First of all I can appreciate even tho same days appointments aren’t permitted the owners were kind to let me slide being my first time. Was so unhappy with the service of another shop seeing after 4days my nails were horrible 😩 I’ll add a before & after.. originally came in for Ken but he had someone who sat in waiting for a while so he suggested that I go to another tech. reassuring I’d be in good hands which he was right☺️ Might spell his name wrong but Tommi was excellent & very kind. I’ll make this establishment my go to..

Google listing, website, and Facebook page states that the salon is open on Monday’s. I arrived at the site 12 minutes onto 10 and it was closed. If hours have changed, it would really help to have that stated everywhere for new customers.

Ive been here twice already Ive found my new nail home Ken did my nails for my birthday and they were beautiful better than the photo I brought in. And the deluxe pedicure omg I believe Kim did mine my feet feel amazing and look great her attention to detail is wonderful. Now there is always a downfall the wait is extremely long even when you get there b4 it opens but the service to me is worth the wait.

Everyone there was nice exactly like I thought it would be I will recommend anyone to go there the business is jumping

Owners out of town and the workers attitudes and quality of work was horrible! Receptionist is always awesome, but often undermined by greedy workers! I’ve spent too much money in this place for the quality of work and attitudes that I was given today!! DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK

FIRST OFF, the lady at the desk who takes the payments is VERY professional :) i didn’t want to wait in the shop so she called me when it was time for my feet to get done ! plus she was just nice overall . the lady that did my feet was also sweet ! i love my toes ❤️

I took an appointment online, it said $23 acrylic full set. What it did not say is the fact that they litterally leave your hands undone because to complete the whole thing, you will be charged $40. Do not go to this place unless you are looking to pay around $50. Also, I took an appointment online days in advance and they still managed to be late. I will never go again.After I left the review, they even sent me this message... how rude and unprofessional.

Great place to go, feels just like family at home. Not to mention the services from TT, HOWIE(best at designs), OR KEN for nails. Also good at eyebrows, eyelashes, tint and pedicures from mama or tina. My go to place love the receptionist to.

Theyre not the best but ok but they dont scrape the dead skin off your feet good enough and they definitely dont massage your feet well enough either

Do not go to tt or anybody else my friend and I went my friend paid 70 dollars for nails and they broke the same day 😩I got basic gel nails and mines only lasted 1 week

I got lucky enough to fit into they busy schedule. Tim did such a great job I came in with pictures of what I wanted and he made it happen I have found a new spot Ive searched every place for good service. After me everyone wanted Tim thats how good he did 😁 happy birthday to me so far my day has been brighten thanx to him.My daughter (6years old)was treated really good as well her nail tech was super attentive and nice to her she is shy but her nail tech broke her shell ❤ we will be coming back.

I arrived at the shop at 10:15am and signed in to get my nails done by Ken. It was 4 people ahead of me on the sign in sheet, to my knowledge of what was on the paper. I walked out the shop for a few minutes and came back, he was doing someone else’s nails, so I stepped out on a phone call and came right back in he was fixing somebody else nail so I sat in the chair next to them and waited. Once he was done with the person nail fix I was suppose to be next but instead the owner alllowed someone else to go in front of me because the women stated that she was there at 9:45am which the shop doesn’t open till six and by the time the lady with the nail fix was done it was going on 11am so that obviously was a lie. I will never return to this nail shop again after being a loyal customer.

I had a great experience! Each and every Tech that I communicated with while I was there was friendly, welcoming, and treated me like the individual I am. The Tech listened to what I wanted and how I wanted it. I felt like I was the only customer there!

Got there as soon as they opened. Tech was already doing a client, told me to sit in pedicure chair someone would be in shortly. Guy came in asked if I was waiting for pedicure I said yes. Then asked if I wanted hands done, I said no just feet. Thinking he was going to start my pedicure he proceeded to start cleaning. Another client walks in and says she wants mani/pedi but wants hands done by particular tech. Another tech walks in and I assume she will start my pedicure, I have been waiting 17 minutes. She gets other lady who just walked in and puts her in chair and starts her feet. I am like excuse me when do I get my pedicure? Lady apologies and comes over to put water in tub and tell me to wait. I politely decline and walk out. WILL NOT RETURN!

Went in to get my no chip color taken off, and they were extremely rude. He was rough with my nails and when I asked him to be more careful he caught an attitude. Worst customer service EVER. Not to mention I walked out with one nail undone.

My usual nail tech wasnt here today but the ppl that stood in for him did an awesum job. I always come here and theyre always nice.

Worse service never get your nails done by the girl in the very front by the register him and his chiming in wife he like to change prices and I get my nails done the same every time and he like to change prices and claim oh it was a discount but it wasnt and my nails break every time he do my nails like the next day and two days after I think its on purpose so you can come back and pay to fix it Most of my nails is broke like 6/10 i wish I could upload a pic of what my nails loo like right now like my nail is ripped off skin showing got to wait until it grow back like it hurt Ive never had my nails done like this before and had them break and be in so much pain but I highly recommend you go somewhere else because its not worth it nail wise the lady on the back does good lashes and eye brows but I will never spend my money there anymore bad service and attitudes especially when you spend your money I promise you experience it Ive seen several customers complain while I was there so it aint just me

I got my nail done last year in March like 3 days before my birthday had acrylic nail then went back had them to take it off nails keep breaking the nail techician wasnt being gently cut my right pinky now I had half nail on I dont know it gonna go grow back with half nail on or will it come off & grow a new one back on but eventually I grew a new nail 😒😒😠😠

This place was horrible for business!!! The gentleman who did my nails rushed through so much that i had to refile my nails when i got home. I did not go back for a 2nd time and wont!!! I also asked for shorter length on my nails several times and he refused.
