Gina was able to get me in same day and did an amazing job. I showed her a picture of what I had in mind and she knocked it out of the park. I just moved to this area and was searching for a new nail tech and I think I found them! They were so nice and efficient. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend

I had a great experience here! The nail technician knew her stuff & passed along her knowledge for maintenance and aftercare of my nails. She even gave me recommendations for how to get the best look from my nails. I normally dont like getting my nails done because it feels like a chore but this salon made me feel welcomed which is a huge bonus for me because I just moved to this area. (Bear in mind my nails in this photo have been on for two weeks, still looking great!) Place is a bit hard to find but well worth getting to! The girls were really friendly, showed the lady doing my nails a picture of what I wanted and she got it exactly right. Everything was clean and they were extremely quick with their work. Will be visiting again next week while I’m in Chicago!

Highly recommend Gina’s! They do such an amazing job with Dip Manicures. They have so many colors to choose from and they really take their time to make sure your nails look great. They take covid precautions seriously. Everything was sanitized and they had plastic barriers everywhere. This is THE place to get a dip done.

Gina is amazing. She is very nice, the prices are good, and she has often stayed late to take me. I’m currently on week three without yet needing to get a fill.

I went to this place for the first time to get my acrylics done.The finishing was worst and they took 2.5 hrs to get it done. My nails were in extreme pain for the first 2days.After 2weeks my nails started lifting and the nerves started hurting so much that i could see blood in my nail bed.I had to go to “Cuticle nail saloon” (FYI highly recommended, clean and luxurious) where the owner herself had to come in to get all the product off from my acrylic nails.They used some weird polymer that just wont come out. It took 1.5 hrs for the removal coz they damaged my nails so much and i was in extreme pain,I am not able to post a photo here. But NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE.

She is an amazing professional nail artist. Love the way she keeps her customers happy all the time. She focuses on what you want and do her best to replicate the same. I like her service

The salon I always go is closed now so I found this place near me and honestly I am very pleased with the service! I think they only allow to have one customer in the salon so it felt very private. I’m happy with the quality of my no chip pedi and the price. Will return again.

Love love love my nails, got them done here last minute for bts concert. This place is a bit hard to find though. Down the escalators and down the hall in this big empty looking glass building with a lone desk and TV showing the weather. Worth it though!

After trying a myriad of salons out around town, Gina finally gave me the care I was looking for! Its a smaller salon, so I would recommend making an appointment at least an hour before walking in, but its not mandatory.

Gina was phenomenal! She was gentle, thorough and went above and beyond. She stayed late to do a full set instead of a just a fill. I cant say enough already good things about her and would recognize her to anyone 😊

I made an appointment online at 9:30, when I came theyve been closed. So they open at 10, but appointments start at 9:30.. I really dont like how they made a manicure Ive made no chip and it is all over my skin and it is not looking good at all. Really bad...

I have really messed up nails so they did a great job with my gels ($70 is pricy because I usually do regular mani pedi for $25). They are clean and carefully thorough. Since we ended up on my maní and pedí one hour past closing time, Kim forgot to put the clear gel. It took a few minutes for me to convince them I was missing the last step but they eventually did it (it was one hour past closing so I can understand the mix up). I dont usually do pedicures so they hurt when anyone scrubs it but Kim was gentle. it took 90 minutes but it was all a good job well done. The salon is tricky to find since it is located at the basement floor of an office building between the swissotel and Hyatt hotel. once you pass the guards desk, go down the escalator, pass the flower shop. Bathrooms need keys that the salon owner has to use.

This was my first time going to Ginas and I really love it. Gina was so nice and welcoming. Tisha was so amazing and nice. She did an excellent job on my nails. No matter who you get all the ladies are amazing, welcoming, and will do an excellent job on your nails. I will definitely be back and its so close to my job.

The service was great the nail service was sub par I have already rescheduled my next nail appt the only reason I went here was because my original nail shop was closed i guess thats why they say stick to the normal spots you go to the owner is nice tho her name is Gina I think she is the one who does the nails perfectly everyone else I dont know some are better at other talents nails isnt for everyone I dont even want to upload the pic of my nails but they are awful

This nail salon is fantastic. I went here for the first time this week. The owners/ workers are so nice and attentive. They did such a great job on my pedicure- very meticulous. I could tell a lot of the clients in the salon were regulars, which is always a good sign. Prices are in line with the rest of Chicago. Also, they prefer cash tip, FYI. I will definitely be back!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! I just started working in the area and found this jewel. The staff was so nice, took their time, very thorough. I had to get back to work and they worked on my hands and feet at the same time. They put my coat on, my shoes in my bag and even got me quality flip flops to put on. Just so great!! My new go to

I went here weeks ago for a pedicure only and liked it. However, I was just back for a pedicure and dip manicure and had the worst manicure experience. Got cut twice, nails were filed down way shorter than expected, and the shape of my nails looks terrible. I was visibly in pain at times and my nails were bleeding and the person doing my nails never once apologized or asked if I was okay. Manicure was supposed to be for my birthday and now my nails are awful. Based on other reviews I may try scheduling with Gina in the future since others seem to like how she does her job, but probably only with her from now on.

Fantastic service. Gina stayed 2 extra hours to perfect our nails’ shape and paint. Plus she was so sweet and kind. Thanks Gina! We will be back often.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE my nails!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have had my acrylic nails cared for in California for years at some very nice salons. While visiting Chicago, I needed a fill so I went to Ginas Magic nails. I had called around for a location close to the Hyatt where i was staying. Not only was the location convenient, her prices are better then any around and my nails have NEVER looked this beautiful! They are NOT thick and cheap looking, and they are shaped exactly they way I wanted! Also, I gave her an idea of the color I wanted on them, and she used two different colors to create a perfect masterpiece! She is gentle and talented! I wish I could take her to California with me!! She is truly the best at her craft!!!

Im visiting from out of town & went here because it had the highest ratings in the area. GOOD CHOICE!! I was a walk in & was getting a pedicure. Id have to say this was the best French manicure Ive had! The attention to detail was amazing & they look so beautiful. I didnt catch the ladies name who worked on my feet but THANK YOU! Making the appt was easy, but i did not receive what i wanted at all. I asked for a very simple cloud design on my nails that wouldve taken no longer than 10 minutes to complete, but the lady said she didn’t have time. as soon as she was done she sat in one of the pedicure chairs and just sat there for over 10-15 while i was waiting for someone to tell me when i’d get my lashes done. Not a good experience at all.

I was visiting Chicago and wasn’t able to get my nails done back home. Found Gina’s and I’m glad I did. Went in as a walk-in. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! I had a pedi and got my nails painted and both turned out beautiful! One of my fingernails chipped the next day, but they fixed it right away with no problems. I would definitely go there again if I visit the City!
