This was the best salon I have ever been to. Mary did such an amazing job on my nails, she really took her time, especially with the pedicure. She even put my shoes on my feet after the service- it really shocked me how above and beyond the nail techs went for my friends and I. Everyone was so sweet and amazing at what they do. Mary was sure to make sure everything was done perfectly, she checked in with me asking if I liked the scent of the products used, asking me if any massages or treatments she performed felt good, and after painting my nails she asked if there was anything she could do to improve them- they were perfect. I absolutely recommend this salon.

Went in for a manicure without an appointment today and I couldnt be more pleased with my experience. I was seated immediately and the technician was excellent! Very professional, paid attention to detail, and gave me exactly what I was asking for. Pictures are the end product - dipping powder over tips in an almond shape.. I will definitely be coming back!

This almost hidden place is calming and relaxing, Mary really worked in detail on my pedicure, I appreciate her light hand and polite conversation. I loved it!

This is the best salon in Titusville. I have been going here for years and never have any issue. Kim, the owner, is always respectful and attentive when you walk in, and all the technicians do a fantastic job! Kudos to Emily, my favorite technician, but they are all great!

I was a walk in about an hour before closing they took me in right away, no wait.timing was great. Just when I was appreciating the experience and offered to pay before they close I felt overcharged.. I can understand paying $50 for a full set.. I don’t understand why I was charged $50 for a basic pedicure that I saw for $30 on the menu. But rather than argue, I said thank you and paid to keep the atmosphere pleasant. As much as I like my nails I am not comfortable with being overcharged I’m not sure I will return to this location although they seem to have a lot of regulars who enjoy the place.

I had an appointment for a pedicure at 1:30, when I came in no one greeted me. I stood there for a few minutes until 3 other ladies came in and they were addressed and seen right away. After them being seated they had me seated lastly after telling them I had an appointment whereas they were walk ins. We all chose a color and as I’m sitting in the seat one of the workers comes out and gets started on them first AFTER being told by another worker I was to go first because I had an appointment. She just looked and continued what she was doing. Never acknowledged me, nothing. I will never be returning here, absolutely disappointing.

I moved to Titusville about 2 years ago from Oviedo and was looking for a good place to get my nails done, I tried star nails first because it was the highest rated in town (at the time)and was so unsatisfied (and non- confrontational) that I just started driving to Oviedo to have my nails done for about a year, worried that atar nails was the best option. About 6 months ago I gave top nails a try, wanting to not have to drive so far that day. I have continued to go there since and I have been so pleased with my nails every time since. Every pedicure and manicure I have gotten have been great, but my favorite has been by Richard. I would highly recommend this place to any friend or family member looking to get their nails done.

Thought this was the best place in Titusville but after a few visits Ive decided I wont be back. Its frustrating to me when I request the quickest pedicure and they upcharge me. I knew what they did and its not okay. Yes, most of the time I have time to get a better pedicure. But when Im in a hurry and say that, I dont want to be charged extra.

I moved to Titusville about 6 months ago and Ive been trying to find a good nail salon around here since. Ive been to several leaving disappointed. Im so happy that the search is over!!! Im beyond satisfied with my service from Richard (Thai)!! My pedicure was amazing! I will be back! 😀

This was my first time going here. I was very disappointed the lady was extremely rough while doing my pedicure did not use any scrubs or lotions on my legs. She scrapped my feet and put the skin into the water I was soaking in. She cut 2 of my toes. They didn’t have the color I wanted so I said white about 5 times before I received the wrong color anyway. Just very upset couldn’t relax the whole time very uncomfortable experience for me!!!

I have had some mixed experiences here. Overall it is clean and they are careful. My first time was amazing and everything looked good. My second time, the lady did my nails didn’t do a good job and they didn’t look good at all. Even though she wanted to recharge me to fix it, the owner was kind enough to stop her and do my pedicure and nails himself. Overall a better quality than most places. The price is your average nail salon place.

Clean, nice environment and would go back

They definitely don’t care about the integrity of your nails when it comes to acrylic and their e-file. They gave me “rings of fire” on my nail beds. Also the needs improvements with cleanliness, and they use MMA chemical in their monomers. People need to educate themselves so they can avoid going to these places that cause them harm.

I scheduled an Appointment with them 05/11/2020 for 05/12/2020.The Gentlemen on the phone confirmed the time, But I am assuming since I wanted a fill and a pedicure, he just simply did not put me in the appointment book.Even though he confirmed it that monday. His exact reaction to my request was wow! I took off of work early to go this appointment only to get there and find out that he in fact DID NOT put me in the appointment book.They were not accommodating, as I had stressed to them that I had made the appointment on 05/11/2020. They would not hear it and all I got was Sorry! I really feel like that was done on purpose,and I will not ever make another appointment. That would have been my first visit and first impressions are lasting ones! That was very rude in my opinion.I was just absolutely livid! I wish I could give them no stars! But heres my review.

Literally the worst service I have ever received.

The last time I went to Top nails, my pedicure wasnt as good as expected but, I am usually not one to complain. I figured that maybe the lady was new at the time (few months back). I gave them another chance today and Im assuming I got a new girl again. 🤦 I had my daughters with me, we all received services and I am not happy at all with mine again. Maybe it would be better to make an appointment with someone that knows their work and is thorough.

I am from out of town and have been getting my nails done for years off and on. Went in for a French fill and they suggested replacing with a powder dip for a more natural look. Wow were they right! She did a wonderful job!!

Called for a price on a full set. Was quoted $35 and they charged $45! Nails were very thick and fill didnt even go to the cuticle!.Cut my fingers repeatedly. Will never go back.

Went to this salon before a cruise for a quick pedi. BEST experience in a salon that Ive ever had. Emily was so funny, sweet, and attentive. Took 3 customers with me and all had a great time with the employees. I wish more salons were like Top Nails! (Try the deluxe pedicure with paraffin wax)

Have been looking for a new place for my pedicures and this place is great! Mary did a fantastic job!

I’ve been going to Top Nails for the past few months and love it. I took a year off from getting my nails done at another place that is a little closer to my house. The other place never did my nails the way I wanted them, so I stopped getting them done. Kevin does my nails perfectly. Kim does a great job too. It’s a little more expensive than most places, but at least it’s done right. My daughter and I are constantly getting compliments on our nails and asked where we get them done.

Been going there for 2 years now very clean, professional, they do excellent work on nails and facials and pedicures no better place been to several places in the area. Make sure to make an appappointment they are very busy

Emily did my pedicure and she is professional and nice. I loved it. I did not have to wait.

Today I went and got my feet done and got the $35 pack. They gave me an old man which I dont recommend because I had to tell him that he needed to cut the extra nail. To me he needs more practice. My feet feel ok but Ill know in a couple of days. My nail polish job looks horrible. Never again will he do my feet. Next time Ill let them know who I want to do my nails especially that being my first time there. The service was great but he cant do my toes again.

I am very very fussy. I was traveling an hour to my old nail salon. I am so very glad I found Top Nails, now I travel less then 5 minutes to get my nails done. They are clean, friendly and do great work.

My husband wanted a pedicure for his birthday. Since I do not normally have this done I had to do some research. My granddaughter told me of Top Nails cuz she loves it especially when she gets a mani pedi. So I choose to go to them, cuz who better to believe than an 8 year old. My husband actually loved it, now to get him to go once a month.😁 He and I were very pleased with the sincere care we received. We will return!

I had a really awful experience here. I was looking for a new place in town because my current nail tech left his salon recently. I was referred to this salon by a family friend. I went in at 6 they close at 7. I asked if they had time for a gel fill. They said yes. I waited 20 minutes no biggie. After my tech was done with my fill and shape before polish I noticed one of my nails was extremely crooked. I usually get points but did square while I look for a new place because its easy for anyone. I told her about it when I noticed before I got painted as I usually do so Im happy with my shape. I am very particular about my shape. She starts by saying I came in like that which I didnt. And says I cant fix it its to hard, I said I just need a little more acrylic on it to make it right. Ive been getting my nails done consistently for 15 years. Im not stupid or new to this. I hold firm and she attempts to fix it not very well. Then she tells me fills take 15 minutes and she had spent half an hour on me. I dont see why thats my fault or problem. I had an issue with one nail not all of them. I told her I was fine with someone else finishing me if she needed to leave. No response she kept doing it. It was very uncomfortable for me. Her attitude came out of no where. Then I noticed most nails werent even so had her file those and she again complained and huffed. Then speaking in vietnamese to her coworkers so I couldnt hear her complain. Thats rude anyways when she was silent the whole time prior which I was fine with. She told me she couldnt do my nails next time. Im thinking ha I wont be back. I dont do bad reviews ever unless Im extremely unhappy. Im in the salon industry and I know full well what it requires so I was disgusted by her behavior towards me and she knew I was new. She was the one who checked me out and I tipped her because I was embarrassed if I didnt. Which I didnt want to. Maybe it was just this tech but I dont recommend going here if this kind of behavior is allowed. I will be complaining to her manager.

I went for the first time my nail was not the same and they look like they like appointment better than walking in and got a fix today and was not happy I will not be going back he put more acrylic on my nail today so it thicker than the other not happy at all with them
