My favorite nail salon in the city! They always do a spectacular job. I have been coming here for over 2 years and have never had a bad experience. They take their time on your nails and are extremely thorough. Most other gel manicures start to peel up on the edges after a while but my manicure always stays on for weeks without peeling.

I went in for a basic manicure and pedicure. I would say the staff was polite and the place was simple and clean but it was an okay job- hence the 3 stars. During process for both mani and pedi, some of the things were fine, but she did miss out on a few things like not cleaning under my nails, not using a foot scrubber to remove dead skin from my feet. I did point it out to her but she claimed that she did it but obviously not as my feet feel rough. The massage i got was literally for 5 seconds. A bit disappointed as I was expecting more (at least expecting my feet to be scrubbed properly)I did tip them a good amount still.

Jen did such an amazing job on my pedicure. Best one I’ve had so far! 😍🔥

They Was Trying To Charge Me $65 For My Nails In I believe 40 for my toes .... I Knew she knew I. wasnt from there but it was cool NO ! I didnt pay that price she then charge me $65 for everything

Pleaae do not support this business.I recieved a cancelation call 1 hour before my appointment and was informed the manager would call me back to reschedule. After waitiig 3 days for the call back (which I had called a couple of times because I hadnt heard back), I was denied service because I asked to be compensated for the poor customer service Id been provided. I was treated unfairly  and no business should be support when they treat their customers this way. As customers we must stick together to prove a point. We are all equal.

First bad experience there, but now I will never return. I went to get my no-chip removed a simply clear base and top coat on top. Ive had this done many times in the past, and it never takes longer than 50 min. Not only did it take over an hour and a half, but the guy (who I had never had before) was absolutely terrible. Literally picked off my previous no-chip bit-by-bit which destroyed my nails underneath, but managed to miss a lot of spots from base of the previous no-chip. Nails are cut unevenly, cuticles somehow look worse than they did when I arrived. Im literally going to have to have them redone. I was getting antsy since I went on my lunch break and he, while acting completely disinterested in moving my nails along, said I must be busy and laughed. Worst part - I was still charged the full cost of a no-chip ($40). Ive had historically pretty good experiences at this salon, but this one was so poor I will never return.

Although this place is clean. I have given them 4 times to provide great customer services. The three time my no chip chipped in two days. Today I ask for the same color on my toes and nails and came out to be a different color. Did they ask to find the correct color and fix the problem, no they just laughed. I’m never going back to this place again.

I love this place! I had never gone to any nail salon more than once before I found Jewel... now I won’t go anywhere else. My gels always look great, all of the staff are very competent, accommodating, and kind, and, bonus, they often play Friends on loop. A pedicure with the nice scented scrubs is a great way to unwind after a long week.

This is one of my favorite nail salons that I’ve ever been to. They give excellent service! They offer complementary wine & other beverages, great free shoulder massages after getting your nails done & have wonderful scrubs to choose from for pedicures. I absolutely love this place. I definitely reccommend!

Didnt like the attitude of the place. I did not get my nails done there, and they made me feel like I shouldnt have even attempted. Not cool.

This place is amazing! they are fast and detail oriented, my gel mani and pedi look amazing and have both lasted 2 weeks so far with no chips. Highly highly recommend.

Very relaxing and friendly service with a fabulous massage that made my day.

People were rude and did not respond to me at all. Even the other people in the spa were looking at me and them waiting for their response. All of that would have been fine, but the manicure they did was awful. There were distinct lines between the coats of paint, and it did not last at all.

High quality full service nail salon. No chip manicure lasts almost 4+ weeks!

Everyone here is fantastic! Very sweet and accommodating. The best part, though, may be the hot stone massage they include with mani pedis – so relaxing.
