The staff here has been very friendly to my girlfriend and I every time we come here when we visit Chicago. Its always great to see how quickly theyre able to move things around to provide great service to us. Sometimes they are stacked with appointments, so we cant always get in when we do visit, but we try every time because the service is so great. Would highly recommend this place!

I only go here when I dont want to travel to my favorite salon (30mins). They are OK, just OK. They are pushy, usually rough, pull your arm, they have pushed my cuticles down too far and hurt me, ran their little nail drill to long and made me bleed. Ive been a total of 5 times. After each time, I claim Im never going back, but this will probably be the last time. They always say my nails look bad when I come in, but they just know I dont normally go there to get them done. I dont suggest going there for nails, unless you absolutely have to.

I’ve been coming here for years. Service is consistent. Unlike other salons, you are greeted and given attention. Services provided also include eyebrow waxing and impeccable service by Jenny, who is also skilled at eyebrow threading! Lily, has been my nail tech for years and she continues to keep me coming back every 2-3 weeks. Every night, they sanitize their tools and clean the salon, which I can appreciate. They are friendly and honest When it comes to service. They don’t push unnecessary products or additional services.

Horrible!! I was getting a full set done the other day at this place and a black woman walks in, asks if she can make an appointment and the guy said no because they’re all booked! About 20 minutes later other women who walked in who weren’t black asked to make appointments and they got made appointments!! Very unprofessional and rude. On top of that my nails were horrible!!! I took them off the next day. Jenny is the only good one there 🤷🏽‍♀️

I wouldnt recommend this place for nails. There is no reason my nail should detach from the tip and still be attached near the cuticle. This has never happened before. I went somewhere else to replace the nail, the guy took off four other nails with a nail cutter and it didnt hurt. No soak off and i didnt even know they were like that. It let me know that the nails werent on well from the start. The only reason they get two stars is because i love their pedicures and my eyebrows looked good. Ill be back for the feet nothing else.

This was my first time here ... the wait was a little long i believe they take the people who spends more money first but that’s besides the point the wait wasn’t nothing but 15-20 mins . they nail techs does a wonderful job on the nails !!!! lol wen they say the saying “make love to your nails” that’s exactly how much they care for your nails . (ps) would recommend maggy for square nails .

Well I don’t go get my nails done but my mom does and they always look perfect and the workers dont get mad at us or anything and we have been going here since it opened and there nice and they keep you satisfied with asking you question and making you laugh and my mom nails always look perfect and beautiful but today I’m gonna get them done and I’ll see

I love this place! They always do a great job with my nails and pedis! I’m currently OBSESSED with my new set of nails they are soooooo pretty! & Yeni( does my nails too) is the BEST with eye brows always make them look on point! Everyone is very friendly as well! 💙👌🏻😌

I’m giving this place a 3 star rating because they have a lot of potential and are very polite toward customers, but i also believe that they also have a lot of growth to do as a business.firstly, i do love that this place is a short walk from home, and i really do appreciate the variety in lacquer colors. the woman who waxed my eyebrows the last time i came here was a sweetheart, and the man with the glasses seems like a great guy. however, i’m not too fond of the way my nails tend to turn out to be too chunky. i’ve explained this to the owner (i think he’s the guy with the glasses) the last time i was here about a week ago, and politely asked if he could make the layer of gel more thin so that it looks more natural. i’m not a fan of chunky gel because it looks fake, and i know for a fact that it’s very possible to put a thinner layer of gel on the nails so as to not make them look so chunky. however, instead of respecting this and giving me what i wanted, he kind of got defensive and made excuses for why the gel was laid on so thick. i also remembered how he didn’t want to give me the stiletto nail shape the first time i went, because he insisted that my hands would look better with the coffin shape. i do like the coffin shape, so i went with it, but he seems to have an issue with giving his clients what they want. and in the end, i was so disappointed with how my nails turned out that i went home and filed my own nails to make them look more natural and i must admit, i did a great job.this all being said, i understand that every nail technician has their own method of doing things, and that’s fine, but you’re supposed to give the customer what they want. after all, we’re the ones paying for a service, and it’s the employee’s job to ensure we walk out of their store happy. the least the employees could do is put their ego to the side and respect the fact that some of us just prefer a more natural look in terms of gel thickness, without making excuses as to why you won’t do it. i’ll probably still come back for eyebrow waxing in the future, but i’m definitely not getting my nails done here again.

Great experience, will most likely go again. Not professional or super neat, but my guy knew what he was doing. Cash only. They charge you extra if you use a card.

Don’t even bother with this place!!! It’s filthy they are extremely rude and their wait is unbelievable!!! Waited over an hour and a half and was still disappointed as they were rushing so much.

Got my nails done here a week ago.. The guy kept rushing me to pick a color after less than 5 to 10 minutes of them handing me the color samples and one of my nails just broke. I paid $32, the price wasnt too bad but i probably wont get my nails done here anymore.

I have been going to this Nail Salon for about 4 months and some of the Nail Techs are rude and really cant do nails too well. One of the nail techs was doing my nails today and kept pulling my arm. If I wasnt a sane person, I would have slapped her. NEVER GOING BACK HERE!

Service was pretty quick but not coming here again. This was my second time coming here and I got the same nail tech who left my acrylics croocked and even filing them was croocked I had to fix them at home. This second time i came he put the polish so thick and doesnt cover the whole nail they got messed up trying to put on my shoes. I literally walked out with 4 messed up nails. Theyre fast but not good quality work. Going somewhere else from now on. Hes the man with the glasses.

Sucks, they have an attitude, 1st one person starts doing my nails, then somebody else, then a third person. And he does it with an attitude. They say they know how to do what you want but at the end it doesnt come out the way you want it. Not going back

First they ignored me the first 15 min waiting, then during getting my nails done he was pushy, grabbing my hands a little roughly while telling me to relax lastly a couple of my nails came out crooked, not shaved down well and too thick at the too and I was charged 38 dollars for a plain set one color! Worst experience ever never coming here AGAIN!!!

I live around there and I asked my granddaughter if she wanted to get her nails done and she said she wanted acrylic ones and the guy pulled her arm and it was 32 dollars to get her nails done!

The eyebrow lady is rude and does the eyebrows uneven.

Nail tech didnt even let me do a design, charged me $40 for a full set one color. Was rushing the whole time. Even went out for a smoke!!

I got my nails done there gel 40 bucks.. went back for fill in one broke and cut down.. 40 bucks like the material they use is cheap and there so much in a hurry that they dont care how they do the nail gel polish.. they used to be good now there even worst that cnn nail salon and sky nails..

I paid $ 25 for a manicure with a single nail with stones and it took off the same day. They definitely dont use good products. In addition, while they are attending customers, they are using their telephone.
