told her my name she was like “not your turn yet”. Shortly after another person got called up. By the time my friend finished getting her mani pedi, I still had not gotten called up and the sheet she had signed us up on had been removed from the clipboard.

I got the worst eyebrow job in my life at this place. She took too much off one side in the middle and took more off the end on one more than the other. She took so long on my eyebrows and complete ruined their shape. My eye brows were crooked and non uniform in shape. I recommend no one go to this location for any type of waxing.

This place sucks. I had my toes done by some lady, I didn’t get the name of either of them but the lady didnt even clean under my toe nails she cut my nails all uneven and didnt even file them right then my nails were done by a chinese guy and he left them all bumby and 2 of them look like chili peppers 😭😭Update 3 of my nails broke off. This place really sucks!!

I loved this place my nails look great! Only reason why I gave a 4 star is bc they are not very smart and a bit rude or uneducated, I let them know that the gel led light was too hot that it burned the tip of my fingers (between the nail and skin) and she started laughing with the rest of their workers there and speaking their native tongue as if I could not understand they were speaking about me, then the other lady at front desk laughed and said: yeahbit happens sometimes and they continued.... :/ not cool. Laugh all you want once the customer is gone but it was just plain rude, I love their work but if they were smarter they would shut it, needless to say I only left a $2 tip and will probably not be back, but try it out for yourself you might like it ;)

Whats the point of making a nail appt of when I got there 20 minutes early they still took forever and they took walk ins and they took them 45 minutes to figure out that I was even there

Was disappointed. I heard great things about this place. I made an appointment for Friday, 12/09/16. I had to wait a long while to be seen, which was expected. I got the girl in the front who calls everyones name from the sign in sheet. I asked for almond shape and was only getting a non gel color. I think if you are not there to get complicated nails that are costly, they dont care about you. my nails came out horrible. They are lumpy, super thick, look completely fake, and some came out pointy and some came out almond shape. Most places will try and blend the acrylic so that it looks some type of natural. I was going to complain after I washed my hands, but she was already working on someone else and she had the lady who did my eye brows paint my nails. I will not be going back to this place to get my nails done. BUT, I may go back for my eye brows. They came out very good, (which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1)

Disappointed..... Went a while back, got my nails done by a guy tech he did great! Went back to get fills 3 wks after got there didnt have an appointment I knew there would be a long wait and I didnt mind it, when I got there the girl asked what I needed i said I only needed fills and she said to come back later because it was busy and I didnt have an appointment so rude!!!,so I did as she said but didnt go back... after months of not going there i decided to give them a try during the week since its a little less busy I got there early in the morning and the same girl sitting by the door asked me what I needed I said fills and she said sign in so I did, I asked her how long the wait was and she gave me a dirty look said something in her language and said well take you right now with an attitude I waited about 10 minutes and thought to myself why stay? If Im getting attitude i got up and left... Its disappointing that they do a good job but they have a rude employee or owner whatever she is... I will never again go back here..

Getting an appointment is useless, been waiting for 40 min and was not called yet, while those others with appointment who came in after me or has just arrived is accommodated first, SO WHAT IS GETTING AN APPOINTMENT FOR IF U WILL WAIT FOR THAT LONG.
