I havent been in a nail Salon since the pandemic, until yesterday. I absolutely LOVE the way Annie ( hope Im spelling that correctly) did my nails. She was patient, and took her time. I did wait about 25 minutes to be seen, but that isnt their fault, in a busy place & short staffed in these Covid times. Everyone there as far as I could tell was nice & smiled. Annie, my nails look beautiful!! Thank you 😊 I wish I had the lady who did my daughters no chip mani& pedi, but she absolutely loves them too! Thank you ladies 😊

I have gone to this nail salon multiple times in the past couple of years and the service has never been this bad. As soon as my friend and I got there and we picked our colors and had to wait a while. This was all fine except the nail lady was really slow and barely paying attention to the work she was doing and hit my cuticles multiple times. The acrylics took way too long and it did not cover all of my nails. The lady didn’t let me dry my nails with the UV light either and the nails started chipping within the same week. Not only that, but the morning after my friend and I got our nails, they started hurting really bad. Our fingers were in pain. This only lasted a day or so. All the nails began to fall out in two weeks and that was very disappointing because they are supposed to last atleast 3-4 weeks. Once my nails came off, it left my nails in extreme pain and horrible condition. I will not be going back here.

I had a terrible experience my last visit. I went in for a nail fix and the nail tech cut my finger and i started bleeding. She did not apologize and when i asked for a band-aid, she shrugged me off and showed no remorse. Bad customer service and obviously no accountability. I’ll be taking my service and money elsewhere.

I made an 11:45am appointment because I only had my lunch hour for a pedicure. I came in at 11:43 and someone had just come in before me. They put me at a chair with my feet in warmish water and then went to service the other person. I sat there for 30 minutes with no one checking on me. Since my lunch hour was by then almost over, I dried my feet and left.They should not make appointments if they cant honor them. That was a complete waste of my time.

My girlfriend and I went for mani pedis. The guy who helped me was great but the woman who did her finger nails didnt ask her about the shape she wanted and the paint job came out uneven and bumpy. We have an event tomorrow so its too late to get it fixed. We did notice that it is very busy place. So expect to wait if you dont arrive early, appointment or not.

I’m definitely gonna come back again☺️ my nail shapes felt off so I went back the next day and it got fixed no attitude which I appreciatedI also had my three-year-old with me at the time so I’m grateful that he was really understanding about it.

I made a 5:45 appointment for a pedicure and an hour later was still sitting in the chair with nobody nearly ready to get to me, so I left. This place should not take appointments if they don’t honor them.

We called for an appointment at 3:30, got there on time and waited. We waited almost 50 minutes. The staff didn’t communicate anything about wait times to us. We ended up leaving before getting anything done, so it was a bit disappointing.

The nail technician Ms Kim is attentive, knowledgeable and pleasant. Also thd salon is clean and organize. The owner is professional.

Best nail salon Ive been to. Everyone is always friendly, they always go above and beyond. They even have fun while working! I am pleased every time I get my nails done

I enjoy getting my nails done here. Kim is so good at doing my nails and keeping me laughing while she is doing them. She is so funny.

Butchered my eyebrows I wont go back

I am not the type of person to leave reviews on Google but when I tell you this place uses cheap products... I mean they are so cheap that I barely went 3 hours before I had a nail fall off because the glue they used was so poor. On top of that, the three times I have went, I have asked for an almond shape and received an ugly, thick, slightly oval nail that is nowhere NEAR being almond shaped. Not only were these services terrible, but their nail take off was even worse. I asked for them to take off my acrylics and one of the women working there struggled to use the nail drill and at least 3 times accidentally set the setting too high to the point where the drill went around my entire finger. The same woman also drilled my nails SO thin that I was in a lot of pain for about a week due to the fact that my natural nail was able to be physically bent in HALF. She did not soak my nails in acetone to make the acrylic softer. I am not a nail expert, but when you get your acrylic nails off, your technician should never be drilling the your acrylic nails off to the point where you are in PAIN and can bend your nail in HALF. This place has friendly people, but their quality of products and their skills are god awful. Im just leaving this review here so it helps maybe even just one of you think twice about getting a full set of nails or a nail take-off from this place.

I guess they have worker that don’t have their license working in their. Caz the man didn’t know what he was doing or he didn’t want work today. Very poor service.

Although the pedicure has lasted me a long time & they were detailed, I am never returning because the staff refused to wear masks properly or at all. Were in a pandemic.

My 1st time here was my birthday I took a chance with a new nail salon, I must say I love this place. Tony is the best hands down. Jenny Is super sweetie pie! The entire staff is great. Great place great nails. They have really good nail polish variety as well. My only complaint is that they are ALWAYS BUSY! Over all Ive waited for the best!

Ive been coming here for over a year now and they do such a great job. The staff is very nice and helpful. The only thing is they keep changing the prices every time I go. I dont mind paying because they do a great job but I would like to get a set price.

Nice place in neighborhood. They are quick. The Deluxe Pedi is great. Reasonably priced. Not a great selection of polish colors. English spoken. The sound of employees speaking back and forth can be a little disconcerting.

I walked in and a sweet girl welcomed and asked what I wanted to get done. These two stars are for her customer service. She didn’t pressure me to get anything done or any colors. She answered my questions politely. I asked for a polish change. Within 5 min of walking out of the store, my nail polish came off my thumb completely. I noticed cracks on the other fingers too. I think the quality of the polish wasn’t that great because The polish should last at least a 4-5days. I was upset and wanted to go back in but didn’t want to make a scene. It was my first and last experience with this spa. Not going back again.

This salon is clean and well ventilated, staff are friendly, and the services are well done. I had a pedicure here and it turned out great.

I started coming here because I moved and it’s in walking distance but I won’t continue because my acrylics break nonstop. Not 100% sure how, but 3 nails broke within a week of getting a full set. I wasn’t doing anything with my hands at all. They fixed them for free and the second time they broke they filled in all my nails. It was better, but only a week later another has already broken... I really don’t get it because this has never happened to me before! I am kind of lazy and cheap so I usually go 3 weeks before I get a fill! They’re very nice and obviously have stellar customer service, but the acrylic nails definitely leave something to be desired.

Very pleased with the service, cleanliness of the shop, most importantly my nails are consistently beautiful, and stay on for over e weeks which can be difficult because i have a small nail bed. Recently moved to from Atlanta. I use to go downtown. Very pleased this is my spot.

I just left this salon . I usually come here every 2 or 3 months just to get my brows done . And usually they do them so nicely . Today the lady who did them was extra rude to me . I didn’t like the way she did my eyebrows. I clearly told her, I asked if deena was around so I could speak with her about it . She said no come back later . I told her I couldn’t the reason I came early is because I have to go to work later . I asked for a discount or something because she literally ruined my brows !!!!! And she said no you have to pay full price . Honestly never coming here ever again .

Every pedicure I get feels like I need another one right away. There is always something wrong with my manicure, I leave with polish on my fingers, and my gel is uneven. Just got a manicure there yesterday and I have gel stuck to the skin around my nails and several nails that are way thicker than others. The nail tech I got has argued with me about the shape of my nails that I want and I hate square shaped nails. She does it anyway. And theyre way to short to correct now.This place is really close to where I live, and the first few times were good, but Im tired of spending $65 on a manicure pedicure and having to fix it myself when I get home. I dont have sanitation concerns, but its obvious that what I want doesnt matter because the techs cut corners.

I never have any issues here—-as I always call and make an appointment for Kim to do my pedicure, Deena to do my lashes and eyebrows, and Jimmy or Deena to do my nails. I’ve bn coming here for years and always leave satisfied, I recommend everyone to make an appointment!

This place is horrible! My first time coming to get the gel(as I normally do) at this place. Instead of taking responsiblity for a botched job they blamed me, stating I picked the wrong color.The lady that came to address the problem was very unprofessional and dressed inappropriately. My nails suppose to been a treat for my birthday but they have totally ruined everything.I will never go back again. For someone to put blame on a customer instead of taking responsiblity for their negligence is disturbing. I strongly not recommend this place...go where you are loved.

This salon has actually been rebranded as Nails LaLa. I have to say, gentle readers, in all my years of getting mani/pedis, I have never had such a blissful experience as the one provided here. My specialist Tom is dedicated to his art -- as are all the staff -- and they provide customers with a memorable experience that will guarantee they return again and again. From the extra-LONG foot massage to the hot towel finish, they had me at hello. The atmosphere is luxurious and low key, very feng shui. Best of all -- Im only four blocks away!

I go every 3 weeks for a gel fill in manicure and I am never disappointed they have all of the gems and designs you are looking for and never fail go impress. My gel sets also do not break or chip in the 3 weeks between visits.

They used to treat their customers good anyone coming in but now their service is horrible. Only for their regular customers. Always talk about their customers in their languages and be giving that look(we talking about u ).

Jot a brow wax. The people were pleasant and the price is reasonable, but the place just isnt sanitary- there were dead flies in the window/waiting area and the esthetician repeatedly used the same stick to dip into the wax.

The last time I did my nails here was horrible. The lady literally damaged my nails. She drilled it so much that my nails got so thin and my finger started to hurt even with a little touch. She was short girl who was doing my nail standing can you imagine? She couldnt even see properly, this is unacceptable.

Pesisisisiismo was fighting with a lady who I dont know who she is and she treated my fingers badly (she squeezed and moving sharply) I didnt like it and the nails are badly done where you can see the photos I uploaded and the price is very expensive and the pedicure is nothing Bad this if it was good because it was another lady and in total I paid $ 98 dollar and I did not agree but the foot if it is fine but I did not like manicure and it took more than 1 hour and I leave the photos and you think

It can only be said that it is very bad, I hope everyone will not go. If you cant make nails, you cant make a complicated diamond-styled style. You have to insist that you can do it. The price is cheap, but you cant do it at all. Its not as good as my own. First of all, the glue used to stick the drill is used to stick the eyelashes instead of manicure, and then many stickers are yellowed. The most angry thing was that there was a man in the store who was eating and talking, and then the contents of the mouth spewed out. Later, a male customer came to pinch his feet. He put on his gloves and started to pinch his feet. Half of the time, he used his gloves to help others with his dirty hands to touch the hands that I was doing nails! It cant be more disgusting! I said he was not happy yet ... the customer is here to enjoy the service! Its unreasonable never to go again!
