It was a very ok manicure and pedicure. I’ve had better, I’ve had worse. I felt like they rushed our pedicures and gave no foot/leg message. On my manicure they did a pretty bad job on my cuticles, also seemed rushed. The salon itself is very nice and clean looking, and the pedicure chairs were great. So giving stats for that.

I used to love this place but some of the staff have just become so rude that I won’t even go back anymore. I made an appointment for right when they opened and was 5 mins late and they cancelled my appointment as I was parking. They said they couldn’t accommodate me at all as they already took someone else and didn’t even offer to rebook me for a later time or even to wait and have me go next. They made no attempt to keep my business or service me and instead just said they couldn’t do anything for me. I’m happy to go down the street to the other place that does a great job and has much kinder employees.

Pre-pandemic Ruby Nails was a clean, high end nail salon in North Center. During the pandemic, theyre exactly the same + theyve taken all the necessary steps to ensure their customers/staff are safe. Every member of the team is friendly and caring. I highly recommend the salon for anyone looking for technicians that pay attention to detail, treat each custom like royalty and a killer Mani/Pedi.

I think this place is for people with short nails only. My nails ended up looking like I tried to do them myself.I wanted to try this place because it’s closer to where I live. I have long natural nails and needed my previous no chip color removed.I knew it would take longer, but it ended up taking 30 minutes. The woman attempted to take the top layer off with a nail file, then soaked in acetone, scraped what she could off, then buffed the rest off with a nail file to the point where my nails were bending. Very basic technique. The new polish is sloppy. The layers are so thick that the ends look like they have a strange bubble. The sides of some nails where it meets the skin don’t have any color at all. I paid $40 dollars for this. Disappointed.

It looks like a 5 yr old did my toes for 40$...left rough dry skin on my foot did not smooth it out. Im waiting for someone to fix it and they are working g on someone else. Unacceptable. Im gonna leave here and need ro go get a pedicure

Got a mani pedi. Love my nails. The gel is a nice thin layer. Didn’t really massage. But love how she painted my nails. And the shape is excellent also. I would come here again. I recommend!

I live a mile away and I’m extremely picky with my mani/pedis. Ruby Nails is so clean and have talented individuals who do a great job. I always come back because they’re professional, friendly, and most all the atmosphere is relaxing. My fiancé even enjoys coming here!

The best for no chip manicures. They give you a quick free shoulder massage with every manicure. They also have a point system so you can get free services and you get a free manicure the week of your birthday! Lucy is amazing and I go to her regularly because she’s so talented.

Always friendly and do a great job with fantastic foot, leg, hand and arm massage. They have been excellent during pandemic with social distancing.

I love this place. Everyone is super nice and professional, but they’re almost always busy, and you need an appointment. They accept walk ins, but they usually can’t accommodate. That’s probably a good thing. They’re my go to with nails, after a list of bad experiences.

Fantastic customer service. I went in for a spa manicure which came with a hand massage, exfoliating scrub, lotions and more. I was even offered a back rub. Immediately after I left I messed up one of my nails and they happily fixed it for me when I returned and asked. I will be going back and would recommend them.

Only the BEST no chip manicure I have gotten EVER!! My nails usually last at least three weeks.. And I own a restaurant and bakery so my hands are constantly in water!! This place is hands down great! They dont water down any of their polishes and use only the best stuff! They are always busy which is a good sign and theyre pedicures are amazing too. I recommend this place to all my customers and everyone I know!!

Great nail salon. My no chip lasts 3 weeks most of the time and my toes last twice as long. Depending obviously on what Im doing. Vibe is nice and relaxing and the quick massage at the end is a nice touch. My bf has been there and they can remove ingrown toenails if you ask. They have a punch card that they leave there for a free service after every 10. Love the Netflix Friends loop they have on in the background.

This is a really cool salon. Its bright and happy inside. The people are vey friendly and all talented.Parkings not bad and the location is convenient. Im happy to have a new nail salon and happy to support a neighborhood business. Best of luck.

I went to that place by accident (mix up about dinner reservation time in a restaurant nearby), but I am glad that happened.The place itself is bright, airy and the decoration (especially the lamps) is beautiful.Service is friendly and fast, but they pay attention to details; there is a fair options of polish colors to choose from.They offer additional services and perks, like neck rub, a frequent client card, free manicure a week before and after your birthday and they said they have wine Wednesdays...awesome!Its a shame they are not close to my place, but I would definitely consider to take a short L ride to get there....it is worth it ;)

Im from out of town and was just walking past and happened in on a whim! Its a lovely, airy space, they were really nice people, and the nail technician did an excellent and gentle job.

Ive had very mixed experiences at Ruby. A couple times its been great, but most often its ok or not good. It depends on the staff whos there. Last time I walked in, a tech was literally sleeping at her station and then did my pedicure. Not the best.
