She is fast, precise, and knowledgeable- she won’t sell you services that won’t work for you and is dedicated to getting the look you want. The facilities are clean and comfortable and they take sanitation and cleaning very seriously. Can’t recommend enough!

Great brow shaping and tint! Threading was quick and relatively painless while also super precise. The place is clean and bright with solid COVID protocols. Krishna was super friendly and honest, and actively advised against procedures that were not in my best interest, what a gem! I trust them to look out for whats good for me and have already scheduled my next appointment. Looking forward to it!

I visited for a lash lift and tint, and Krishna did an amazing job. She also threaded and tinted my eyebrows, which I’ve never had done before.The salon was very clean. They have you sanitize your hands first thing on arrival, using a station with a foot pump so you don’t have to touch anything. Then they take your temperature, and use a body sanitizer, which is a handheld machine that mists sanitizer on your body.I’ll be returning for sure!

I have only seen Krishna and won’t see anyone else for eyelash tint, threading or waxing. She has a great eye and excellent attention to detail. I always leave thrilled with how my lashes and eyebrows turned out. When one of my eyebrows was slightly shorter, she recommended letting the hair grow in rather than adjusting the shape of the other to match. Excellent service and skill!

I have been going to the place since it first opened! I will not go anywhere else. Krishna has been taking care of my thick and busy eyebrows and she’s done a phenomenal job. Krishna is the best. I’ve had my brows tinted and shaped, and lashes tinted in numerous cities and countries - have had the good and the bad so I am quite picky about how I like them. She is thorough and does a great job. I also tried sugaring for the first time per her recommendation and loved it as well. As a fairly new resident in DC, I will only go to her for brows, lashes, and now sugaring going forward.

Ive had my eyebrows threaded twice at Brow Contour and was very happy with the experience and results both times. The stylist was friendly and remembered me from my first visit. For both visits, I was a walk in and the process was quick and easy. Best of all, someone complimented me on my eyebrows the next day and asked where I got them done.

I went for tint & eyebrow threading & would recommend! she gave thoughtful suggestions, incorporating what I was looking for & was able to walk me through how one brow needs to grow out a little more - rather than making them too thin to accommodate that one. they are taking covid19 precautions seriously, with a hand sanitizer station, temperature check, and sanitizing body mist before you enter.

I came in to tame my hairy caterpillars above my eyes. I knew I needed to get my eyebrows threaded as this has been my preferred method of trim over the last 5 years. When going to a new person for eyebrow services, it is always uneasy because you’re unsure if you’ll end up with sharpie looking eyebrows. HOWEVER, excitingly this place delivered. Not only did my eyebrows look totally awesome, but it looked as though I had makeup on them as well. Krishna really took the time to ask along throughout the process if I was satisfied and if I had any preference and even offered my a cold beverage. This location is fairly new, so the facial services are yet to come... but, I cannot wait to try it out as she mentioned all their products were natural. If you need your eyebrows done at an affordable price that will meet your demand for beautification, this is definitely the place to go. A great plus to this location is that it is walking distance to the Eastern Market Metro Station, so you can hang out and shop around after your wonderful eyebrow transformation and/or facial, when services begin. I will be returning as the service here has been exceptional! They even offer a punch card for a free service after so many visits.

I go to Krishna for threading and she always does a fantastic job. The salon does an excellent job of adhering to Covid-19 precautions as well.

I had an amazing experience at brow contour. It was the most in-depth precautions I’ve experienced: temperature check, hand sanitizer, AND some type of device that sprays air/a super light mist to cleanse your body and clothing. The services were also awesome; Karishna was patient, thorough, friendly and did an amazing job. Get better results and dramatically better customer service with a much more personalized and intimate experience than European wax center (and save a few dollars)!

I had my eyebrows threaded and eyelashes tinted here (both for the first time), and it was an awesome experience! Krishna was quick and walked me through what would happen. I also asked about a lash lift and she was honest that with my eyelashes I likely wouldn’t see huge results - rather than letting me pay for something that wouldn’t benefit me. I’ll definitely go back!

I’ve been here twice now for my eyebrows and there is no where else I would rather go in DC, they are amazing! They are also very cleanly and are taking a lot of precautions to keep everyone safe during COVID. I highly recommend!

This is my third time visiting the shop. The two previous visits left a good impression. The technicians understood my eyebrows and the look I wanted to achieve. This time did not go as well. My eyebrows do not look alike at all. She took away the thickness and blamed me because I was telling her they didn’t look the same. She kept trying to fix it but she was only making it worst. I’m so upset. Definitely not satisfied with this visit and the service I received!!!

I ventured out to my appointment at “Brow Contour!” After reading great reviews about how clean & conscious they are I figured I’d give them a try.Even though I’d been here before, I’m was a little skeptical about getting personal services during the Coronavirus pandemic. After making my appointment via Google, I arrived early and was greeted kindly by Sam. We BOTH had masks on.Not only did she give me hand sanitizer for my hands, take my temperature, but she also had me stand in front of Air Sanitizer machine & spin around.This salon is beautifully decorated & clean. I was the only person in the entire salon during my services. Sam was very professional & personable. I would definitely recommend Brow Contour for any of their services.

Best brow place in dc! Even during Covid era. Best to make a reservation but they take walk-ins. For the prevention of germs and viruses spreading, they provide you with hand sanitizer and then gently mist your clothes with sanitizer before you can sit down. I appreciate the precautions they take during this time. I’ve lived in this town for 8 years - I’m Arab, I need a good brow spot. This is it. They fixed the unevenness that other places perpetuated. They are friendly and prices are standard.
