Absolutely amazing experience. Hannah was so diligent and careful with my nails. Listened to all of my concerns, found the right color right away; master job with acrylic to look natural. In love with my nails and will be coming back.

AVOID at all cost! First and last time there. I witnessed three clients get verbally attacked, gained up on and one of the male employee ran up on a woman client while she was sitting down. These were two different situations not a group of three people While employee’s stood there and argued with their clients for more than 20 minutes, no other employee defused the situation or even apologized. They did however, sit and watch their paying customers get verbally attacked and gained up on. They refused to fix one woman’s nails, instead they argued with her about it. One woman complained about being there almost two hours for a manicure, instead of apologizing they started talking mad trash about her out loud in front of the whole store, and blamed it on her “not being able to make up her mind” They make you pay ahead of time which is fine, but they don’t continue the service until they see their tip has been received. Even before you see the work. I have never seen such toxic environment in my life, I was shocked to see paying customers get attacked.

This team has been together many years! All the technicians are friendly and thorough. The best part about this salon...they were wearing masks and disinfecting before many salons. Great place.

The owner got me in very quickly when I broke a nail on my girls trip in Chicago. She did such a fantastic job on my acrylic ombre that my nails were the envy of the weekend!!

I originally rated 5 stars for the excellent service, but I have to change my review after my french manicure peeled off after only three days. I want to stress that the polish didnt chip at all - it peeled off like a sticker. I think this has to do with the thickness or the type of top coat that my manicurist used. I would still return here to give them another try.

My nails were very rushed. They look sloppy. They didn’t apply clear coat completely which makes them look old & again, sloppy. They didn’t let me sit for my nails to dry under light. Not worth price I paid. If someone could tell me how to post pictures of it, I will.

The owners are so sweet...for Christmas she gave everyone that came to the salon Christmas gifts. Seriously try this place...best nail spot I’ve ever been to.

In my opinion, this is the best place for a pedicure in town. And they routinely do an excellent job with eyebrow waxing. The location on Erie has a lash tech; she’s good and is very reasonably priced.

They have good service for the staff and their prices are reasonable. They have A LOT of colors and the people were very kind. They took great care of my nails and body. I love how the no-chip last longer than a week. I heard great things from other people about the waxing from Center Nail. Some said that they didnt feel much pain, which is great. I would really recommend this place to other people.

BLACK PPL BEWARE! As you see from other reviewers, they are racist and you will not get the exact same treatment that you see other non-black customers receive for the same costs. Prepare to also get automatically charged a tip! Highly unprofessional. Environment is suspect! I’ve also seen the middle aged Asian lady yell multiple times in English at the elderly Asian lady working there (her mom?) it’s very awkward and I wonder about the quality of her soul. Ironically, she wears a Buddha around her neck.In short, you can do better by way of environment. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

So I decided to remove it today at the same place.But, it was disappointing because their price is not transparent and the lady who assisted my nails is not concentrated at all.She had her Earpods on, carelessly removing my nails. She started to remove my nail when the gel is not full softener yet. She is not aware of it until I said “it hurts”.After the nail get removed, she said it is finished. I asked her for more nail protection. She said I need to pay $ 10 to apply a clear layer on my nail (even they know I did my nail there). It is totally cool for me. But she went straight to apply the clear layer after sanding my nails without any cleaning. When she was applying my nails, I found out the nail is not fully removed, still had some spots of gel on it. It was wasting my time and energy for that lady to fix her careless job. Please getting an pair of glasses, if you are unable to see things clearly.Then the owner came and talked to me rudely after, charged extra $5 for applying the clear layer. This place is totally a JOKE.AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!

I went here with my sister, who did her nail. I went for the massage and they did great! They took care of everything. They have a lot of selections to chose from. Hot Rock Massage, Relaxation Massage, Thai Massage, etc. The service is great and the staff was nice. I would like to come here for my massages.

They are affordable, provide quick service, and do fairly nice work, but the atmosphere is horrible! If you are going for just a quick mani/pedi, they are the place. If you want to enjoy a relaxing spa like environment, this is not the place. The technicians are always loud, they converse with each other all across the shop (during a pedicure my nail tech held an entire conversation with another nail tech way in the front of the salon while she was doing another customers manicure)! The TV is always on some show or channel that is everything but relaxing and soothing. I once got a pedicure while the news was broadcasting a story about a ghastly murder. Finally, the Customer service is poor. The nail technicians could use some customer service training. When I go to this salon, I have to remind myself Im going just for a decent nail job and nothing more.

This place is pretty good. I was skeptical at first due to the environment seems little crowd and did not look as organized. but in terms of nail service, all the workers are pretty good. very well skilled nail technician. walk in is easy..so if you are in hurry and have only limited time, this place may be for you. Not as relaxing like other upscaled spa as FYI. but fast and well done.

I am writing a review for my mom. She has been seeing Tiffany (the owner) there for three years now and she is very happy. She does an absolutely professional job and her environment is very clean. She has a friendly relationship with her. I recommend this place for a high quality job.

Tiffany is the only person there that can do real liquid gel nails. She does a good job but she huffs and puffs the entire time and even today told me I was wasting her time because I had to check my work email. I only have one hand and itd be nice if she would accommodate me instead of making me feel bad every time she does my nails. Ive been to her 3 times and she totally acts like she doesnt want to do my nails. I even had to ask her to bring the color swatches to me, then she told me shes too busy. I honestly see other women treated better than myself, I really dont know why and Im nothing but nice and courteous to her.Wont be going back. Only plus is they take walk-ins but treat you like youre taking up too much of their day.

The lady who did my nails wouldnt talk. I would try to make conversation with her but she was not friendly at all. Would ask her something or Id make a comment and I felt she ignored me. Also she gave me a pedicure and i started bleeding on my big toe right foot she cut me. Didnt even bother to say sorry. She put a green liquid on but wouldnt acknowledge what she did out apologize for that matter. I really like the nail place and others there do a better job, but this lady was terrible.

I usually go here to get a no-chip manicure during my lunch. Reasonably priced and done in a timely matter.

I went to this place based on the reviews however, this place has terrible customer service. If you plan on getting fair-friendly service go to the nail salon down the street. I purchased 2 lifebookers for this establishment and Tiffany never excepted them, instead I had to pay cash. Even after I had already showed her the lifebooker loot. She then explained I needed to schedule an appointment. Every time I called to schedule an appointment she would tell me they were booked. Ive had the lifebooker for 2 months now I have to get a refund. Too much just for a mani/pedi.
