On the phone, Sandy told me her weekday hours began at 9:30am. She scheduled me for a 9:30am Friday appointment for a pedicure. This would have been my first time at this nail shop. I showed up slightly early. By 10:15am, Sandy nor anyone had arrived. It appeared I was the only client. I phoned the number and Sandy answered. She was rude and argumentative when I told her I had been waiting for my 9:30am appointment. It was already 10:15am, and no one was there to open the shop. Sandy claimed my appointment was for 10am and said that was the time she regularly opened. When I said the sign on the glass door to the shop indicated the opening time was 9:30am, Sandy became more rude. She said the sign on the door was old, but Insisted my appointment was set for her new starting hours. She asked me why I was at the shop. I said for a scheduled pedicure. Then she said she would show up in a little while aince I had been waiting. At that point, I told her to forget it and said I would take my business to another nail shop. Sandy is very rude and unprofessional.

Amazing!! Best spot near my home in chino. There are other nail places closer to my home but 10 minute drive is so worth it!! I have found my nail place ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I was helped by Sandy I called to ask what time they closed she said it didn’t matter to come over I got there at 8:02 mins you they close at 7pm! So happy! Thank you sandy!!

I’ve been coming here for about two years now, Sandy is a very hard working person. She is always busy so I recommend calling before to make sure she’s available. Her work is great and prices are reasonable. She definitely knows what she’s doing. I’ve done SNS with her and I’ve never looked back. They last, don’t crack/chip anytime soon. I’ve literally last a month with my nails at times and they still look good besides the visible nail growth. Holly is hilarious and easy going too. She definitely keeps it real lol. But overall if you are looking for someone who knows how to get the job done, it’s sandy !

I’ve been coming to Sandy’s Nails for two years now and I’ve gotten to know Sandy, Holly and her new Nail Technician Christy pretty well. All three ladies are sweet, professional and talented at their job. I’ve never been to a nail salon where I feel comfortable allowing just any nail tech. to touch my nails, but at last I found that place! I drive all the way from East Los Angeles every two weeks to get either an SNS or gel manicure and it’s worth every penny (plus the prices are very reasonable). If you are in the Chino, Chino Hills, or Pomona area, I highly recommend this place.

Moved out this way 1 year ago. And needed to find a new place. So happy I found sandy

Who gives them 5 stars?? Gel on my nails cracked in 4 days. When I came up to them and showed them what happened they said we will fix it. They redo my nails and charged the whole price again.what business is that???!?
